Apparently they are unfamiliar with the fact that they are on Groupon so I had to call back when someone from the company was in the office to get on the schedule. They had availability for two weeks later. I wasn't in a rush so I don't mind the wait. I wasn't scheduled for the 12-4 time window. On the day of I had a work commitment that came up last minute. They were very accommodating when I called so I was pushed further back on the timeslot till after 3 PM so I could be home for the service. The technician Isaiah arrived and informed me what he was going to do. Afterwards he sent me a detailed report with photographs of my gutter system. Thankfully, everything looked good and I did not require any additional services after the cleaning and tuneup.

For the first time I realize I had been hearing a fair amount of outside noise (which I'd apparently gotten used to), because these windows/doors are soundproof; now I don't hear anything at all from outside! And even better, the windows are easy to open, and my sliding glass doors actually slide well in the track, and are not shaking and drafty when it's windy outside -- major improvements from my old, builder-grade, 20+ year-old windows/sliding door. Further, the service crew was excellent -- careful, kind, professional, efficient, and they cleaned up everything afterwards. Roger, the foreman, has been doing this work for almost 30 years, and Jose, who single-handedly carried in/out the windows/doors, has been doing this work for 10+ years. I didn't get the name of the quiet third service person who was mostly outside and on the ladders, also very efficient. fyi, they did mention that working on the 4th floor of our condos from ladders was a bit more challenging as the original builder-grade windows had been made to fit by being packed/taped in place from the outside, which necessitated them having to actually break some of the glass to be able to pull the old windows out. But they did it - and did it well. Finally, Shaun, the project manager who gave me my estimate and oversaw the project from estimate, HOA approval process, to completion, was great. My project was complicated because my 1980s drywall shafts were the wrong size for modern solar blinds. Instead of just "making it work" or creating a huge mess with drywall dust, Zach proposed a brilliant custom solution: building a clean birch veneer box with custom trim. It looks stunning and kept my house completely dust-free. What impressed me most was Zach's integrity. During the install, a small piece of my old plastic molding snapped. Instead of ignoring it, Zach took full ownership and replaced the trim on both skylights with upgraded foam-backed wood molding at his own expense to ensure everything was airtight and uniform. With new storms predicted over the next few days, I really needed someone who could patch up the exposed area to protect it from further damage. Anne from Classic Exteriors went above and beyond in finding someone who was available to do the job on short notice. (and right before a holiday no less!) Mike "Z" came out, assessed the situation, and offered to reattach the fallen siding instead of covering over the bare wall with Tyvek (which was what they originally planned to do). I was skeptical, given that the siding was damaged in places, but he got right to work and did an excellent job!! He reattached everything and used high strength waterproof tape to seal over the cracked areas. This is definitely more than I'd hoped for and I am very pleased with the results! From the beginning, Eddie spent time talking to us in person reviewing the damage to the house and the process he takes from start to finish. Eddie is very responsive via call, text, and email. The company uses a few different contractors. The ones we had for the roof and siding were efficient and finished the job in 1 day for the roof and 2 days for the siding. They also cleaned up well (even blowing away all of the leaves J) although you may need to make sure they pick up all of the nails. They often finished as it was getting dark in the winter so the nails are difficult to see but Eddie comes back after the job is done and makes sure everything is clean and looks good. Eddie's associate Eric would monitor the job if Eddie had to run to another site. Eric was very friendly and helpful as well. Great work Eddie, Eric, and teams. The new roof and siding make the house look great and the process working with insurance was seamless.

Diamond Home Remodeling replaced all the siding, roofing, gutters, and gutter guards on my home in…read more2021. The beautiful customed room on the back of the house became a nightmare within a short time. A twelve by twelve section leaked water every time it rained. Turned out they installed a trim piece across the top of the roof at that section incorrectly. That was fixed. Then a few months later water started running down the chimney discoloring the wood trim around it. An extremely rude manager came to my home and called ma liar and said nothing was wrong with the roofing at that section. Diamond put caulking all around but claimed the Chimney was the problem. The Chimney company stated unequivocally that there was no way that the chimney could possibly have caused the leak. By that time the chimney had stopped leaking as a result of the caulking. But damage to the wood had to be repaired. Finally then the Diamond paid for half the cost of refurbishing the wood. Now it has started leaking again, and I am waiting to hear from the company. At the time I had lived in my home for 38 years, had 3 roofs put on that room and never had a leak until Diamond replaced it. This is a nightmare.
