They offer more for the price compared to other salons, the staff is very nice, and they're always on time for our appointments which I appreciate. We often struggled at other salons with making an appointment for two pedicures at the same time and not actually being at the same time. At other places, they would start on one of us and have the other one sit at a pedicure chair until someone else was available, which was really frustrating. I called today, imagining I'd have to book weeks ahead (turns out that's usually the case), but this day Leslie happened to have a cancellation that I could make. Lucky me! Leslie did a great job on my hair, and was a wealth of information and encouragement for me as a newcomer to the area besides. I don't think I've ever had someone ask such good questions and talk me through what my options were so clearly up front.
