Downriver Body Works was recommended to me, so I decided to have my car fixed there. Doug, the owner, was very friendly and was thorough in explaining to me what needed to be done to my car. His staff was also very helpful with me through the whole process. My wife and I share one car. We didn't have rental coverage with our insurance plan either. Downriver Body Works offers a FREE loaner vehicle for you to use while your car is being repaired. I was very impressed with Doug and his staff, and will definitely (although I hope I never have to) bring my vehicles back to be repaired here.

When I went to pick up my car they charged over $1,000 more than their estimate claiming they had trouble reprogramming yett this is a Chevy not a Lamborghini . When I finally did get my car back they scratched up the front of my car in several areas where you could tell they were leaning in doing some work . They said no problem they would take care of it and it would only take a few hours once the parts came in yet they've had this car for 2 days to replace a plastic piece on the front end .
