They also anticipate needs when you come into the store and often times have package or mail waiting for us. We tried the big boys when we first started out, but it was pretty apparent we weren't going to get the personalized touch a smaller shipper offered us. We heard about Lightning through a friend who uses them in New Berlin. The best part about Lightning over a large national chain is the quick response time. You don't have to go online and setup a window like the large carriers. When I call I usually get the owner (Tim - great guy and fun to talk to) and the driver is there within minutes (even has a dog treat in hand for our old office hound). Bottom line: this is a company that promises and then delivers. Literally.
