As you can imagine this location is ALWAYS busy. The staff try their best to keep up with demand. I guess today was just a bad day. Was refused a "secret menu" order. Told by the cashier "they don't do that" whatever no big deal. Ordered a DOUBLE DOUBLE WITH ONLY GRILLED ONIONS. Asked for my items in separate bags. STILL put my orders together and messed up my burger. Went back inside to have it remade. He only made the burger instead of the entire order with fresh fries being that I had to wait. OF COURSE the new burger is still made wrong. So he has to remake it again and I ask about the fries (he looked surprised) all and all spent another 15 mins waiting on top of the 15 i spent on the original order. I've never had a bad experience at an In&Out and I've eaten at In&Out hundreds of times. So the bar is set pretty high whenever I go. I know this since every time I admitted I never ate at one every Californian transplant I have ever met has looked at me aghast and demanded next time I simply must go. With an extended stay in Southern California I figured I should finally check this off my list. My friend and I went through the drive through and at first I wasn't sure how long we would be in line. I mean the line was impressively long stretching to the edges of the street. But In-N-Out lived up to its name as employees were there to take people's orders long before they reached the typical order point. It was the breeziest drive through process and extremely efficient. The burger itself was very good. It was not too big, tender, tasteful, and nice. I mean, for a fast food burger this is easily one of the best fast food burgers I have eaten. The fries were alright. Nothing to write home about. Overall I am happy with my experience at In-N-Out Burger but considering its reputation I am not very surprised. I was always told they had excellent food. read more

It's been here as long as I can remember and whenever I come to town it's a must stop if at all possible. On the way from LA to Las Vegas, my family had stopped here to grab a quick meal and a break. I'd ordered the Double Double and some fries, both were fantastic. Being 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we all were hungry and tired, and biting into a fresh hot burger was just what we had needed. In-n-Out shows that you don't need fancy ingredients and high prices to have a great time. Simplicity is often better, and quality is a must. This location is consistently excellent, as well. I always get my standard No. 2 combo with grilled onions, fries and an unsweetened iced tea. It's the best! This time, we also ordered a t-shirt. Did you know you can buy In-N-Out apparel at this restaurant? You can! Each year, In-N-Out changes the design on the shirt, so each year you can buy a brand-new shirt and represent your favorite Southern California fast-food restaurant. Super friendly service! I went through the drive-thru and someone was standing outside greeting us while taking orders. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get our orders in super efficiently. The staff at the check out window was super friendly also and no hassles at the pick up window. I think management is doing something right here! Who ever worked tonight I'm so sorry for coming in last minute & eating in but thank you for not kicking me out right at 1 o'clock when you were closing. The food was great. I come to this location all the time cause it's always clean even when they are super busy they still get you food right & fresh. My orders are always so complicated but they never give me attitude for it & they always make it right. One time when I came in, there was a guy working at the counter. I believe his name was Kyle. His energy was awesome. I heard him saying that everyone was doing a great job he was hyping them up for working hard & great it was honestly really cool to see. This in n out is always really good. The workers are usually very friendly but I will say today we encountered a very rude staff member. After getting our food in the drive thru we waited while being ignored by Jackie because we needed car place mats. After she finally paid attention to us we asked and she was very rude. There are four In-N-Out locations along the 15 for the usual weekly and holiday migration between SoCal and Vegas. This is the location closest to SoCal and it's often where I stop when I still want a meal when I get to Vegas. There are two other locations within 10 minutes of this one, but this one is larger and seems more efficient. The fourth location is in Barstow, which is the largest, but gets mobbed by tour buses. What more can be said about In-N-Out? It's an amazing burger at an amazing price. It's something the whole family can enjoy without hurting your wallet. My g-to is a cheeseburger animal style. If I'm particularly hungry and I'm not planning on getting a buffet in Vegas that day, I'll go for a double double animal style. If you're getting the normal burgers, always order with raw onion and an added whole grilled onion. Having both really makes the burger special. Animal style fries are nice to try once, but I'm not that fond of them. They get cold quickly and the cheese congeals faster than you'd like, resulting in fries that are all stuck together. It's also the one item on the menu that feels expensive. In-N-Out is the only time I order, hear the total, and my response is, "wait, really? That's it?". I usually get three cheeseburgers and two to three orders of fries and my total comes to something under $15 after tax for the whole order. Ridiculous value! read more

What is about this town that's so genuine ! We wanted to catch a quick lunch on our drive to Vegas and friends wanted in n out . It's right off the freeway and has a drive thru. The drive thru was INSANE and had someone live taking orders as there were so many cars . The parking lot was large but just packed . I was impressed that a staff member opened the front door for us and said hello . There was a line inside to order but it went quick ! There were about three cashiers taking orders . Finding an open table took time but was manageable . Our burgers came out relatively quick and tasted amazing . My protein style double double was fresh and awesome . Friend requested her burger to be cut in half and it came our neatly packaged. Fries could have been crispier but we didn't ask so our fault . Remember there are extra restrooms outside so don't wait in line for the ones inside . They also have the sport peppers by the ketchup dispensers. This location was super busy , following COVID rules and despite many grumpy customers they were serving with a smile and kindness. We passed through on the end of a long road trip and were glad to get such great service. They got my order wrong but I am understanding and they fixed it quickly and with a positive attitude. Another In-N-Out, and another five-star experience! This time I tried to get by with just one Cheeseburger & Fries, but failed. The first one was so good, I just had to have another burger (the second without cheese but still containing that thick and crunchy white disk of onion that goes so well with the fresh Iceberg Lettuce leaves and juicy slice of bright red tomato). I did refrain from ordering a milk shake on this slight dinner detour just off I-15 North while en route from Redlands to Las Vegas. So, I still felt like a good boy after getting back behind the wheel of my sleek black sedan. The place was clean, the employees were friendly, and I got both of my burgers cooked medium rare as requested (which works much better at In-N-Outs in California than Nevada). Each bun was soft, and the fries, too, were fresh and delicious. What more is there to say? The food lived up to In-N-Out quality in every respect. read more

Must say amazing top tier customer service! I came earlier and ordered my food in drive through line. It went by quickly, at the window pick up my food the young lady I believe her name Paton was extremely kind. She told me the burgers were about ready. She then said if I could please drive in front of the store. She profusely apologized about the inconvenience. Honestly the wait was short, yet she even offered me a free shake. I told her it was okay but she insisted. I must waited like 3 mins it was super short. She came out and gave me free fries. She really didn't have to, I expressed my gratitude. I've seen the reviews and heard all the ooh's and aahhh's from folks I know, so I decided to give I/OB another chance since my first experience pre-Yelp was not so good. I noticed the large parking lot and long driveway for the drive-through window, which is par for the course since the restaurant is a popular place. Ordered the #1, with Animal Style fries, which means melted cheese, sauteed onions and thousand island dressing, a combination sure you please the stomach, if not the waistline. On the good side, the burger was excellent, even after I drove back to the hotel and it had cooled down some. The meat tasted fresh, the lettuce was not wilted, and overall, it was a treat for the mouth. The fries, however, did not handle the drive too well. Though I was about 3 minutes from the hotel, the cheese had solidified, and the fries, if they were even hot when I received them, were stone cold. The only thing that could explain this is that the fries were cooked some time before the burger and either left out or left in the bag (to cool) while the hamburger was being cooked. So, when I look at the $8.30+ I spent, I think I did not get the value that I/OB implies I would get by eating their food. It is a couple of bucks (30%) more than I would spend for a comparable meal at say, Hardees. read more
