I am so glad I found a yoga spot that makes me want to come back and dare I say.. actually enjoy it. I have many physical and mental limitations that make yoga especially challenging for me as an individual, and Jill (the instructor) makes you feel comfortable and capable. She provides modifications for any movement before you even ask, and if she can tell it's still not working for you, she will help you find another way. At the same time, Jill will challenge you to play and try new things that both excite and terrify you, yet, you do them anyway because you feel safe enough to come out of your comfort zone. All participants get their first class free so there really is no reason to not try it out. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to test out the waters, become more flexible, reduce their stress and anxiety, or kickstart new healthy habits. Whatever your goal is, Jill will help you get there. 6 stars!!!

One thing that stuck out on my first visit to her was how thorough she was in her consultation, and in the same vain, how much she listened. Her massage therapy has helped me tremendously. Through her care, I have gone from not feeling so well physically, to feeling great! As a bonus, I received another benefit that was almost as valuable. She's taught me a lot about my physiology and how to maintain my newly acquired flexibility so I can feel great all the time. Joyce is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Without question, I recommend anyone needing massage therapy to make an appointment with her.

As I was very…read morenervous about my first session (since I NEVER had a massage before), she talked to me about my issues and what her plan of treatment was going to be. She seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely pleasant. She made my first session a positive one as I was able to relax and indulge in the moment, although in pain. As one session will not heal you or anyone, who has an injury as I did. But I was looking for relaxation upon my first session and she exceeded that goal. Needless to say I will never fear massage therapy again. As treatments continued I became more relaxed and comfortable with each session. The treatments have been an extremely positive outcome for my healing process. She has giving me many useful suggestions on ways to relieve pain and discomfort on my injured areas. With each session, it seems like the first (except I am not nervous anymore). She assesses how I am feeling physically and what her plan of treatment should be for that session. As I suffer from depression, she previously posted an article on her Facebook page regarding how massage therapy helps with depression. That article is so on point, the therapy that I have received not only has/is helping me physically but also emotionally/mentally. Joyce I am truly grateful, for all the time and patience you have given me, for the knowledge of knowing how to treat my injuries and most of all for listening, not with your ears, but with your heart. You are truly one of a kind. May God continue to bless you in all that you do.

It's taken me a while to enjoy the full benefits of this gym which is very large. Now the I'm retired and covered under CDPHP, my gym membership is free. I finally started taking pool classes. I've even stayed behind after classes to use the Lazy River which is awesome. It's a steady current which works just like those in the water parks. Well, the Lazy River is currently under repair until further notice but the huge waterslide is working. I decided to give that a try the other day. It appears to be a couple of stories high with steady water jets blasting you through the ride. For the center to open the slide there needs to be four lifeguards on duty as a safety precaution. I spoke to some of the lifeguards before taking the plunge. They advised me to lean forward to slow down and lean back to speed up. I did a combination. When I splashed down, they were very nice to check on me. I got two turns on the slide before the lifeguards had to go to lunch and the slide was closed until they returned. The Ciccotti Center has great features but some like the slide and Lazy River are expensive to maintain. They're so fun. It's certainly a stand out workout facility.

When asking about any issue, you're told to speak to management. Where are they? Not in their office or helping their staff. They're in the gym working out with headphones in. Avoiding work, avoiding staff requests, avoiding customer relations. And if you do manage to get the chance of an interaction, they are rude & dismissive. This facility could be nice, but it's being run into the dirt. You're better off looking elsewhere.

The heating elements drop down from the ceiling: cool and unexpected. They have vibrant color changing lights that give the place a festive feel. Mirrors cover one wall. Well organized props. Lot parking with some spaces reserved for the studio. I did their $10 for 10 days Black Friday special and enjoyed several of their classes including some excellent unheated yin classes with Cassandra and some flex, flow and power vinyasa classes. I really loved that Cassandra allowed you to rest and meditate in the postures and was not overly talkative during the class. The hottest class I took here was up to 99 degrees. They also have a Bikram style class at 105. The $10 for 10 days special was an amazing value but their drop ins are $30 and their 10 class pack is $269. Their monthly membership is pretty reasonable for $129 if you practice frequently. I'd love to come back to this studio occasionally but don't want to pay so much for a drop in or ten class. If I didn't currently have a lot of passes at other studios right now I'd do their monthly membership as that's definitely worth the price. Experienced instructors. I liked the vibe here a lot. One of the owners was around to greet folks before class for a few classes I attended and was very friendly. The other yoga practitioners here also seemed pretty chill and nonjudgmental unlike some other studios in the area where you find some snobbishness and oneupmanship. Pretty five star experience but subtracting a star for the priciness of the drop ins and 10 class packs. Definitely encourage you to give it a try as their regular new member special is a great deal for four weeks at $39. The owner told me they may be adding Pilates to the schedule. I will keep an eye on their website and may consider the monthly when my passes at other studios expire. I also like that they have classes later in the evening and on Saturday afternoons. Happy that I checked this place out.
