There's lots of places to eat around this area, this wasn't a choice of mine but when your traveling with 3 others you all need to decide on one place. I don't eat @ In-N-Outs often. We went thru the drive thru. Line was long but it moves fast. Everyone who was working here today were all super friendly....very cool! I got a cheeseburger & fries. The fries were very tasty, cooked just right but my cheeseburger.....the top bun was way over cooked. It was hard & crunchy. Not the way I like my hamburger bun served. I would of preferred it uncooked but didn't realize they cook them, grill them how ever they crisp them up. It also wasn't the easiest thing to eat in the car. If we didn't do the drive thru I would of brought my burger back & asked for a new top bun. They gave us lap mats which are totally useless cause they're not very good @ staying on your lap....lol 5 stars for friendly staff & 4 stars due to the over cooked bun & nothing really special tasting with my cheeseburger. read more

This was not our first time at this location. Every time we order we have problems. Tonight it started with the ordering, normally my husband will say what we want all at once with no issues. This time the guy kept interrupting him. So naturally instead of getting our order to eat in the car they bagged it because they just couldn't let him order and the guy never asked if we wanted it to go or not. Then the cashier did not repeat our order. The final window employee only gave us 1 spread packet even though he clearly said 2! We had to scream and use hand signals with her just to get place mats. And finally, we ordered animal fries lightly cooked. But our fries were almost hard as rocks! Then my burger was made incorrectly. My husband asked and paid for extra cheese for my burger. It only had the normal amount! This is by far the worst location of In-N-Out Burger that we've ever been to! read more

Location, Location, Location! Heading out of LA in a hurry to avoid the afternoon traffic jams we skipped lunch and hit highway 15 as if a Tyrannosaurus rex was chasing us!! By the time we started to calm down and feel comfortable enough that the mission was accomplished hunger hit! Desperate to get a quick bite and hit the road again, we pulled out of 15 and into Main Street, Hesperia and there it was, that familiar sign with the yellow arrow! At that point all I could think of was "French Fries"!!! In a rush to get something to eat and get back on the road, I messed up my order and forgot to order everything that was on my list! But the young folks working there behind the counter were most accommodating and rushed through the missing items and helped me avoid too much criticism from my team!! This location never disappoints. It's one of the original locations and still one of my favorites. Used to come here in high school after dances or rehearsals (20 years ago) and still come to enjoy a great burger with my family now that I'm married with kids. They can get crowded on weekends (especially dinner time), but they do offer two outdoor seating areas in addition to the inside. They also have a second set of restrooms located outside which is super helpful. Definitely worth a stop on your way to Vegas or if you live in the HD. read more

Right by the interstate, with an unusually large parking area, this In-N-Out meets expectations. For fans of burgers generally and In-N-Out specifically, those expectations can be high. The burgers are high-art in the fast food world, a combination of fresh, hot, greasy, toasty that other chain burger joints can't match (with the possible exception of Five Guys). As with most In-N-Outs, there is that incredible crew working in plain sight preparing food as if every employee just had new batteries put in. Fast, efficient, and actually a pleasure to watch. Food is great as always, usually always have good service at any in n out. But unfortunately today I had a very unpleasant experience. I pulled in the drive thru, and the young man working was either having a rough day, or is just disrespectful. He walked up and said "what do you want?" Kind of shocked I brushed it off, and ordered, then he just glared at me without saying a word, another worker walked by, and he immediately turned, and said "what did those hot b**ches say?" I'm a man, I understand guys being guys, but just the way he was rude, then how loudly he spoke about these apparent girls, turning around ignoring me, without even repeating my order, or saying a word.
