Great fresh burgers fries are the only thing that doesn't taste the best (IMO). Otherwise great food.

NOW SERVING MOSTLY BUN BURGERS! In & Out is apparently continuing to cut corners with their preparation, quantity & quality control of their burgers! It's bad enough that their patties are now so tiny that a Double Double is better suited as a child's menu item rather than a regular menu item. Today I ordered a double double animal style burger w no tomato, add chilies, and what I received looked like a small basic burger. It hardly had lettuce, which they usually over stuff with to make their burgers look bigger, the cheese was noticeably minimal, none of it was dripping out as in the past or as would be expected for supposedly 2 WHOLE slices of cheese, it had 3 pickles & 2 thin slices of chilies inside, minimal sauce on buns, and I detected no grilled onions or mustard at all. The most prominent flavor was the toasted bun, which made me realize that this supposed "Animal Style Double Double Burger" was mostly BUN! In the past years I've noticed that In & Out has been slowly diminishing it's uniqueness & value, and now it seems they're cutting corners on many more parts of their menu items except the bun, as of yet anyway. They're basically serving White Castle burgers inside In & Out buns, so for me it has reached the point of no return. read more

I've given this In-N-Out multiple chances, but every visit seems to be the same disappointing experience. The drive-thru is consistently incredibly slow, no matter what time I go. The food quality has also gone downhill. The burgers are often soggy, sloppily put together, and barely have any toppings. It feels like they're cutting corners because the burgers are never filled properly. The fries are the biggest letdown. They're usually undercooked, soggy instead of crispy, and the portion is disappointing--my fries are often only about half full. I know In-N-Out has a great reputation, but this location just hasn't lived up to it. I hope they improve their food quality and speed because right now it's not worth the wait. read more

But is this the end of the world? No. I can eat my burger without the items I requested. This location is always busy, which makes sense, so there's always a wait. I've been to this in n out location several times. It is a very busy location for sure. I've had consistent service when I've come here, both drive through and dine in. The burgers are always fresh, as are the fries. However as I said, this location is VERY busy, especially the drive through, due to its location I'm sure. So be prepared to wait a while. read more

I'm not from the area but have had the chain once before. When I saw the low reviews for this location I was concerned, but still had to try them while I was in the area! I went on a lunch break and opted to eat inside. I was very happy they started serving lunch at 10:30am as I was taking an early lunch. I ordered the double double cheese meal with animal fries. The burger itself is not note-worthy. If you are a Five Guys fan, this burger doesn't touch it. It was okay, I ate it. But it was literally cooked right before I ate it and not even HOT, just warm... Now the animal fries were AMAZING. Loved! Devoured! Will order again asap! For a drink I was pleased to see that they offer a pink lemonade and diet version (with splenda and monkfruit). I tried the diet and really liked it. Absolutely snagged a refill before I left. Service was friendly and helpful. Food did take a few minutes to come up so keep that in mind if you are in a hurry. My location of choice. Always amazed at how they assemble the Double doubles so nicely. I always get animal style WITH raw onions, and it still gets made perfect. Rainy day today so drive thru order happened at the speaker, which indeed seem to take longer than when person is out taking orders earlier in line to give more prep time. First time I ever got sick from in n out burger was today at this location. Food was cold, fries were even colder, and the burger tasted funny... quite different than usual. Within an hour I started to have stomach aches and nausea, and it's been a few hours now and I'm sweating and feeling pretty sick. Food is always cooked exactly to order and the staff is always friendly. The drive thru is always busy but we have always moved very quickly. The inside looks like any other in n out and is a fairly good size inside and also plenty of outside seating. The parking lot is pretty small with all the other shops near by. read more

We have ordered from here a couple of times in the drive through. The lines can be very long and slow during prime times. They have messed up our orders before and have given us milk shakes that had the same consistency of just milk.
