The customer service at this location is awful. I can understand why it has such a low Yelp rating. I placed a mobile order around 10:45 p.m. By the time I reached the drive-thru speaker, it was approximately 11:03 p.m. after waiting in a very long line. I was told they would not serve my order because it was after 11:00 p.m., even though I had placed and paid for the order before 11:00 and had simply been waiting in line. I explained that I had already been charged, and the employees told me the order would be refunded. During the interaction, a second employee took over, and both employees were rude and dismissive. Had they handled the situation politely and professionally, I probably would have accepted the inconvenience much more easily. When I said I would be contacting corporate, the response I received was essentially, "Good luck with that," which I found incredibly unprofessional. As I was leaving, I took a photo to document the incident, and one of the employees waved at me. That only reinforced how unprofessional the entire interaction felt. To make matters even more frustrating, the customer behind me was still served after I was turned away. Yelp also lists this location's drive-thru as being open until midnight, making the refusal to honor my prepaid mobile order even more confusing. I hope management addresses both the customer service issues and the way prepaid mobile orders are handled. They should also update their business hours on Yelp if the drive-thru is no longer serving customers until midnight. Customers shouldn't place prepaid orders based on inaccurate posted hours only to be turned away after waiting in line. read more

I want to give a big thanks to the young girls who completely messed up my order from start to finish this morning.... I got the pleasure of communicating with the only employees who can't hear and the other one who can't read. I started placing my order and I can tell she was taking my order in a frustrated tone before I even started... I asked for my wife's food and mine and I wanted cheese but because she wanted to rush me she decided to hear what she wanted to hear I get me and my wife two Carmel frappes and she asked promptly mocha or caramel no whip ... what do I get at the window ? My meal with no cheese .... While watching the other girl put whip cream on the one thing I said I didn't want on my meal I see her look at the cup finally reading the Order because window taker girl decided to equip her Witt's finally and tell her it's no whip so I see them giggling and trying to scrape off my whip cream off my cup without making me a new one ... the girl who decided not to use her reading comprehension hands me the food and says I'm really sorry about that... yeah when you were giggling that you messed up my entire meal rushing my order when I was the only other car in at the place ? This Mc Donald's has the two of the rudest Mexican managers ever! Sorry to say that I am not racial profiling especially since I am Mexican. I do not know there names one is a Mexican lady with glasses around 50 and the other around 40 with blond hair. Came to pick up my mobile order at 11pm. Was told the place was close when online it states it closes at 12am. They was nothing blocking the drive thru indicating it wad close. I was told it was close and will be given my money back. I told the manager I used my rewards. All he said, "we'll too bad, I don't know, sorry". I closed the window. The bathroom is dirty, the main lobby area is dirty with food on the floor, cups, straws both on the floor and near the soda machines. The worse place is in the kids playground area. Dust on all the window frames, lamps. Some of the lamps don't work providing dim lighting. The floor is gross with sauce, dust and dirt. It's nesting ground for bacteria. read more

You can go when they are busy and you will get old cold food. It's so obvious the meat for the big macs is cooked over 25 minutes before you even show up. the meat is dry and rubbery just like everything else you order. I like to defend this McDonald's. They're nice, enough. They get the orders correct just enough we're they don't seem incompetent, but today. The disrespect is real with these kids working here. Upon entering this dump it smells like a hobo encampment. A couple of kiosk was not working properly and staff standing around doing nothing couldn't help because all posted signs stated to use the kiosk. The nuggets was stale and gross.
