The custard at the end is always a refreshing treat and I didn't realize how many options they had for flavors/mix-ins! There's certainly something for everyone to enjoy! The fish is good. The french fries coleslaw tartar sauce is garbage. The mass-produced tartar sauce that tasted like mayonnaise ruined the entire meal. It's not hard to get tartar sauce that taste good improve the quality of everything else and your fish and chips would be great. read more

My wife and I have been to Culver's in Loveland a few times. Each time we come here for lunch or dinner, we have been very happy with the customer service and the food. Decided to eat here for lunch today, Sunday. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by a friendly staff. The young man that took our order was friendly and professional. The staff that delivered the food to our table asked if there is anything else we need and told us to enjoy the meal. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and it was hot and delicious. My wife ordered the fish sandwich and she enjoyed it. The French fries was hot and crispy. When we were done eating and heading out, another staff thanked us for coming in. Great customer service. Big thumbs up to the restaurant manager for training their staff well. You will never ever get this type of customer service at McDonalds, Burger King, Carl's Jr anywhere! read more

The cod is excellent every time I order from this Loveland location. Cooked to perfection big firm fillets fried flaky inside crispy outside. Top off your meal with frozen custard. The staff is friendly, efficient no matter how busy, and very attentive. Dine in place is spotless, drive thru moves quickly. Only complaint it's difficult to get in and out of the lot due to the configuration of the streets. Parking is free with lots of spaces. Even the restrooms are clean. Highly recommend. read more

If I could give this place a negative I wish I could. My father, two sons and myself came for a Friday night dinner after setting up for a toy show. Super busy, I totally understand by all means. However we were staying in restaurant to eat, like everyone else...however weren't treated that way. Madison the "team trainer" has been one of the most up tight wanna be fake managers with the rudest attitude and lack of any customer service! After we got a refund for none of our food I did end up speaking with the assistant manager Ian, he was ok. But overall experience has left a nasty taste in my mouth. I wouldn't even leave a star if that was an option..first time dining here and my husband and I got two concrete mixers. Mine was custom and after order through the drive thru the dude responds with "Jesus...". That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Like damn dude what if I was on my period and needed a chocolate fix?! I was about to jump through the window and have a come to Jesus meeting with ol boy. He can go pound sand. This place has always stood out to me because the first thing you run across when entering is happy cashiers who are genuinely helpful. I like the wider range of food items including the dinner plates (like the fish & chips) that come with a dinner roll. The burgers are good and my kids love this place. My daughter also got a free ice cream with her kids meal. I'm a root beer snob (yes we exist) and they make their own. Okay, maybe not in the store, but it's their brand. It tastes good and I appreciate being able to try something unique. Onion rings have a light batter that is mice and flaky and easily to bite through. Total winner. The gal that answered the phone was very nice and we finished the order just as we pulled off I25 and the drive through line was out the driveway. My name is Abby and I'm a butter burger addict. My first Culver's experience was well over a decade ago in the true midwest. Now that they've expanded to Colorado, my husband and I will drive well out of our way for a taste. It has to be no more than once every 4-6 months, given that we're trying to avoid serious artery clogs these days. That also makes it more of a special treat. Get a double. Get fries. Get a shake and share it. Dining in isn't bad at all, Culver's does a good job of keeping their seating areas clean. I'd rather stay within and have it hot. Having lived in Washington state for a decade our family never really had a chance to eat at Culver's. Since living in Colorado we have been to two. One in Littleton and then here. Food delicious at both locations. We chose Culver's, over the chicken sandwich place, because we thought the lobby at Culber's would be open at 830 PM. We had a two hour drive and needed to be pro-actice. Unfortunately the lobby was closed so we couldn't use the "facilities" being before our long two hours drive home to Colorado Springs. Lobby closes at 8 PM. Drive thru line wasn't long and we did have to wait for our food. We didn't mind. That just means our food was fresh. It took some wiggling in the driver seat but we arrived safely home. read more

Found a place in Colorado, was attracted by their hand battered cod fish dinner and commercial so for Lent we tried it. Wow, did I say wow? Stopped here for the first time today. Orders were placed through the drive-thru and brought to the car by an employee. There was quite a line and I expected to wait but it went very quickly. I was surprised. The food was great. Hot, crispy fish and chips order. I loved the coleslaw. It was fresh - not soggy. I like Culver's, and the staff at this location are friendly. The problem is they often close early at 9 or even 830 pm rather than the advertised 10 pm. It's happened several times this winter. If you plan on going there after 8 PM, or if it's even moderately snowing, I would call first to make sure they're open. That being said, the food is again pretty good. read more

Definitely had better. Like Freddy's. The first time we went, we went just for ice cream. Even though we ordered a "concrete" was not nearly as thick as what we have had at Freddy's. Which isn't the worse thing in the world. What was very disappointing was upon ordering, I had asked what was in the brownie concrete, and was told I could make it however I wanted. I asked if they had nuts, (no real list of items on drivethru menu as to what you can add for your two adds), I was told yes, and so ordered brownie pieces and almonds. When I got to the window I realize my order was rather more than I had thought, and when I asked why, was THEN told that nuts were $1 extra. I said, what? I was never told that. So, $1 for less than a tablespoon of thinly sliced almonds? wow. There was nothing on the menu board about that. So. the following day, after church, thought trying a burger would be a good idea. uh...no, not so much. First, what is a BUTTER burger? Nothing is presented that explains this. I ordered a burger with bacon and asked that it be crispy. All else was fine on burger. She asked what condiments, I stated mayo only. Last time I checked, condiments were mayo, ketchup and mustard...etc. My burger arrived, rather smaller than pictured, more raw bacon than anything close to crispy, cheese and burger. I just want to say that these guys are the best fast food option in town. They're service is top-notch, which really stands out in Loveland. Culver's staff is polite, speaks clearly and always greets you with a smile (you can even hear this at the drive-thru). For me this makes all the difference. About the food... Every hamburger I've eaten here was served hot, flavorful and with fresh toppings. They even make their fries right - crinkled and crispy. Good stuff all around. I have been to different locations, but this Culvers is bad period! The food is always cold, I order a one scoop of ice cream with whip cream, and got a bowl of whip cream and hardly any ice cream. Let me say that I am one of Culver's biggest fans. Butterburgers, fried cheese curds, and custard...how could I not be? It's one of the best fast food chains out there today. Normally I would give 4-5 stars for other Culver's I've been to (fast food stars that is). But it's 3-stars for this location. My cheese curds were still delicious, as was their house root beer. And the service was solid as always. But the location of this place is terrible. Access is hard to figure out, and then you have to remember how to get out. My Wisconsin Patty Melt was also a bit dry and overcooked, though still decent. Should I be heading up or down I-25 I'll probably try a different location. But if you're heading down US 34, it's still worth the stop...especially for ice cream. read more

After reading some of the reviews I didn't have high hopes, but we were quite far from our usual restaurants and wanted something new but casual. My strawberry pecan salad was high quality and absolutely perfect, with clearly labeled healthy salad dressing options. The cheese curds were oh so good and so were the malts and concretes.
