This location always has a busy drive thru !So I usually go inside to order. This visit was great I was greeted right away. The cashier listened and repeated my order correctly. Wait time for my order was appropriate for what i ordered. Food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing! Whoever put my burger together did a great job. Patty was seasoned, good toast with the bun , lettuce, tomato , and spread was looking good!! Animal fries had a great portion, freshly melted cheese , and the grilled onions omg.... They were nice and caramelized. Great service and quality this visit! The dining room was stocked and clean.

Me and my wife are expecting another child, and cravings have been intense with this one. Craving for the night? In-N-Out. Thankfully it was a Wednesday night, anyone coming during a weekend night; Friday or Saturday, salutes to you. I can't do it, it's too loud, too crazy, and those wait times in the drive-thru, abysmal. Thankfully not tonight, it was very late, close to midnight. Lined moved fairly quickly, service was good, employees are always polite and very friendly. Once i got home, food was still very hot and fries still crispy. That's one thing for sure, food quality at any In-N-Out is hard to mess up. Consistent, every single time. The only thing for me that i noticed is that pricing is spiking, it wasn't very long ago that i was paying only 18 dollars for two meals. Now it's up to 26 with tax. For a couple dollars more, other burger location offer much larger portions.

This is my first time going to this particular In-N-Out. I was just finishing a hike in Livermore and found this particular restaurant which was very close to the 580 which is what I needed to get me back home. So it being conveniently located right off the freeway was amazing. The line was long, but you have to expect that edit in and out. However, I felt like it moved along pretty quickly and I think I had my food within 10 to 15 minutes, which is to be expected. The young man that took my order was very friendly and the two people that helped me one being at the cash register, and the other delivering my food, we're also very accommodating and and friendly. I would definitely go back.

My sister needed another fix before we left the West-coast. We stopped by the In N Out Burger in Livermore, CA and ordered 3 animal style cheeseburgers and animal fries. Even though the lines were long, the service moved fast and efficiently. We dined inside and the place was very clean, which was impressive considering how busy it was. The food was fresh and hit the spot.

This is whole grilled onion??? Worst in n out ever

Worst In n out ever. Always getting orders incorrect. This will be the last time I ever try getting a burger at this specific Livermore In n out. DO NOT EVEN TRY. If I could give 0 stars I would. Messed up 3/3 burgers I've ordered. Picture down below is "Whole grilled onion." Not even a full onion slice! What a joke. Hey In n out, train your workers better! LOL

Clean, quick, and fresh food. The animal style French fries were steaming hot and they were loaded. My double double with grilled onions was satisfying. There was essentially no wait time at 10:30pm on a Wednesday night. Not all in n outs are the same, and this one is at the top of my list.

There was barely a line so we were in & out quickly! Burgers & fries came out fresh and hot. Delish!

    12:59 am locked!

CaliKid -- FIVE STARS!…read more I originally planned on giving CaliKid four stars, but after thinking about it, the restaurant itself couldn't have done anything better, so five stars it is! One star for great customer service, one for a very clean facility, and honestly, the food deserves two stars all by itself! Pictures below--the food was YUMMY and seriously good. I don't remember exactly what they called the fries, but they were something like animal-style fries, and they were the bomb! The Brussels sprouts were AMAZING too. So good! I'll also mention something personal: there was a noticeable Islamic presence in the surrounding area, and because of my own concerns about Islamist extremism and terrorism especially with 9/11 drawing near. I initially felt a little nervous and out of my comfort zone. Nothing actually happened during our visit to justify that nervousness, though, and it wouldn't be fair to take a star away from CaliKid for something that had nothing to do with the restaurant. The food, service, and cleanliness were excellent, so I'm changing my original four stars to FIVE STARS! Great job, CaliKid!

One minor downside was the noise level during peak hours, but it's to be expected in a lively pub. Overall, First Street Ale House is a must-visit for anyone in the area. In-house we haven't had much issue, but I don't know what's going on with door dash/delivery orders. Almost every time, there's an issue. My littles absolutely love the mini corn dogs, and even though the listing says "with fries" they've suddenly stopped delivering with fries for the past few months ( and don't allow customer notes.) It's also a 50/50 chance the mini corn dogs will be dark and hard... I have a sensitive stomach with dietary restrictions, so I find great comfort that I can get the seared ahi tuna tacos while my husband enjoys a hamburger... but the last few orders have been so wrong. Once I was missing avocado, next I was missing the sauce, and this time my tuna was completely raw, not seared with hard jasmine rice and very tiny avocado slices. I always put input in to DoorDash, but I don't think it's getting to the restaurant... and it's reached a point where I feel like I have to leave this review and maybe find a new go to for quick family dinners. I enjoy visiting, the staff is always so kind and the kids like the back patio. Perfect vibe for a laid back dinner.. but why are the to-go orders so terrible suddenly? Absolutely heartbreaking.

They were crispy and had just the right amount of crispy ness. And the prices? More like 2006 than 2016. I got lunch for under $15 bucks ànd couldn't eat it all. Although Ben's is in a small strip mall, the area is mostly residential. So if you don't happen to be in the neighborhood, you might never find it. If you are a burger fan, you should visit. I ordered the Sessions Burger, and it was lowkey one of the best burger's I've had in a while. I love blue cheese on a burger, and the caramelized onions had a deep, rich flavor. I also liked that it wasn't obnoxiously large for no reason. The fries were perfect, and the ranch was excellent. Honestly, ranch is a good way to judge a place like this, and theirs was rich and smooth. Also really enjoyed the beer I chose. The hostess was really kind to explain to us how their restaurant works in terms of the self serve beer as you pay at that front beforehand. Whereas, food items and cocktail drinks are ordered at the back left corner. We ordered the "Such a Gemini" and "Paper cut". Both were more on the sweeter side and you couldn't taste the alcohol at all. Quite dangerous really. The "Such a Gemini" was a hibiscus agave drink. The "Paper cut" was more of a fruity mix with the elderflower and lemon mixed in the whiskey, which I was a HUGE fan of. Gorgeous presentation as well! As for the food, we got the Sessions burger (cheeseburger) and cod tacos both with truffle fries. And maaan. Cod tacos were cooked well and super fresh. Big fan of that red salsa on the side. The Sessions burger was juicy and not dry, but I really enjoyed how it served on a pillowy pretzel bun! Would love to bring my family and friends here! I'd recommend this place if you need a space to hangout at.

This location is in one of my favorite quaint downtowns in the Bay Area, Livermore, and really delivers on the comfort food front with lots of creative riffs on American classics that will make your cardiologist shake their head in disappointment. The Good: * Happy Hour M-Fri 2:30 p.m. - 5 p.m. * Outdoor dog-friendly seating * Online reservations and waitlist via Toast (access through their website) * Seasonal menus so there is always something new to try. * Friendly service * Full bar with signature cocktails, as well as local beers and ciders on tap. * The brisket dinner wasn't quite what I was expecting, as it was more of a pot roast than a BBQ classic, but man, it was one of the best pot roasts I've ever had. The beef was smoky, succulent, and melted in your mouth. The concomitant jalapeño mashed potatoes were a fantastic accompaniment, as you got all the flavor of the jalapeño but just enough heat to make it an excellently balanced dish. * The BBQ beans were more of a bean soup, but delicious and smoky nonetheless.
