To start, there's plentiful parking. I doubt you would ever have an issue finding a space in that large lot. Upon entering, the security was nice and professional. The space opens up to a large shared area with couches everywhere surrounding and pointing to a big screen, perfect for a more public experience, but they also have rooms. We were in one of them for my friend's birthday celebration, and the hostess pointed me to the room no problem. The rooms themselves are spacious with a screen where you can pull up YouTube karaoke. Two mics and a Bluetooth keyboard that was pretty easy to handle. Loved that there were no technical issues, so the equipment proved reliable. But even if we had run into something, service was so attentive that I know it would have been fixed promptly. Speaking of service, I can't remember a time I received my food and drink orders so quickly. That was super impressive and made the experience all the better. They have a fun drink menu and decent pricing, so I definitely recommend. One thing I will say is that the payment terminal doesn't make it clear that 18% gratuity is already included and the itemized receipt doesn't automatically pop up, so it's very easy to mistakenly tip 20% on top of that. It would be nice if the server was more upfront about that in general, but she was also great, so it's not the end of the world. All in all, I truly enjoyed my time there. read more

This was a cute low key spot. It's a bar with karaoke rooms all over. We had a private room in the back. We ordered wings, mozzarella sticks, fries and drinks. They were all good. We booked a room for the experience. Which let me start by saying ..we had a good time. I believe we only had an hour and 15 mins. Don't quote me. They do have metal detectors. Announce it and explain what to do so that the question does not need to be asked. Next, It is very brisk in the back. Maybe have some type of office/desk heater for winter time. A woman opens the door and turns the lights on...basically without saying anything and it gave the impression GTHO. She had her cleaning supplies and everything. Very brash. I had food that still needed containers so I asked for that..she left to get some for us and then a man walks in and says.."I need to have this room cleaned". Obviously. This process would gone much smoother if our waitress would've came in 10-15 mins earlier and gave a fore warning to let us know time is winding down..you have 'x' amount of time or an estimation...can I get you to go boxes and also alert us that the power would shut off, etc. Due to that part...I deducted 2 stars. I have mixed feelings about this spot. Overall it's a vibe if you're popping in to hang with friends to wind down. The music is lit and the ambiance gives good energy. I attempted to book a room for karaoke for my daughters 21st birthday and got theeeee worst runaround. I tried booking it 3 weeks in advance and never succeeded. I tried online, I called, drove to the location and spoke with management whom directed a server to take my information. The server told me I'd receive a call or text to reserve a room. I never got that call or text. I followed up and was told to come in as a walk in and I would get the room I want because no one rents rooms on Sundays.I ended up being a walk in and the room I wanted was not available. They put us in a room the size of a closet. There wasn't a real karaoke setup. It was a TV, a couple mics with the option to search YouTube for songs. Most of which did not include lyrics. The music is always on point on Saturday night. They always mix the Afrobeats with the 90s music and I am definitely here for it! The DJ truly knows what the play! First time I've been here since the name change from Ai Tunes. Lots of changes..... I definitely miss how this place used to be ran when it was ran by my friend's family. My party of 4 came for Halloween. We wanted to stick around for the costume contest they advertised but no one seemed to know about it nor were they talking about it. I liked how we were able to get a table up front but that DJ wasn't good at all! The waitress host were nice showed us to our room. Man was it small cramped and super outdated. Needs painting , and just dusty. I did like the selection of drinks I had I think sangria mixed with something I liked it. I didn't try to food but it was pricey for wings and others said it was " ok". Wasn't really impressed with this place. Went here last night for a friend's bday party. She had rented one of the karaoke rooms. When the waitress came in to take our orders she wouldn't let anyone pay with cash. You have to use a card to open a tab and they keep your card. My friend did not have a card so the waitress asked me if my friend could put her tab on my card. It was all just very weird to me. The food isn't that great and the drinks were overpriced and weak. The karaoke is basically just a tv with YouTube so you have to find a song that actually has the lyrics and is instrumental. I probably won't go again. read more

I rented the biggest private karaoke room and for the price, it's well worth it! It was also very clean. Restrooms were clean. I'm bad with names, but our waitress was so sweet and attentive! The first time for the Christmas party, there was only 11 of us, but this last time there was about 20 and she was taking care of everyone so quickly. The food, though I did not order any, my friends did and they gave it all high ratings... especially the pasta. The hookahs were also reasonably priced. We all had so much fun! I wish they did more than 3 hours though (3 hours is the max on a room) cuz honestly 3 is just not enough when you're having fun! I will say that after karaoke, you can go hang out in the lounge areas (not in the reserved sections) and that makes it more worth your money. I paid for the room myself, but if you're splitting the cost, it's little to nothing with the amount of people allowed for each room. I will be booking again soon! read more
