They accept most items: like a shoe rack, a microwave, pillows, blankets, luggages, lamps, etc... They DON'T accept : Matresses! SERVICE: Good Service. I always see a different person working here. Quaint location, great customer service. Welcoming and helpful. Drop off in back area. Clothes, accessories, vases, DVDs, CDs, books. Well organized and displayed. Easy to see what they have available. Ample parking right in front with neighboring shops. Right off the 215 fwy. read more

I packed my car with stuff to donate to Goodwill today. (btw, really nice stuff). I parked my car by goodwills back door and started to unload my car. I was told where to put the items..ie books here, baskets there. It could have taken an hour to sort out my car full. I informed them that sorting was their job. They were not happy so I reloaded my car and took my donation to a real thrift shop. When I told my husband about what happened, he told me to go online and read what customers are saying about Goodwill. I DID'NT KNOW! Will NEVER GO BACK! read more

Try greeting people when you walk in the door or asking if I need any help finding something. An employee walked right past me and didn't even say hello , very rude.The clothes are overpriced I felt like I was at Ross or Burlington not Goodwill a used thrift store , will not be going back and its in a horrible location as somone else mentioned. read more

I been here a couple of times, and I am NOT coming back. I do not shop for clothing, which is really all that this place has. I shop at thrift shops to support an AirBnB rental in Wine Country, to buy things like housewares, crock pot, wall hangings, home decor. This shop is really small, and I told someone that the prices are so expensive, more than Ross or other discount retail stores. This store is also hard to find and get into from Winchester. This Goodwill is a very solid thrift store and really does deserved to be called a Boutique. Besides clothing for all ages, they have a very sizable book section. These items are in great condition and clearly have been taken care of. We searched out for a local thrift store in our area, to gift some of our old items. But sadly we were put off by the one in Menifee, who believe they're running a high end for profit business. LOL We were very impressed with this Goodwill SoCal Boutique and would recommend it for both those shopping and for those looking to give up something special, that has a memory for you. read more

Clothing for all ages? I did not see any children's clothes here, that's what I came in for. Anyway it's very clean inside definitely "boutiquey". However it smelled like boiled eggs upon walking in and throughout the store. It was very unsettling. read more

Rude staff member at Donation. First time donating here. Pulled up at bay door where the only staff member was present. He tells me "we're closed". Only after admonishing me for pulling in there then sarcastically explaining that the truck was reversing into the spot "that's what the beep, beep is for" (the truck was parked and not moving when I pulled in) , does he tell me they'll be open in 5 minutes. After waiting then unloading items I ask for a receipt. His response "it's over there", waits til I get back in car and start pulling out then says "if you'd just be patient, I'll get it for you". This man's attitude was rude and unnecessary; his communication skills unfriendly and sarcastic. First and last time I donate at this location. read more

I have never been to this store. But as an avid thrift shopper I felt like stopping in on my way home. Admittedly my 3 year old started hooping anf holaring that she had to go to the bathroom. But as we rushed in begging for a quick potty we were greeted rather rudely by an elderly woman who works there refusing her "non public" restroom to a 3 year old. I litterally had to run out the door carrying my daughter a few doors down to use the restroom. Deciding since the woman was so rude, to just grab a coffee and go home, after putting my daughter in her carseat and getting in the car I looked thru my window to find the elderly worker and her younge counter part standing in the window glaring back at me... Quite the first impression these ladies made. Ill stick to the wonderful women at Angelview on murrieta hotsprings. read more

Goodwill doesn't want you to know how badly their managers are so ill just keep posting till they stop taking my reviews down. :) The manager will cut your hours, give you a lame excuse and treat you unfairly. Also an employee there will make assumptions about you, no one organizes the children's books which are over priced due to them being hardback and if your stuff you donate doesn't look good enough or no one knows what it is, they'll trash it. So ya Don go here savers is much nice, has a variety of books for 1.99 and the staff is so much nicer. They even have their own comic and manga section and will make deals with you if buying a series or collection. read more

Donation hours are apparently not until 6:00pm. I had boxes of clothes to donate and came in before 6:00pm but was immediately turned away for at first "donation hours are over" but when I asked aren't they until 6:00pm I was then told "our store is just too small but you can come in tomorrow at 10:00am". I'm really not sure what's the difference of taking my donations during the donation hours on Wednesday(6/8/22) over taking them on Thursday (6/9/22). I live in Fallbrook and it took an hour to get there so obviously I do not want to come back tomorrow in the AM. read more

I love this little used bookstore, I always seem to find something awesome in the travel, cooking or spiritual section. Today I bought 3 books for just $5.97! Great deals. I've never seen a book more then $3.99 in their entire store. I stop here whenever I'm in the Temecula area and I look forward to my awesome finds. The staff is friendly too! read more

Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Told a customer they couldn't sell him an item because they underpriced it. Then argued with him for a good 5 minutes. Mind you he was buying other items and has more than likely spent lots of money here, even on overpriced items. The vibe in this store is very unfriendly by the staff. A couple dollars is not worth losing loyal customers to. Seems like this staff should probably visit the self development area of their book shelves. read more

This goodwill store was very nice and clean! And also had some really good finds, but I experienced terrible customer service! I was in the store walking around for a good 15 mins and not one person out of the three people I saw working in the store said a word to me! No greeting, no "how are you doing today?". The employees here work hard to maintain the bookstore to the best of their ability. They do not keep an inventory and I don't blame them because of all the books they get and have to go through. I always receive good service and they have a bunch of books. Some old, some new, but they have a little bit of everything for everyone. They have a textbook section, cooking section, hobby section, religious section, fiction and non fiction. They have cute home decor and coffee table books. They do accept donations, but they don't do pick ups. Great place to come and just look around. read more

I bought several of cool Marvel comics and got to talk a bit with the cute asian mixed girl that works their. Also they have a large selection of textbooks that are a steal and I'll definitely go again...probably to see the cutie asian again :p but mostly for the great prices. read more

This store seemed to have a decent selection and of course the prices were very reasonable. Their children/young adult section, however, was not organized. I found books from one series in four different locations. It would make it a lot easier to find what you're looking for if they took the time to organize it like the other locations do. read more

Love this place! It's small but my husband and I always walk out with good finds- this past wk we left with 5 books for 8 bucks. The time before that I think we found 20 books and walked out paying less than 30 dollars! they also have a few other items like armoires, signs, pictures and other miscellaneous items.
