I had a reading with Molly and she was on point! Amazing! I asked a vague question at the start and then let her and the cards speak. She did not ask me questions to try to get info out of me. The staff at Lady of the Lake is just so kind and thoughtful. I browsed through all their yummy items from crystals to clothes. They have books, statues, jewelry... on and on. Last time I was there, it was after I had been to another crystal shop. I was looking for something specific. One thing I noticed was that the prices at Lady of the Lake, beat out the previous shop I'd been to, by quite a bit actually. The atmosphere is as I'd hope it would be. It's a place where you can browse without feeling as if you had a salesperson down your neck. One is available, of course, but respectful of the fact that a store like theirs generates very personal choices. I got a taro card reading while I was there last too. The guy was just soo precious and everything he told me resonated and soothed me, as I was struggling with something. I'm really happy we have a place like this to go to. That reminds me.... What do you do, when you actually like your last review of a place? It makes it hard to write a new one. Not much changes in some circumstances and even if it does, maybe there is still greatness to be explored. It had been a little while since I visited Lady of the Lake and it was exactly what I needed on the day I went. What I noticed was a keen sense of community, more than other trips here. Maybe, we all ended up there on the same day for good karma. I didn't look at the sound healing instruments, as I have what I need for now and I noticed the graphite objects were being phased out. I had most of them, but not all of them...so I must look elsewhere. What I was really seeking were chakra, mudras and yoga materials. The chakra crystals I found were beautiful, nothing on mudras today, yet I came upon the perfect book on the mysterious psoas muscle and how to work with it in each type of exercise (quite useful) including yoga work. I spoke to a young lady with late stage cancer, staff who suggested I purchase the buddha tarot (when the shelf suddenly fell, perhaps an omen not to take home a buddha tarot). And, I was able to discuss the benefits of pet therapy to another women. I was there last Sunday, had a small chat with the gal that does Readings and Reiki. I mentioned to her that I have a solar plexus block. She talked with me about candles, the color Yellow, (sun,candles etc) and how it was part of my childhood upbringing and that once I let that go I should be ok. I wanted to write a review out of gratitude towards Lady of the Lake, their staff (everyone I have come into contact with, in person and over the phone), but also some disappointment for the negative review that was posted in Sept., 2024. First and foremost, everyone here at Lady of the Lake is so friendly and helpful. They have so many things to help support, learn from and develop whatever a person may be into, with regards to metaphysical, new age, etc.. With regards to readings with a medium or psychic, individuals need to go in with an open mind. I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. A little while back I went to see the psychic Kristin and was completely lied to. First and foremost she acted as if she could see my spirt guide in the room with me and "talked" to them when in actuality they are supposed to be revealed to only YOU and yourself only. I had to learn this the hard way thanks to her and I had been contacting with an unknown spirt for months who were sabotaging my life in which was the one she claimed was protecting me. It gave me the wrong idea of spirt guides and overall I felt my both my spirituality and tarot reading in general, something that was special and meaningful to me was sabotaged and broken. It took me months to get back into it due to her and it was honestly a disheartening experience. And this is not even including the other lies she told me like who my soulmate was or certain things about my career at the time that are just flat out not true and did not align up with who I am or the path that I am on. I believe she tells others misinformation and deceives them only to get people to come back to her so she can make a high profit as I am not the only one who has had this experience. She is not a good psychic and should not be trusted. I'm honesty disappointed in lady of the lake for even setting up an appointment for her and has made me think differently upon their business.
