The newest location, and very conveniently located off the 60 Freeway, this represents a big breakthrough for urban development in Jurupa Valley, which was previously unincorporated and had very few amenities until fairly recently. I was surprised how relatively slow it was inside (the drive-thru is always busy) and was immediately served and able to grab a decent table. My orders always have some secret menu embellishments, and I must say their staff cranked it out perfectly! We all know their fries, while fresh, are technically their weakest link, but these were cooked as perfectly as possible without seeming soft or borderline burned. Anyhow, I'm glad there's another location that's fairly easy to access, although it's still weird there isn't a location in downtown Riverside. read more

Pretty annoyed fr with this place. First problem was my gf got her purse stolen from this spot and they couldn't help with footage or any leads. Then they forgot a shake another visit.. the next time I found a hair in my burger and it was in the cheese and meat. This last time now that's really set the stage was they completely forgot to make my order as I was 91 I asked by guest 95 and they're didn't come out with my food until 98. I waited 30 minutes after my order was laced to get my food.. I sat there as I was suppose to be home to help my gf with her car that ironically broke down by the front of the house. My son is obsessed with In-N-Out, so we eat here one to two times a week. Overall, it's a solid location with consistently friendly customer service and the classic In-N-Out atmosphere you'd expect. The main reason I didn't give four stars is the inconsistency with the fries and occasional order accuracy. When we order fries light-well, they tend to come out overdone at this location, while regular fries can sometimes be a bit soft. The burgers are usually good, but every now and then they're a little over-salted. I've also had a couple of drive-through orders where I requested chopped chilies on a Flying Dutchman and they were missing. That said, the staff is always pleasant, the service is fast, and the location is extremely convenient for us, so we'll definitely continue coming back despite a few minor hiccups. read more

Visited the new In n' out in Jurupa Valley this evening. Location quite busy, approx 25 cars in drive thru, and about 4 open tables inside. Ordering wait was a bit long with 7 in front of me, but with two cashiers the line took about 8 minutes. Ordered a 3x3 (double double with an extra patty and cheese), fries, and XL drink. Finished meal with an XL strawberry shake (large cup size... ask for a L or XL shake) Food took about 12 minutes to come out. Layout of location was a bit tight and awkward on waiting , but I found a seat and waited. Food was a mixed bag. Fries were actually cold, even though the food was coming out all the time... almost like they were sitting out of the warmer for a while. Burger was hot and fresh. The bun was the typical in and out bun... maybe works for a single, but the bun basically dissolved by the time the burger was nearly done. The location itself was fairly clean with a new minor issues... likely due to having no staff actively cleaning during the dinner rush. One of the newest In N Out restaurants just happens to be a stones throw from my house. That is both a blessing and a curse. I can't even review the burgers, everyone knows about the deliciousness of the Double Double burger and the same standard holds here! Located right off the Pyrite exit on the 60 freeway in what will be an incredible shopping area for the residents of JV (minus the traffic), In N Out stand out like a beacon of goodness amongst all the traffic and construction. The inside looks just like the Baldwin Park location. It's spotless and the staff has wonderful customer service. I made an order and had a bunch of bags and they even offered to help me getting them to my car. If you take the drive thru, they have windows where you can see all the hustle getting everyone's order ready. Cool touch! This location is really good. They have the drive thru process down but if you're like me and get your food inside out of consideration for the folks behind me, you'll be met with a super clean restaurant and friendly staff with a smile. Back in the day, I worked on this side of town, and let me tell you, the only thing out here was tumbleweeds. Now, it's a bustling spot with restaurants, stores, and--of course--the legendary In-N-Out. I couldn't resist pulling in, but my excitement turned to instant regret when I saw the typical drive-thru line. It was so long I thought they were handing out free fries with every Double-Double. Determined not to spend my afternoon idling behind 17 cars, I decided to park and eat inside. Smart move--there was only one person in line. Fate was smiling on me. I went big and ordered the 3x3 with grilled onions and crushed peppers. It was, as expected, a masterpiece. The juicy patties, perfectly melted cheese, and just the right kick from the peppers hit all the right notes. I washed it down with a pink lemonade and treated myself to some golden, crispy fries.
