One the base they used was almost clear so you can see all the fill lines. Then they filed them so thin I knew they're gonna break. And sure enough, by the time I was home one had chipped, with in another day another and this morning about three days later I was scratching my leg and my index finger nail cracked in half. This is probably one of the worst mani pedis I've ever gotten and the prices they charged were the same as the high end salons. I will not return.

I went to have a manicure and pedicure done for my baby shower. Then I get directed to the back where the chairs are for pedicures they did not specify once again so I had to ask what chair twice. I sit down and I tell the lady that's helping me with the water that it's hot. She touches it and says no it's fine then pulls my leg back into the water. I get told for the pedicure it's a $27.00 extra charge for gel plus their classic pedicure charge which is $30-35. I told the lady doing my toes I did not want any scrubs or lotions just my toes done, when the time came she placed the scrubs and the lotion, she said wait you didn't want the scrub I told her no but it's fine then she continued to scrub my feet with it, then placed lotion after I told her no again. Once I was done with the pedicure I went to sit down to my manicure... it had been going well, but after she had put on the pink powder on my left hand I had placed my hand a little closer to me due to her being finished with my left hand and moving on to my right hand She told me "it's wet" (my nails) and pulls my hand to get it off the towel she had. I pull my hand back because I felt the way she pulled my hand was not needed. I understand they move your hand to a position most comfortable for them but this was definitely not the case. Lastly I mentioned the nails looked crooked and if she can fix it, she "fixes" the nails that I had pointed out, I go wash my hands and return back to the seat and mention again that it's still crooked. She states that my nails are crooked just like hers... I left it alone because she's fixing my nails for me. But I noticed she still has not fixed what I thought was wrong and I told her one last time and she said again my nails are crooked like hers and I told her "no they are not"... when paying she says you can add the tip later, I've never had an experience like this anywhere nor do I ever leave reviews. There's more to the story, but to keep it somewhat short I'll keep it at that.
