It was my first time coming to this location based on local mom reviews. The service was extremely quick which was the first red flag. I got eye classic lash extensions, eyebrow wax and henna tint and everything was done in less than 1 hour. I was told not to wet my face for 48 hours and no contacts. Which I followed. That night some lashes started to shed. After the 48 hours I washed my lashes with lash foaming wash and a special brush for this. I used a fan and the brush they gave me to brush/ fluff them out. Many lashes came off that day. Every single day lashes come off which is to be expected but my own lashes are also falling off with them and now my own lashes are almost non existent. I have never had this happen at other salons. I know lashes are supposed to fall off but not at this level. Definitely not going back and I do not recommend.

I had about 6 sessions left of the high level bed and 20 spray tans left. Malibu Tan never expired so I didn't think Palm Beach would. They should have told me and communicated that when they took over my account. Now I'm out all the money I spent on my tanning sessions and lotions that I bought there. Can I buy more, sure I can. So basically charging me $65 for a month of NOTHING and wouldn't save a credit to my account for after I have my baby or anything. Didn't offer credits for anything like Malibu Tan had when I had my first child. They just kept saying "the contract you signed". I get that but you're a business and you could have at least offered a credit to insure I come back, especially since I had been trying to cancel for 3 days already.
