I left a note for the florist that the recipient loves bright colors, roses, and exotic flower to help with the decision. I'm in a different time zone and the day was passing by without an update. I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. Cost: $58 for standard, $115 for deluxe, and $173 for premium. $20 for hand delivery. I left a $10 tip for their excellent service. This local florist in Montclair, NJ is top tier. Thank you!

I have never seen the choice of tropicals at any other florist. I've had special occasion bouquets sent from Coqui as well as centerpieces for parties. Even the funeral pieces from Coqui are amazing! I understand that not every florist is able to precisely match the arrangement assigned by Teleflora but I do feel that it should come remotely close especially to the value of the arrangement ordered. Fortunately, after several calls to Teleflora (and tweets) I was able to get this situation ironed out. However, George from Conqui Design's business acumen is downright deplorable- how is this place still in business?? Especially with all the great florists in this area. He had first told us to call Teleflora and cancel the order and seemed apologetic for shorting us on the arrangement. THEN, he has someone call to come and pick up the flowers the next day? We call him back to figure out what was going on and he tells my mom that he "wants nothing to do with us and to throw the flowers in the garbage," which we did, because his sloppy design was garbage to begin with. Thankfully, Montclair Florist swooped in to save the (Mother's) day! STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!
