After a long day at the Braves game me and my friends just wanted to relax and chat for a while. What better than a hookah lounge? and so I found this place on yelp! Parking was a pain. This is a very small shopping center and parking is very limited. After 10 minutes trying to park we finally got a spot and walked in. A lady assigned us an area with couches and a table. She brought menus and asked if we wanted to order drinks. They don't sell alcohol here so we only ordered sodas and the hookah. Hookahs are $12 and $5 a refill. Their prices are great. Lately the clubs have been charging about $20-$30 for hookahs and no discounted prices for refills which is crazy. They also have a variety of Middle Eastern food and drinks. I'd like to come back and try more on the menu. Not sure what has happened to this place but they are never open on time, the sign says open at two on Sundays, but some Sundays they are closed and some they don't open until later there is no rhyme or reason. When you call the business phone number, it is immediately dropped. So there is no phone to call no message no one to talk to. It is like a free-for-all they come when they want. Super great vibe on a Friday night. This place is not a party club place -- they keep the place well lit and there's background music on so you can see and hear the people you're sitting with. The food was delicious! Would recommend the hummus and the chicken shawarmas. The orange mist and guava mist hookahs were delicious. It's 2 people per hookah. The hookahs last a lot longer than any other place I've been. We were there for 4 hours and the hookah was still hitting super well. The mint tea was super flavorful too! Love to come here to do work on my laptop or catch up with friends. The vibe is chill and the music isn't so loud that you can't focus or talk to others next to you. The leather couches are comfortable and there are large TV's hung against the wall. Hookah is great and at a good price. *Alcohol is not sold here. I ordered a load of food for my family to celebrate tonight. I was very dissatisfied and dissapointed. I spend $65 on chicken Schwarma, Zatar, hummus, and Philly cheese steak. The food was mediocre, the containers we received the food in was a joke. Take a look at the pictures. The chicken Schwarma was full of fries. Wow! The hummus taste more like tahini than hummus, and it's drowning in Olive oil. I was really disappointed. This is my first, and last time we order from this place. read more

Chill place. Used to be better but they're clowns now. Quality of hookah is good, though service can be spotty. However they charge you for water here each time rather than if you order a bottled water, which seems excessive. This wasn't a policy before. I found this out because I have a Nalgene bottle that is pretty much glued to me everywhere I go since Im working on increasing water intake. I leave it in the car when I go into restaurants, but for some reason I forgot this one time, and it was in my hand when I walked into the place to meet someone. The staff there made me hand it over to him and he kept it confiscated behind the counter and told me I wasn't allowed to have it with me. Are we back in grade school? Did someone just take away my GameBoy? Sure, I'll leave outside food and drinks in the car, but this felt a little....parent-y. I love this spot. This is the best hookah OTP, Or in general really. Quality hookah, price is just right, open late all days of the week, the food is good (I always get the chicken Caesar salad), hot tea is always HOT and fragrant, friendly staff, and they always keep up with fresh coals for your hookah. When I visit Atlanta, this is my go to when I want great Middle Eastern food. I'm not the biggest hookah fan but my group is and they are happy with the hookah service( I did smoke one a little and it was smooth, the key to good hookah) The atmosphere is great, very cozy, and the service is excellent. Since I moved to Atlanta, my husband and I looked for a chill, comfortable hookah spot and were very disappointed to see that most places serve alcohol, there are belly dancers/obnoxious group dancing, or they don't serve halal food. Sultana Hookah Lounge is the BEST spot we've been to thus far! They serve halal food, and the staff members are amazing! It's our favorite place to sit back and get a lot of work done on our laptops on a Friday night/weekend. When we complained to the employee they went and brought the owner and he told us to get out ! I was a regular as well but forsure will never step foot again ! Let me start by saying this place is phenomenal. Very laid back chill spot to get one of the best shisha experiences in Atlanta! I've been to a few shisha spots in Atlanta and none of them come close to Sultana. The owner is super friendly, employees always make sure that the overall experience is nothing short of excellence. I had gotten a blueberry and mint head, which was packed REALLY WELL (FYI I'm very picky with my shisha), along with mint tea which was freshly brewed. This is a must go to spot for shisha fanatics. My girlfriend and I wanted to hang out, but just somewhere to chill and have hookah, so I found this place on yelp and we decided to check it out. We ordered a hookah and some food. This place is rather small but it's cozy, comfortable and unique. They had a large variety of hookah flavors. And the hookah was very good, one of the best I've had. The food, we both ordered the gyro and fries! It was soooo good! And we ordered pita and hummus plate. Everything was so tasty! Things priced here were so reasonable which is always a pleasant surprise and makes people want to return. My friend and I kept talking about how delicious and fresh tasting the food was. It's some of the best Mediterranean food I've had. Their menu is very limited, but I'm sure if they were to expand it, it would be just as good as everything else. We also ordered this mint lemonade, which was different than anything we've seen, but it was so refreshing and tasted wonderful and the right amount of sweetness and other flavors in it. Johnny educated us so much on hookah and I literally felt like I was in hookah class lol but in a fun interesting class! So when we first got there he ask if we wanted apple or pineapple base. We thought he was talking about the shisha, until it came out and we were amazed that it was an actual fruit that they clean out the middle and put shisha in there and foil and coal over! It was the best hookah we've ever smoked and we've been around. If you want authentic it does not get any better then this! Their tea is also very good! The only down side is that they do not serve alcohol!! It's against their religion to consume alcohol.
