The best little bookstore ever! This bookstore is in downtown Temecula, and is such a fun, inclusive space. They have so many different genres of books, but also host a plethora of book clubs to fill every genre gap you could ever hope for. The space is quaint, but full of so many books in a variety of genres including Romance, Romantasy, Fantasy, Sci-fi (looking at you Dungeon Crawler Carl), Young Adult, and many, many more. They also have fun accessories, apparel and even offer a blind date with a book selection. Stopped in for Independent Bookstore Day for their book crawl. There was a great turnout and they had so many different tote bags, decor, stationary and new books. Can I just say that I am really sad that In Bloom Bookery is so far away from me. I live in San Diego and came to Temecula to celebrate Galentine's with my book group, one of our friends lives in Temecula so we thought it would be a great idea to have brunch and book shop. I have been following In Bloom Bookery for a while and always eager to go to their book events, this past Saturday they had a book signing for author Abigail Morgan and her new book Ember Meadow, she actually flew from Utah for this signing so I definitively had to support her release. Okay this bookshop is so inviting, so much good lighting and it's just so beautiful and has so many genres for all types of readers. The book sellers here are so nice and personable and checked in on my friends and I as we perused through the store. When I say they have an option for everyone they really do, I ended up picking up Abigail's new book, a heart shaped tote that said Book Lover and print from one of my favorite book adapted movies. We even met some other San Diegan's who came up to check out In Bloom Bookery, I love this community. For my book, tote and print I only paid $60 which I think is a steal, that tote would so much more costly elsewhere. We ended up coming back hours later because one of the girls didn't get a tote but she found a cute pink version of our bag and was so happy because that's her favorite color. I was in Temecula earlier this month for a quilt retreat and decided to head up a little early to beat traffic. With a few extra hours to spare, I did what any book-loving human would do... I Googled the best bookstores in Temecula. No surprise that In Bloom Bookery came up at the top of the list! Of course, I had to check it out. There was plenty of nearby parking and I was pretty blown away the moment I stepped inside! This place is a bookworm's dream come true. There were shelves upon shelves of books in addition to so many adorable bookish novelties from totes, stickers, bookmarks, apparel, gifts... truly something for every type of reader - including some goodies for e-readers! This place is a cozy, curated universe filled with bookish joy!!! The store was spotless, beautifully organized, and the staff were all pretty friendly. I know they would have been full of recommendations had I been in search of one. The prices were reasonable for a small independent shop, which my wallet really appreciated especially because I ended up treating myself to a signed edition of a book (love!!!) and two stickers - one for me and one for a friend. I highly recommend In Bloom Bookery to anyone visiting Temecula or even if you're just passing through. But, definitely don't let the romance reputation fool you; there's so much more here than romance or romance-adjacent books. I love supporting small businesses and independent book sellers! I was surprised to find this gem of a shop in a suburb like Temecula. The next closest city you'll find a romance book shop like this is San Diego or LA. I serendipitously came in on a day when a local author was promoting his books, and I was pleased to meet him and learn about how his novels is based on real life experiences. My husband and I popped in to check it out while in Old Town on a recent Friday afternoon, and the place was packed! If you are spending the day in Old Town Temecula, you have to stop into In Bloom Bookery Romance Bookstore! It is the cutest romance bookstore and fits the charm of Old Town perfectly! The selection is amazing with special editions, beautiful covers, and so many titles to choose from. I went with my book club after lunch and somehow left with three books. No regrets. They also have the sweetest extras like totes, bookmarks, stickers, notecards, and little trinkets that are hard to pass up. They host monthly events, and when you buy a book you get a bookmark with that month's events listed on it, which is such a thoughtful touch. I joined their rewards program too. Spend 100 dollars and get 5 dollars back. Simone was so kind and helpful. She tried to track down a sold out Pride and Prejudice bookmark for me and did a beautiful job gift wrapping a book I bought for a friend. The gift wrap is available for purchase and absolutely worth it. Such a warm and inviting space with great service and a huge selection. This bookstore is a total gem! read more

The book store is very inviting and makes sure you know which section you in with signs that specify the type of books you are looking for. Every wall is layered with books and merchandise reflecting a readers nature. Stickers, bookmarks, tote bags, shirts, hats ... etc ... they have all you need. They also Have some tables you can reserve for you And your friends to hang out and read or maybe even for a book club which I thought was very nice. I also loved that they had the blind date with a book. I never got one but I decided to take a chance on a sci fi book based on the stickers and the brief introduction they have on the book. Price wise everything is on point and competitive, they do a good job of complementing today's readers and you can tell they are fans of the books they read. This review is long overdue. I made the drive out from Orange County for a private Galentines event. The book store is straight out of a Hallmark movie. So cute!! Don't let the size fool you, the selection of books and bookish goodies is vast. You will not walk out empty handed. The staff was so welcoming and had amazing customer service.
