Being able to seamlessly drive straight out of the structure and hit the road immediately without a single delay was worth every penny. It is easily the most efficient way to wrap up a trip at LAX!

Between the crowds, constant movement, and overall chaos, it made the experience feel much more stressful than it probably needed to be. One thing I will say is that getting dropped off was fairly straightforward. Getting picked up, however, was a completely different story. Based on my experience, that was by far the most overwhelming part of the entire trip. It felt disorganized, and many travelers seemed to have little regard for the people around them. Between everyone rushing, stopping wherever they wanted, and trying to figure out where to go, it honestly felt a little intimidating. As for customer service, it was just okay. I imagine the employees deal with an overwhelming number of travelers every single day, so I understand that keeping everything moving is probably their top priority. Still, there were a few interactions that felt rushed and not particularly welcoming. The highlight of my experience was flying with Delta. My flight went smoothly, the boarding process was organized, and overall I was happy with the airline itself. If I fly again, I'd gladly choose Delta. My low rating is directed at the overall airport experience rather than the airline.

The ground was so dirty it was honestly disgusting, with trash scattered around and no one in sight cleaning or maintaining the area. What makes this even more surprising is that Los Angeles is one of the most visited and well-known cities in the United States. We just had the FIFA World Cup here, with visitors coming from all over the world, and Los Angeles will be hosting the Olympics in 2028. You would think the city and LAX would make cleanliness a much bigger priority, especially at an international airport that is one of the first and last impressions visitors have of Los Angeles. It was horrible to see the pickup area at Tom Bradley looking this neglected and dirty. For a major international airport in a city that welcomes tourists, there really is no excuse for it to be this bad. Someone needs to be regularly cleaning and maintaining this area.

The location of SNA is ideal if you're staying in the OC - the only other options in the area are SAN and LAX which are both over an hour drive away in either direction. The airport isn't large, but large enough to have several routes passing through it. The aesthetics are fine - not the most modern airport I've been to, and they seem to have a good amount of shops and eateries relative to their size. The rental car counters are super close to the terminal - I can't remember the last time I walked to one from baggage claim. My only real issue with SNA is that because of its size, you will likely be limited in routes. Flying from JFK to SNA was fine, but coming home my only options were connecting flights or a red eye. Neither were ideal, so I planned my itinerary accordingly to fly out of another airport. Overall, SNA is good for what it is, and a great option if you're visiting the Orange County area.

We were sure the phone is a goner and were devastated. Nevertheless, we informed Airport operations Raymond and Lost & Found Marji Meeks. They promptly opened a case. It was the busy July 4th week. They scheduled the elevator maintenance on any early morning(to not disturb passengers) and retrieved my phone. Luckily, the phone was not damaged. Since I am not local they promptly FedExed it to my Nor Cal address. Very happy with the service. Thanks to the airport maintenance crew and Lost & Found for retrieving and mailing my phone.

Only two terminal and 14 gates, so very easy to walk around and find where need to go. Location is also very good. If going Hollywood, Valley, Glendale or Pasadena, this airport is very convenient. They also have Amtrak, Metrolink, bus and rental car connection, so many choice for transportation. Parking is convenient also, even now some change because construction of new terminal. I am excited to see replacement terminal when open in October 2026. BUR have very nice old-style airport feeling. Flying here still feel simple and not too much trouble. If ticket price and flight route is good, I always choose Burbank before LAX. Very good airport for Los Angeles.

Drop-off and parking is quick, I didn't have to deal with traffic or crazy crowds. TSA services were fairly amiable and the process to enter the terminals was seamless. I didn't have to wait long! Additionally, there's plenty of amenities for people young and old. I saw vending machines with Pokemon TCG items and other entertainment. There's two sizable gift shops with plenty of books, T-shirts, and Californian memorabilia for out-of-state guests. All stores were well-stocked and clean, I had fun browsing the shelves. One thing I enjoyed was the selection of restaurants and eateries inside. I saw a full-size Mexican restaurant and bar, brunch eatery, a Dunkin' and many name brand fast food chains. There's something for everyone here, I was never bored! If you're into airport lounges there's a place called Aspire that has a relaxing space for you to enjoy. Seats were comfortable and most boarding spots were easy to locate! Waiting areas had decent seats with great leg room. Restrooms were a bit far from waiting areas, but well-maintained. My most memorable experience at ONT airport was when a baggage claim lady helped me place a missing bag report as Houston's Frontier Airlines forgot to load my checked bag and sent over an other person's bag! The lady immediately asked for my information and my bag was quickly located. I received my bag a few days later (it was shipped to my house).

Always knew they had this but never been, so happy we went today. They have planes, helicopters, police cars and trucks, so many cool planes to check out. You can take photos in some of them which is really cool. It was sort of busy and hot so we didn't wait in the lines to do that but. They also have vendors giving out free things, they have an area in the back with the older planes they sell toys and things they also have a food truck. Baby girl got a free Outter pop so nice of them thank you so much, everyone was so friendly and had smiles even though it was hot. Great place to go for a bit bring kids your family and friends. Loved it would def go again, thank you so much for the wonderful experience and seeing all the beautiful planes and aircrafts. Loved it we had a great time. Came here a bit early to had a chance to take more pictures and check out more of the airport. -- the rental car building is very close to the terminal and consists of the major vendors (Hertz, Avis, Budget, Thrifty, Dollar) -- no jet bridges, so all planes use portable ramps to get passengers on/off -- free wi-fi worked well and didn't require any PII to be entered -- filtered water dispensers are throughout, allowing one to fill their reusable water bottles. -- no airport lounges here -- there is a dedicated TSA line when entering the secure area -- there are two bus stops. the more usable one (going to downtown Long Beach) is on the other side of parking, past the taxi stands. -- is definitely very convenient for folks who fly Southwest

When I know I'm flying out of this terminal, I don't think about getting to the airport early. Whereas if it was another terminal I absolutely would. Staff generally are annoyed but not as bad as JFK. They ain't winning awards for customer service but they do explain things pretty well. This time around I flew out of gate 52D. If you're in any of the 52 gates other than A or B, know that you need to get to the 52 gate and then you'll have to chat with a gate agent, scan your boarding pass, then take another bus to your gate. Thats how big LAX is. You need to jump on another 5 minute shuttle ride to get to your gate. The 52 gates aren't world class. It's pretty old. Probably just neglected since most of the flights here are regional / short distance flights. There's flights to Seattle, Bay Area, etc from here. Overall verdict - you could certainly do worse. But for how big it is, I think it's a pretty well oiled machine. And that in of itself earns a 3 star from me.

Since this was her first time I made sure to make her understand each sign so that the next time she can do it on her own and I won't have to pay the extra $150 each way. I told her that airports are pretty much set up for dummies and it's pretty hard to get lost as long as you can read! The unaccompanied minor aspect was nice as we were allowed to take her all the way to the gate like we use to be able to do before 9-11. Upon her pickup in New York, her designated pickup person was a bit late and she was set up in a nice room with all kinds of amenities like games and a recliner so she was comfortable! TSA was a breeze this time around especially since you no longer have to take your shoes off! It was truly painless.
