Had my wife's 2021 jeep in there . It was 215 miles past the warranty period . The check engine light came on at 35,840. They couldn't get us in for 3 weeks . Well, it had over 36k at this point . It turned out to be a bad O2 sensor and a bad battery. They wouldn't honor the warranty and wanted $1200 to fix it. What a joke ! I paid them the $300 diagnostic fee and fixed it myself for under $300. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy. I understand a diagnostic fee, but $150 x2? Avoid them at all costs! This gets 2 stars because of the misinformation, lack of knowledge by my sales person, and the general lack of caring when it comes to issues with my 3 month old SUV. First my sales agent, Thomas Earl was friendly when he was selling us a car, but when I went back with issues within the first few days, he was cold and unfriendly. He has seen me several times since the purchase, and has ignored me. The least you can do is say hello to a customer wether you know them or not. He didn't know anything about the Grand Cherokee hybrid, but made stuff up that we found out was not true in the first 12 hours. Thomas Earl said he would meet me in the morning and when I showed up I was left cooling my heels waiting for him, as he ran to the credit union. He showed us how to use the app to start the car, and that it would let us know when the oil change was due, etc. The app monitors your car. It sure does until the app expires and requires you to pay for the priviledge of monitoring. This is something you should warn customers about. Not use it as a selling point, especially if the car is over 50K. Have had multiple electronic errors, took pictures, went to service department. Very friendly but told me if the error does not show up in their computer program, there was nothing I could do. NOTHING?? its 3 months old!! The option was to leave it for a few weeks and they would drive it when they could and try to have the car repeat the error. Meanwhile, I keep paying and am carless. Great plan for a brand new vehicle. TBH, I wish I had gone with Hyundai. Never ever had issues with my cars from them. General Manager seems nice, spoke with him in the beginning to try to resolve my hybrid issue, since I was basically lied to by the sales rep. He let me exchange the 12 hour old car for a regular old gas Grand Cherokee since thats what the hybrid is anyway as you can only drive 30 miles on battery and have to plug it in whenever its not in use. After 30 miles it converts to gas anyway. I am disappointed all the way around by how I have been treated and I won't say lies, but clearly some people do not know anything about some of the cars. Don't use the app as a selling feature for people to start their car or monitor it if you are going to charge them later. Just state that up front so we can make an informed decision. At this point I want to return the car since they have no clue what is wrong with it. read more

Our go to oil change and service repair always. We are always welcomed immediately as we enter the service department. I can't say enough about Stas and the other guys doing the write ups. Being that I do not know that much about autos, it is comforting that I feel this location is very reliable, trustworthy and honest. In the few times they have found a problem, it is solved. Theyre most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. not only did they tell my insurance company they didn't have my car on two separate occasions they told me so many different things each time I called. the whole experience was highly stressful, as I was getting so many calls during work hours for this nonsense. I was panicking trying to figure out where my car was, and it was there the entire time. Theres a lack of communication between the bodyshop and service dept. Needless to say the car was not fixed and they returned it with a dead battery and I'm stuck getting a second opinion and if they're wrong an attorney to assist me with my concerns. The service department is terrible avoid getting work done here. My jeep grand cherokee was hit by a tire on the highway and leaked all of its coolant and transmission fluid. The transmission is shot but they refuse to fix it they say theres nothing wrong without but its very obvious. They claimed i had a stuck parking brake and so i changed them still didnt drive then took them off all together and guess what the car still doesnt drive its whining and slipping gears. I had another mechanic check it out after i did the brake work and it didnt take long for the trans to diagnosed as garbage. They dont care about their customers my cars been there 2 times and still not right. Body shop also did work left things all over the place inside was a mess had something sticking into the engine and rubbing the belts the first time i took it home. Dont come here. read more

Beware of bait and switch. Service advisors will give you a low estimate on repair issues to get you to schedule an appointment. When you arrive they'll have you sign a waiver of repair contract that binds you to a $150.00 diagnostic fee (PER) repair. NON-REFUNDABLE. Then claim the actual repair is quite a bit more. In my case they looked into 3 repair issues. I declined 2 repairs (WAY OVERPRICED) And ended up having my car battery replaced. My out the door charge was $452.03 . For a car battery. I will never come back. I doubt they have many return customers. read more

As most car dealership are hurting during Covid-19, Thomas, the sales rep I had, was not very helpful nor are they resourceful for the family's who are credit rebuilding. the only solution they had was to hurt my credit more instead of just saying "we can't help" not Very impressive, seeing credit worthiness is temporary and fixable, I would not recommend going here now, or in the future. Great sales dept, but do not trust their svc dept! from "lost" parts, to 2 1/2 hr waits for oil changes, being stranded when they closed for the day and "forgot" to pick me up from work, not rotating my tires but charging me for it...and finally not checking brakes and pads during the so-called 16 point inspection (which left me with a complete rear brake failure on the highway 6 days later) their "dis-service" dept is the worst! save yourself the time and headache...go somewhere, anywhere else. read more

On August 25th, 2022 I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil change and a couple of other routine maintenance services. A couple of days later I opened my glove box and it completely fell out. I'm certain there wasn't anything wrong with my glove box before I took it to the dealership so I knew it must've happened when they were servicing my truck. I called the dealership and left a voicemail explaining what had happened. Someone called me back and claimed my glove box was broken upon arrival. That excuse seems extremely convenient considering they had to access my glove box to service my truck. Had my glove box been damaged upon arrival the dealership would have made me aware of it to prevent being falsely accused of damaging it themselves. Considering they didn't tell me beforehand or afterward confirms they damaged my glove box while servicing my truck, waited for me to notice it then tried to save face by claiming it was damaged upon arrival. I sent a couple of emails to a female manager explaining what had happened. I got no response. I sent another email begging her for a response. She finally emailed me back claiming she had written an email it's just she forgot to send it (this dealership always seems to have some "extremely convenient" excuses, I've never heard that 'one' before). Eventually another person contacted me claiming my glove box was rigged and it was just a matter of time before it would come apart. First, they claimed it was broken before I brought it in, then the manager claimed she meant to respond it's just that she forgot to press send then they claimed that my glove box was poorly rigged and it was gonna eventually break so they shouldn't be held accountable. They broke my glove box while servicing my vehicle and are trying to justify why they shouldn't be held liable. Be careful of this dealership! They could damage your vehicle and just give you a lame explanation as to why they're not liable for it. I feel this dealership should have to repair my glove box. read more

We picked up our car after some body work and when you looked at the paint work that was done you could see some minor scratches but only from a certain angle and when we brought him out to look at it he instantly seen it and had his team take care of it. DAN BARCHICK help us out and got us the vehicle we wanted. I knew it was going to be a process with the situation we were in but he made it very easy and it didn't take as long as it did when we got our first car at Yark. Yark took all day and at Charlie's took maybe 5 hrs. I went to a couple of dealerships and told them our situation and none of them cared to take time to go through vehicles to let me decide what one I wanted. Dan asked us questions and got to know us to help make the process easier to find a vehicle I loved and it also helped with not taking long. He was very kind and patience with us and was very understanding with the situation we were in. The vehicle we picked was great, it has little flaw but he took care if it. He is not a typical Cars Salesman, he is a friend. I now will never go to anyone else as long as he is working.
