We used to really like this location, but today (2/15/26) at around 2pm we went through the drive-thru and ordered and got only half of the usual amount of sundae. Our caramel sundae was not filled to the top of the cup, rather filling only 50%. The girl running the drive-thru was impatient, and it wasn't busy. probably the worst experience I've had at a drive thru i0n Decades. I got stuck behind a Uber eats driver who proceeded to place several orders and was very slow in doing it. After almost 10 minutes the cars behind backed out as did I . So I went inside and the manager told me he could place as many orders as he wanted and I would just have wait.
