I made it to the In-N-Out in Lebanon, Tennessee! This was on the list of things to do during my time with the daughter. Wow, this place was B-U-S-Y!! We arrived just before the line reached the doors. But like the ones in Cali, the In-N-Out team handled it all so incredibly well. We ordered the #1 with grilled onions for me and a plain cheeseburger, well-done fries plus a vanilla shake for my daughter. Mmmmm, it was just like home! So good, so comforting, so satisfying. What impressed me the most about this location was the number of team members continually circling the dining areas cleaning, checking on customers, offering to bring orders to tables and asking customers if they needed anything. The entire team was engaging and friendly while getting orders out fast. Kudos to management -- keep up the great work!!

I had a great experience at In-N-Out. The service was quick and friendly, and the whole process from ordering to getting my food was smooth. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was busy but well organized. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great. The burgers were made with quality ingredients, and the fries and shakes were a nice addition to the meal. I can see why so many people enjoy coming here. Overall, In-N-Out lived up to the hype with good food, friendly service, and a great overall experience. I'd definitely come back again.

Really great experience- will definitely be returning to this location. Everything was super fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and clearly taken care of/cleaned up frequently. It was super busy when we first got there but it cleared up pretty fast and we were able to get a table. Visit this location if you can!

Some people stood in line for hours when Tennessee's first In-N-Out opened. I wasn't one of them. I simply waited patiently for the crowds to thin out and then swooped in like a burger-loving vulture. And let me tell you, this place was worth the wait. My cheeseburger Animal Style was everything a fast food burger dreams of becoming when it grows up. Fresh beef, perfectly seasoned, loaded with flavor, and built with care instead of being launched together by a machine moving at NASCAR speed. The fries deserve their own standing ovation. Cut in the store that day and cooked just right. No mystery potatoes, no frozen science experiment. Just honest-to-goodness fries. The biggest surprise? The bill. Two of us ate burgers, fries, and drinks for under twenty bucks. In today's economy, that's usually the price of one combo meal and a small existential crisis. Five stars all day long. In-N-Out isn't just the best fast food burger franchise I've had. It's proof that great food, great value, and a little bit of hype can actually live up to expectations.

Growing up with an In-N-Out Burger on every corner in SoCal was something I took for granted. We even had one next to my high school in La Habra so we ate there all the time. Then we moved to Winston-Salem NC nearly 30 years ago. Luckily we still have family to visit back in Cali so we still get our fix. Trips to Las Vegas result in daily burger runs even if we just ate dinner. We even scheduled a layover once on our way to Seattle, just long enough of a stop in Salt Lake City, Utah to grab an Uber to the local In-N-Out, then Uber back before our next flight. Yeah. We are double-double junkies. Now that the Nashville market has rapidly opened several locations we knew we would need to make a roadtrip. It was a 7 hour drive from Winston-Salem to Lebanon, TN but it was well worth it. The cashiers were awesome, super friendly and upbeat. The burgers were fabulous and the highlight of the visit was a guy named Jack. He was working the dining room, cleaning, sweeping, stocking and he popped over to say hi. He told us about the various locations he's opened and told us about some of the photos/art on the walls, including family members incorporated into the scenes. His energy was fantastic! A true brand champion. Being in the restaurant business myself I'd love to lure him away... but he makes me want to join the In-N-Out team. Great job Team Lebanon! Next stop... Antioch location!

This is the best In-n-out that moved here. It's an hour from me and I would drive it just to visit this location. The burger was beautiful, fries were crispy, and the shake delicious. I went inside (it was my first visit) and everyone was very kind and walked me through the menu. Of course, everyone knows it is going to be busy but they made the process seamless and easy to get in-n-out (ha). I visited another location recently and did not think the quality was the same, so thank you to this location!

Welcome to Tennessee, In-N-Out! I was so excited to see one of my favorite burger spots finally open near home. This is one of the first three locations in Tennessee (with more to come), and it's great to have a taste of California here. I waited a few months before visiting to avoid the crazy opening lines, especially since I've had In-N-Out plenty of times in California. When we finally went, I brought my mom and mother-in-law for their very first In-N-Out experience. We visited on a Friday around 2 pm. Ordering was quick, and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. Finding a table was easy since we dined in. The drive-thru line was still pretty long, but that was expected, and dining in was definitely the right call. We ordered Double-Doubles with everything and animal fries. A solid choice if you ask me! The burgers were great, flavorful, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, a great experience and I'm glad In-N-Out is officially part of the Tennessee food scene.

Just like chic filet, they have people at the beginning of drive through lanes taking orders and by the time you get to window, wait time is about 30 seconds. One of the best drive through burgers I've ever had. It looked exactly like the advertised pic. Excellent fries also.

Food was of course FANTASTIC, burgers are top notch!! Service was quick and easy--as the name says-IN N OUT! Ambiance :loud because it was packed, because people can not get enough of this place!! Rightly so! Definitely the place to come for burgers and fries! Specially the cheese fries!!

Starting off 2026 strong -- four years deep in the Elite squad -- and In-N-Out finally made it to Tennessee. I rolled up early in Lebanon thinking I'd beat the madness, and sure enough, I walked right in. Online hours said one thing, but they were opening earlier that week to handle the rush. Bless them for that. Of course, I went full beast mode: * Double-Double, animal style * Extra toasted bun * Well-done fries, animal style * Two spreads, minimum * Large root beer to wash it all down * Strawberry shake for the drive home I ate inside -- no distractions, just me and the masterpiece in front of me. Stomach growling like a bear out of hibernation, eyes fixed on the counter. Every number called felt like a countdown to glory. When mine hit? Tunnel vision. That burger was everything -- juicy, cheesy, crispy edges, all of it. Reminded me of SoCal in the best way. Fries were wild and messy, just how they're supposed to be when you say, "you know what, treat yourself." The place was spotless. Staff? Locked in. You could tell they had an army training up for future openings. Before I dipped, I asked about the shake -- line was forming outside -- and they let me grab mine without the wait. Fire. Strawberry shake in hand, I hit the road full, happy, and toasted from the feast. Tennessee got blessed. And this bear ate good.

Having lived in CA for 90% of the last decade, I was so happy when In-N-Out followed me to Tennessee shortly after I moved here. I vowed not to come here within the first few months of opening due to the lines, but the recent ice storm created an opportunity for me to go when there were virtually no other cars to fight for a spot in line. Despite the cold, the staff were efficient, informative and friendly. Finally got my hands on a cheeseburger and fries from the iconic CA burger joint, and it delivers just as well as the original. The burger is as tasty as the ingredients are simple. I always recommend ordering the burger animal style and the fries well done for an extra crunch. I skipped it this time, but the Neapolitan shake is the best! I'll be back to a nearby location to grab one in the summer sun!

Okay we braves this while heading out of town. I checked the "waitapp" someone made an up that let you know the wait time for both dine-in and drive through. We decided to dine-in. I get the hype now. In-N-Out absolutely delivered. The double-double animal style was fantastic! The meat was fresh it was a bit salty for me but was delicious. and the fries was crispy, flavorful, and easily the best fries I've ever had was absolute fire! Best fries I've ever had no joke! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, there was a guy in the front door monitoring how many people are allowed inside due to capacity. The cashier was super nice and friendly this was my first in and out experience and he help me out and I didn't feel rush. Simple menu, done right. I'm officially a believer and will 100% be back.

    I'm so excited - it's been 5 years

As a California girl living in Tennessee, I cannot even explain how excited I am that In-N-Out is finally here! I went on opening day (well, technically day two!) and yes -- the wait was about 45 minutes, but it was absolutely worth every second. I ordered my usual go-to: a cheeseburger with grilled onions, cooked fresh and to perfection. One bite and I swear it was like being transported right back home. My fries were well-done animal style -- crispy, messy, delicious -- exactly how they're supposed to be. And the chocolate-strawberry shake? Heaven. Pure nostalgia in a cup. I've missed In-N-Out so much, and Tennessee finally feels a little more like home now that it's here. If you're wondering whether it's worth the hype... trust me, it is

I enjoyed the old-school ambiance and service was very good, as they frequently checked on us. The provided bread was some of the best bread I've ever had with a meal (up there with Red Lobster's addicting biscuits), with a cheesy type of crust on it! The salmon dip appetizer tasted pretty good but there were some huge chunks taking up the bowl making it tough to grab with the tortilla chips. I wasn't a fan of the cocktails. The Spring menu Spiked Iced Green tea tasted good but only made up a third of a glass, making it more of a shot than a cocktail. And my Old Fashioned was pretty watery. The spaghetti and meatballs tasted fine though it could have used a bit more sauce for the vermicelli and the meatballs were very dry. My friends spoke very highly of their blackened chicken dishes though. I can see why Demos' is a middle TN staple though I would want to try something else and avoid the cocktails next time I visit.
