We talked and I gave her a few ideas of what I wanted. She listened and proceeded to cut my hair. Her skills were good and I am content with the result. However, I feel the need to mention the environment of the salon. There was a person (not sure if employee or patron) talking about taking her daughter to a concert a few years back and apparently there was a confrontation. She then proceeded to continue the conversation with my stylist, describing her summer wardrobe and plans on going to another concert. There was no problem with the cut, but feel there should have been a more professional environment and a little more focus from my stylist. Probably won't be returning.

Whenever I have a cut from her my hair falls easily, in the right ways, and continues to for even three months after a haircut. She's a master at figuring out what looks good on a person and how to do what they want done. To add icing to the proverbial cake, Esther is very personable and friendly and works hard to give you the best service. Regarding the salon itself--it is very cute and classy, and has a very personable feel. It's beautifully done inside. The only thing I might change would be to make the salon easier to find by a more prominent or brighter sign--it's a grey kind of sign with just "C" on it, if I remember correctly. But! She works with her customers to ensure that they get exactly what they want. The salon itself is absolutely amazing. It is brand new and just opened up. Carlie designed it herself and the thought that went into it is evident in everything there. There are blow dryers at each station that hang down from the ceiling like a pneumatic hose at an oil change place.
