I'm one of those cult following In-n-Out fans and I'm not ashamed to admit. My husband and I actually drove to the Salt Lake City area just to get our fix! The service was super friendly and quick. I can't put my finger on one thing that makes this burger so good to me. It's the whole package, crispy lettuce, thick slices of cheese, thin seasoned patties, perfectly toasted bun, thick slice of sweet onion, pickles and special sauce. It makes for a perfect burger! What can I tell you, that you don't already know about In-N-Out Burger. Its a great burger stop and who doesn't love this place. So we are talking chains and this location in Farmington is well run. I am always impressed by how this place is operated by 98% teens and let me say this... they kick serious A$&!!! These "kids" are professional, capable, friendly, helpful and hard working. Our order is always correct, presented perfectly and food ALWAYSA delivered with a smile. Gives me hope for our future. This particular location is BUSY BUSY BUSY!!!! But....... don't get freaked out over the drive thru line length. It moves fast and you will quickly find yourself staring at your beloved Double Double (animal style). 6/23/23 No longer impressed. Maybe the membrane they call the hamburger finally caught up with me. Maybe because the burger was way over done. Maybe because there was a enough lettuce on the sandwich to feed a dozen rabbits. Maybe because the fries were so salty and so many small pieces that I left them. The sauce is a lesser excuse for Thousand Island Dressing! The onion was good. Fast, Friendly service! Clean. People were orderly. Can't fault the operation. Prices for burgers are exceptional. But the food, to me, has gone downhill. Put some meat in the burger, for hells sake! Change up your sauce! My experience with I-N-O dates back to the 1980's in California. Nothing could beat it! What I love about this restaurant is that the name says it all: you get In-n-Out in no time with a satisfied belly and a full smile! While we were eating, one of the workers was scraping and wiping the cracks in each of the chairs with a straw, talk about dedication to cleanliness! Being from Seattle, my fast food burger loyalties will always lie with Dick's Drive-In. It's what I grew up with, it's what's familiar and it's what's smothered in tarter sauce which is the official condiment of my people. The reality though is that I have left Seattle and sometimes I need a fast food burger. What am I going to do, go to McDonald's? Burger King and Jack in the Box are even worse and Carl's Jr. has fallen pretty hard over the past 20 years. Dairy Queen is very inconsistent across locations so I usually just avoid them now. In n Out makes a decent burger and offers friendly, helpful service. Their fries are terrible though and I never order them which kind of leads to an incomplete eating experience. The bottom line is that their burgers are consistently solid and even though I'd rather be eating a Dick's Deluxe, I can make do with this when I'm far away from Seattle. read more

Holy Moly!! What the heck happen to this place? I took my wife and kids here for dinner and it was absolutely disgusting! The patties were all very thin and pink in the middle, very pink! Everyone was feeling a bit yucky afterwords but it was psychological i'm sure :/ Good bye In-n-out Burger! It was good in the beginning but now...not so much! Me and some friends came in tonight and the food was great but we had a very unpleasant experience with Abria. We pulled up to her window and politely added on something and she turned to another worker and said "those 'kids' added on something to their order" in a very unkind and disrespectful tone. I felt strongly discriminated against. I understand fast food is fast, but her customer service was rushed and she was very rude and I felt very belittled. We also stated we were dining in our cars and we did not receive any lap mats from Abria. To add on ANOTHER thing, we didn't even receive the extra item we added on and paid for. This location really has it together. We came through around 10pm on a summer night, it was very busy, the drive through was backed up to the street and it was full inside. We had to order for 8 people. The order was taken quickly, even with all its customizations, it was ready in minutes, and the employees had really great attitudes, despite how crazy busy it was. I hate to do this. But tonight they lost a dozen or so tickets. So when the numbers jumped from 48 to the 60's it was brought to the counter person attention. They stated the tickets didn't print. But instead of pausing the orders the orders and rob the meat from the 60-70's orders. They continued to handout the 60-70's orders and made all of us wait. I had visions of the best fast food hamburgers I ever ate before I walked into this place. I was sadly disappointed. Burger was below average, fries tasted like they had been sitting out. they are handcut and fresh potatoes, but poorly executed. I figured out the ordering double-speak pretty easily, but don't get the need for the inside code. I love burgers and trying all kinds of different types and establishments. My experience here made me want to go to the McDonalds across the parking lot. At least you know you are going to get consistency there. For a burger joint this is definately a great one! I have never even heard of a place like this before but on my way back from the Salt Lake City airport my friend drove me thru here to get some lunch. At first I was suprised at the lack of options on the menu until I was told all the other things I could get. Animal style is the way to go! The burgers are great tasting and the fries are even better. The fry sauce is good too even though I cannot tell what is in it. The people here were extremely nice which was odd...I thought they were a little too friendly. LOL! Our cashier gave us lap mats and I could not help but stop laughing because I never heard of them before. As soon as we got the food though, I completely understood....it's so Lil Messy Lizzy...(myself) would not get fry sauce and burger juice all over my jeans. How did it taste? Most of my reviews for In-N-Out are 4 or 5-Stars. I'm not just a fan. I'm a super fan. I love In-N-Out for the convenience, the price, the consistency in taste, and they're quick. I have been to this location multiple times in the last 12 months and have yet to experience what I'm typically used to from an In-N-Out. In-N-Out is known for adding salt to their burgers. But at this location, they really pile it on. I didn't just experience this on one visit. I experienced this on every visit that I have made here. The wait for one of their salty burgers usually takes about 25 minutes. I'm still a fan of In-N-Out. In fact, I still eat at In-N-Out at least 4 times a week. Started coming to this in and out when it first opened. I use to drive to the draper location from Layton! Which was my commitment to getting my hands on a double double. But now I stop here on my way home afterwork. Sometimes I cut it close and order near closing time. But that doesn't seem to be a problem at this location. The staff is always upbeat and seem very happy to be doing their jobs. One of the staff there made sure I got all the sauces and extras that I wanted before I drove off and told me to have a good rest of the night. Definitely a great job in hiring the workers.
