I believe this is a chain cigar lounge as I see others around the city. I was invited here by a friend. It is also considered a cigar lounge and it's not too far from my house. In addition - they stay open until about 2am during the week! Impressive for this area. The parking is great! I found a good spot by the door. Once in side - the atmosphere gives you that old school cigar lounge, wooded accents, and great music selection. Service - initially it was trash. We waited about 20 mins for someone to come over to us, then I went up to someone about 3 xs and they kept saying give us a min, give us a min.. after 50 mins you don't want to serve me. So we went to the bar where coco was amazing!! There was another bar tender named Brittany who was also amazing! The bar and DJ alone made up for the 3 stars. We didn't order food but did have drinks which were made great. Would definitely go again but I notice some servers don't like to service women because they may feel we don't tip well so just something to add.

Ceaser salad was good. Service was fine. But I will not come back for games. Despite being a paying customer, the request to turn the volume up to enjoy a game was denied. Watching the game on MUTE and not even closed caption is the way things are done here. Too many other options that will allow you to smoke a stick and hear the game to better enjoy it!

When I say....if it was not for the fact I love late night lamb chops....I would never step foot in this place ever again in life. The service is probably the worst I have ever had in Atlanta. They are always understaffed. The must only hire the servers based on their ass size? And, the management seems to give less then 2 f**# about how it is ran. Prediction....this place will be closed by 2026! Another spot that had all the potential in the world that ran itself into a shut down.

Food was AMAZING and beautifully plated! No complaints! Nice establishment and relaxed atmosphere.

We used to frequent The Cigar Bar, but now only every once in a while. And every time we make the mistake of stopping in, I'm reminded of why... This time the service was even worse than the previous visits, food was burnt and they did not have simple ingredients for mixed drinks! We are simple patrons and don't require a lot of attention but, our server seemed to be mute, the three times she approached the table she would just stand there, and look at us as if we needed to address her or read her mind. Wings were so burnt I can't even believe they brought them to us. More experienced and versatile bar tenders would be a plus. The only syrup they had for mixed drinks was strawberry. I'm giving 2 stars because it's convenient to my home and the DJ was decent.

They have a few TVs for viewing and had a live belly dancer briefly perform. They didn't have a DJ. It seems like they were playing music from a music playlist, which was a mix of RnB and Hip Hop. Their menu has food, drink, and hookah options. They had nothing on the menu except for Suya; so, we didn't have food. The drinks were pretty good and reasonably priced, given that they were served in plastic cups. The hookah was pretty good and lasted awhile. Of note, the bartender couldn't take cash because she didn't have enough change in the register to return; the only option was card payment.

The sign would advise they open at 5, but doors wouldn't open until nearly an hour later. They would frequently do grocery runs to Walmart then charge you the same amount for items such as wings that were clearly different and finally arrived right before they close the lounge. So you literally had to box them, then pay your bill to close..... With that said, The recent visit I made last week was MUCH better. Decor of this locale is real loungy and sleek. Nice ambiance for a Gwinnett experience...The staff is very pleasant, and the Siracha wings are amazing!!! Presentation was so simple but nice... My friend got another chicken dish, that kinda looked like a Cordon Bleu, and that was quite tasty as well. Drinks are fair, (tiny portions with ice), and the music is good. Mix of African/Reggae/HipHop. In all, I recommend this place if the consistency stays like this....but I had to be honest about my previous experiences.

I've ordered from this restaurant several times through Uber, and we've always enjoyed the food…read more That's why this experience was so disappointing. The only difference this time was that I decided to pick up the order myself instead of having it delivered. When I arrived, I told the bartender I was there for my Uber pickup and waited where I was directed. After about 6-8 minutes, I politely asked if my order was ready. I was told someone from the kitchen would bring it out, so I walked to the kitchen door, knocked, and asked if the order was ready. I never entered the kitchen. Within moments, I was accused of going into the kitchen. A woman approached me, put her hands on me, identified herself as the manager, refused to give me her name, called me a derogatory name, and told me I would not be getting the food I had already paid for. She also told me she would make sure I could never order from the restaurant again and demanded that I leave. She later claimed to be law enforcement, but when the police arrived, I was told she was actually working as security. I asked that the security footage be reviewed because it would show I never entered the kitchen. I was told they didn't have access to the cameras at that time. What made this even more concerning was that the entire situation appeared to stem from the assumption that I was an Uber driver instead of the customer picking up my own meal. Whether someone is a customer, a delivery driver, or an employee, everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I also found it troubling that the person who was later identified as security appeared to be drinking while working. If she was in fact acting as security during this incident, that raises serious concerns about professionalism. The police responded to the scene, I left without the food I had already paid for, and I have video documenting the interaction. I stand by this review as an accurate account of my experience and hope the owner takes the time to review what happened so no customer--or delivery driver--has to go through something like this again.

One star, and that's for the jackass at the front…read more I wish I had gotten his name because I would absolutely put it here, and I will be putting him on blast. He was rude, ignorant, and a straight-up coward for the way he spoke to a group of women. Puffing his chest out, cursing at us like he wanted to fight--completely out of line. It would have been a whole different vibe if men had been with us. Let me be clear: this is 100% about security, not the establishment. I actually enjoyed the place. We were there for my daughter's birthday, had a great time, and our waitress was top-notch--super sweet. We paid for a section, which came with a bottle of wine, and were told we could take it if we didn't finish it. At the end of the night, my daughter walked out with the unopened bottle. It wasn't bagged. This security guard lost his mind--cursing at her and at me, telling us to "get the fuck out" and "don't come back." I tried to explain no one gave us a bag, but he didn't listen and didn't care. I have never felt so threatened over something so small. He completely ruined what had been a great night. I did call afterward, and someone was very apologetic and said they would handle it. I hope they actually review the footage, because his behavior toward a group of non-aggressive women was rude, aggressive, and unacceptable. We were honestly just confused by the whole situation. Yes, I understand the rules about taking alcohol out, but it wasn't bagged and we had been drinking--maybe we should have asked, but still, that didn't justify his behavior. I don't blame the waitress much; she had a lot going on and probably forgot. The villain of the night was that one stupid-ass security guard. His delivery was everything. All he had to do was calmly tell my daughter to go back in and get a bag. Instead, he chose to curse and threaten us. What a poor excuse for a black man. I liked the establishment, but I won't spend money somewhere that hires people like that. To that security guard: talk to your mom, your sisters, or any woman in your life--because you clearly don't know how to respect women. You're a coward, and you wouldn't talk to me

Not that large that I would think it's a lounge, more like a bar or pub. You have to scan to pull up the menu and immediately there's no wine or drink menu. Princess our waitress suggested the wine daiquiris which was a mix of strawberry and mango. It was overly sweet and couldn't even taste any wine, so my friend didn't even drink hers. The "tapas" menu was only like 4 things to choose from, we expected much more. We had honey lemon pepper wings, jerk salmon bites first. I then ordered after asking if they do Buffalo with lemon pepper since that wasn't an option wings. That's an extra 75 cents to make what is a common wing flavor. So they are setting up birthday parties, while we are wrapping up. This location opened October 2022, and we were told by our waitress that brunch was better and more options.
