A friend recommended that I check this place out, and I'm so glad that I did! I don't know why I've never been in there before! Their clothes are quality, the gals in there are super friendly, and the selection is awesome! It is kinda spendy, but again, you are buying quality stuff! I walked out wIth a blazer, sweater and a pair of shoes for just over $300. The *only* downside to this store is it's location. If it was more convenient, maybe I would have stopped in sooner! read more

I am so glad to have found this place in Fairbanks! I have been wanting a specific pair of shoes for some time now.. yes, even though I put my pocket-book on the no-shoe/no-purse diet, I had kept an eye on these puppies for some time now because I could justify buying them (on my spending diet) if I held off long enough.. you know, like when you guard your calories for a special treat. Yeah.. that way. Alright, so when I found out the brand was carried at a boutique store in town, I went wild! I called ahead and made sure they carried the shoe in my size (they only had it in one color) and made sure they'd be open the day I'd travel 2 hours to buy them (don't judge me!!).. they were very friendly and helped me with all my questions (even answered them via Facebook). Long story short - I bought the shoes and L o V e them! The staff of gals there were very friendly and helpful and to make things even *better*, they had a ridiculous 20% off everything in the store sale... and 30% off these $100 shoes - yay! I got them for around 60 something - happy camper! They had a lot of other nice apparel and shoes there, too.. I did a lot of window shopping.. I'd love to go back. read more

This has been on my list of places to check out for a long time. I finally made it in today looking for a dress for an upcoming party. Let me start by saying they have nice clothing and a cute shoe selection. It's more on the upscale side for Fairbanks. But that's where the good impression ended. There were at least two sales ladies working and during the fifteen minutes I was there I was never acknowledged. It's not like it's a big shop and there wasn't a giant swarm of customers, maybe three at most, so they weren't overly busy. At one point during my visit I was literally standing right next to one of the sales ladies and still... no acknowledgement. I felt like I was intentionally being ignored. After no greeting or any offer of assistance I left and won't be coming back. Way to run off a new potential customer. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the shop itself had nice merchandise. Word of mouth is everything in our small town ladies. read more

I want to love this store. It's within walking distance from my house! It has super cute clothes! They have great shoe brands! They have great sales! But somehow, I don't love this store. The last time I went in was kind of the last straw after several "meh" experiences. I had money burning a hole for a new pair of boots. I walked down to the store, walked in and went into the shoe room, I made a few laps, picked up a few pair, walked around, saw other people getting help, saw a friend of an employee come in and get a hug, made a few laps, looked at the jewelry, picked up some shoes, ect... NO ONE asked me if I needed help. No one came into the shoe room. I was there, in that tiny store for about 20 minutes, then someone else came into the shoe room and guess what happened? An employee came in and asked if they needed help! So I left. No boots for me. 100% honestly, I feel that as a size 16 they look at me and don't see a sale so they don't assist me, I've been in with a size 12 friend and the ladies practically fawned over her and how great she'd look in this or that. read more

This is definitely one of the nicer women's clothing stores in Fairbanks. They don't always have my size (14-16), and the prices are higher than what I would normally pay, but the store is laid out well and there are always nice things to look at. The staff is usually nice except for one older lady. She is a co-owner that seems like she would rather be any place other than this store. Avoid her and you'll have a nice shopping experience. read more
