Where do I start..... The Dress: When purchasing, I informed my stylist of my intention to size down due to my rigorous work schedule. However, I was strongly urged to stick with the size recommended at the time - 46 however, when measured with denim on I was a 44. The dress is now far too large, presenting the following issues: The bust is oversized, providing no support even with a bra. The straps will not stay up. The corset is tightened to its limit yet remains loose. At 5'3" (as noted in my measurements), the dress drags, making it difficult to walk. Overall, the dress lacks shape and swallows my figure. The Service: 12/03/24 I arrived promptly at my 1:30 PM appointment and informed staff that my bridesmaid was delayed by traffic and would arrive in about 20 minutes. Despite being the only customer in the store for over an hour, I was told we couldn't wait for her. The initial stylist (Katie) was kind and helped me into the dress, but it was immediately evident that it was too large. The manager, Brenna Phillips, was brought over to address the concerns. She stated the sizing was correct and claimed they don't customize for height or tailor dresses (even though my order included custom skirt removal). She was unhelpful, dismissive, and became confrontational and charged at me when I grew visibly upset. Her behavior escalated to the point where my bridesmaid had to intervene as she invaded my personal space, making me feel unsafe and threatened. (This interaction is recorded on store cameras.) Afterwards, I felt unwelcome and retreated to the dressing room. My bridesmaid spoke with Anne, who admitted she advised against sizing down based on her training and expressed regret for the outcome. After calling customer service and speaking to Maggie, the agreement was for my dress to be sent to Houston, to be altered to the CORRECT SIZE and sent back no later than 01/13/24. Fast forward to 01/13/24 - when I was told my dress would be back in Georgia after the CORRECT ALTERATIONS were made - I was told the dress was not on the way and should be back in ATL by 01/20/24. Resulting in my mother having to change her flight again to ensure she was present at this fitting. The dress is in....time to try it on....IT STILL HAS SOME IMPERFECTIONS....My straps are still too big and not staying up even after being remeasured on 12/3/24. My mother asked for some kind of financial compensation, being that this has been a very long unpleasant experience and Maggie continuously put her on a waiting/I will call you back game to only come back and say she ISN'T giving any compensation. She could have said 5% but she was very rude, started to say that I was not measured and never requested for my dress to be a size 44 (which can be heard in the video), and was extremely unhelpful. All in all if you want a pleasant experience, I would not go here. The dresses are OVERPRICED, they do NOT follow-through on their word, and even after being measured your dress will NOT FIT even after being measured twice, on two separate days.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my sales representative, Annie. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the different types of wedding gowns and couture designers. She knew all the latest fashion, which I truly appreciated because I'm getting married in NYC, the home of couture. I know I'll feel incredible in my gown on my wedding day!!! Super excited!!! Thank you so much, Annie!

5 stars after the second appointment!! My first experience was similar to others: I went in with a vision and was presented 4/6 dresses outside my price range. Falling in-love with one of the high costing ones, but then falling in-love also with one under my price range. Anslee was my stylist and I promised her I'd write a review, as after our second appointment she blew me away and even had me tearing up as I said "Yes" to the dress of my dreams. A beautiful lace trumpet strapless... I couldn't be more then happy with how the appointment went! No champagne to toast, but a cute sign and bell to ring; I would suggest champagne though- haha! Be sure to stress your budget, ask for style suggestions for your curves/body type, and if purchasing same day then offer a 10% discount for those brides on a budget! 70% down, if opting for payment plans. Ask for Anslee and you won't go wrong; I am so happy to have found the dress of my dreams with my group of seven!

I definitely would not recommend this place. The staff was nice but I paid $4,000 for my wedding dress and an extra $500 to add 4 inches to the length ( I'm 5'10 without heels and my now husband is 6'8... I wanted a long dress and to wear heels) It took 12 weeks to come in which is totally understandable but when it came in , the extra length was not added. The staff was super friendly and expedited it back to Houston with THREE weeks until my wedding date . It came back the same week of my wedding and still didn't have the length added. I just got my wedding pictures back yesterday and I looked like an idiot. I even bought shoes with like 1/2 inch heel in hopes that it would help not be so noticeable. They also forgot to order my veil ... twice. So they gave me the floor sample. I literally had a sample veil on my head... :-/ I changed the second our ceremony was over into a white dress I got from Dillards for $68. Overall, it was massively stressful and just unnecessary... especially for such a huge monumental day.

My experience along with finding a wedding gown/dress and saying yes to it the same day all happened within 90minutes of me walking in the store. I wasn't instantly greeted, I just walked up to desk and introduced myself. I had a few of my close friends who are apart of my wedding with me to share the moment. We were informed by the the nice young lady working at the desk to walk around and start seeing what I would like until the stylist was ready. After 10 minutes or so we were greeted by Anslee, she brought us over to the seating area where she began asking/assessing my style and honing on what I would like. I loved that she was in-tuned and wrote down key things she heard me say. I didn't want flashy, bejeweled, or over the top lacing . And I especially didn't want white. My fiancé and I theme is industrial boho. So more neutral colors and a lot of dark brown with emerald green going on. So the color that I wanted at first was beige or tan. Anslee quickly gathered 5-6 gowns and had me meet her in the back. The first dress I tried on brought tears to my eyes because it was what I asked however I felt as if it was missing something even though it was my favorite. The 3rd dress I fell in love with however there was 1 more to try on and I wanted to be be completely sure that I've exhausted my options. Once I tried on the last dress I just knew that THAT was THEEE dress! It was everything and more and I became overwhelmed with joy and happiness that this process went very smooth and easy. So I would like to shout out to Anslee once again for her professionalism and kind/patient demeanor during my appointment. The gown was everything and more what I was looking for! thank you! Side note: I also received a 10%discount and was able to put down 60% upfront. My wedding isn't until September 2024 but I'm glad I was able to do this now because of how long it will take for gown to be made and shipped. I should get it late July, early August of 2023. It's just one less thing to have to worry about. Im giving 4.9 stars because I just wish there was champagne as mentioned prior to booking my appointment.

I am very pleased to say I said yes to the dress at Impression Bridal! My wedding came quick after our engagement so my only options were to buy off the rack and I was well aware of it. I had spent hours looking online at other places but Impression had my heart with their online presentation. Anslee was there to provide the dresses I got to try on. She was very patient and kind and so complimenting when each dress was on. Each dress was beautiful but the last one was it! Ladies, this was my ONLY stop for my wedding dress! The final dress had a beautiful bodice with a mesh fabric and built in bra cups. She zipped it up and it was made for me! I am a petite build but this dress was like a glove on my body. All I needed to do was hem the length which they provide on site alterations. Her boss was able to give me a huge discount for buying off the rack as well as buying a veil to go with it. If you have any idea of what you want, this is the place to start! You may leave with your dress the same day! Thanks everyone! (Photographer is Pavel VK Photography, Inc.)

I went to the counter an they said: $150.00 - OK, for 1 pair??? yes ma'am but you will love them because they will fit you perfectly. I paid the $150.00 and they made me a pickup date for 30 day later - being the 9th of March. Today, I was so excited to pickup my "best fitting jeans ever" and when I put them on, they were as bad as when I left them there! I told the associate that these didn't even look like they had been altered at all! The seamstress came in and told me that the fabric is stretchy and she couldn't take them up anymore because of that --- well, that's a bunch of garbage because I also can sew, I just didn't want to do it myself and the fact that the fabric is stretchy had nothing to do with they didn't cut enough off and the jeans were still an inch too large on both legs; and why did it cost $150.00 to run 2 seams??? I told them it was a terrible job and I would NEVER be back there for any reason! I do not recommend them because they did not do what they said they were going to do ; and the amount they charged was out of this world as well as their time frame to get them back. The fact that they lied about their mistake of how much to remove to begin with. ALL IN ALL - JUST A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, TOO MUCH MONEY , AND TOO MUH TIME ---- I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

I'm giving Davids Bridal Kennesaw 1 star (which makes me so sad because the staff themselves were so nice), but honestly, the actual process of getting my dress was a total headache from start to finish. I love my Galina Signature gown, but it was a struggle every step of the way. The sleeve situation: I was told at my first appointment and saw on the website that adding sleeves was easy. They even pinned mock-up sleeves on me. But when I showed up for alterations, I was told they do not stock sleeves or fabric. They said if I wanted the exact sleeves they pinned on me during my initial try on, I would have to purchase the entire other wedding dress they went with just to take the sleeves off of it. To add insult to injury, the day after I had to compromise on my sleeves, I received an ad from David's Bridal saying how easy it is to add statement sleeves to a strapless gown. I was not told I would need to source my own fabric for sleeves until the day I was handing my dress over for a month for alterations, so I could not even color-match anything. I had to use satin from my hem that I really wanted to save for other keepsakes just to make it work. Since these are David's Bridal original designs, the store should at least stock fabric for their signature lines. No one else is going to have the exact fabric to match an exclusive brand, and it is unreasonable to expect a bride to find it herself while the dress is already in the shop for fittings. The veil was a mess. I ordered it months in advance, pickup was delayed twice, and when it finally "arrived," they told me someone else had already picked it up. I tried to get a credit just to order the same veil online, but I was told they don't even make that veil anymore and there is sometimes a delay in taking discontinued products off the floor. I had to call the store twice a day for several days because managers never called back like they promised. This delayed my hair and makeup trial even though I was willing to just pick a different veil. Eventually, I received a message that they sourced another one and it was ready for pickup, though I never actually spoke to a manager to resolve it. Final dress pickup from alterations was a disaster. After the veil situation, I called that morning to confirm my appointment before I made the drive to Kennesaw and was told my dress was ready. When I got there, they were still sewing and I did not even get to try it on until over an hour later. Even though I had lost weight, the dress was suddenly way too tight. I had to go kill time in town while they let it back out. When I finally got it back, the inner "stay" was too loose, but I was so done with the situation that I just took it home. I will be adding an extra clasp myself. The cost was a huge shock. Alterations were almost the price of the dress itself for a pretty standard hem, bustle, and fit. The only custom part was the sleeves, where I provided the fabric myself. I really think brides should be given a minimum alterations quote when they buy the dress so they are not blindsided. The employees at this location are lovely and pleasant to work with, but the lack of communication and the technical issues made this way more stressful than it should have been.
