My cousin and I were in the area and we stopped by the In-N-Out in Laguna Niguel, just off the 5 freeway at the Avery Parkway exit on Camino Capistrano. I was surprised to see this smaller location. This location has two (2) lines. There was a young gentleman taking orders on the right lane while orders on the left lane were taken from the speaker. As expected, the lines were normally long - just as you'd find other locations during lunch hour. They had a steady flow of customers going in and out of the restaurant, as well as in the drive thru. The service was great from when we placed our orders, making our payments, and receiving our orders. We ordered 3 cheeseburgers for our party with well-done fries and "Lemon-Up". We all enjoyed our burgers in their lot. I was impressed with how tidy the trash bins were. There were no red trays in sight and no trash on the floor. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunch from In-N-Out and would happily stop by again the next time I'm in town. read more

This location is a bit unique. Located off Avery and camino capistrano the entry way inside the drive thru is tricky due to the layout. Once you are able to get inside the lot from the one entry way it splits into two. If one decides to park instead of go through drive thru there are a few parking spots and outside tables. The food is good if one wanted a late night Scooby snack. Tonights adventure found me here. Double with extra whole grilled onions, lettuce, tomatoes on mustard fried bun and cut in half is my usual order. My only issue is the fries. I ordered a light well, low salt and ended up getting something soo salty it felt like maybe the top of the salt came off while adding to my order. No bueno! 3/5 for burger. Deducted 1 star for the fries and 1 star deducted for difficult to enter drive thru. Hot tip: if one is ordering a shake, you can ask for a mix of strawberry /vanilla, Napoleon ( mix of all 3 flavors) , or any other flavor combo. Free hot chocolate when it rains. read more

Thank god they had a working, clean, well stocked bathroom. This is pretty much a drive-thru place. There are literally like 4 individual seats inside, so not a place for families to dine-in. The staff were all very nice. I would come back for a "to-go" meal. read more

Love In-N-Out! It's such a California iconic burger joint. I know some folks will disagree but you'll have to agree it's different than other burger places for sure! Long car lines but worth the wait. The carhop attendants are always nice and friendly. Yes, prices have gone up. But at this day and age, with all that's happening in America, it's expected. Quality of food is still top notch. Love the burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The secret items are fun and additionally tasty! This location is always clean, well maintained inside and outside. What can you say about In and Out burger except they are the best burger chain in the country! I know there are some haters out there but they basically do one thing and they do it very well. I don't live too far from my local IN and Out and am always amazed at the lines no matter what time of day it's busy and full. That says it all. Service was quick. My main issue here was that when I drove up to the speaker I had asked the girl taking orders to give me a minute. Not even one second passed and she went on and asked what I wanted... Then she's taking my order like we're in a vocabulary race, I really didn't even have a chance to even think about what I wanted because of how fast she was talking. She came off rude and I just didn't like my experience this time around. Don't plan on coming back. The BEST FAST FOOD place!!! I wish you would come to Kentucky! Service is always fast no matter how busy. It's crazy how fast they can work through a crowded restaurant. The sauce makes it! I get mine the "protein" way. Very good. Chili cheese fries are the best. We ate this 3 times with the kids. They loved it!!! My husband says ask for the "grilled onions". I love how this In&Out has 2 drive thru's. What is kinda odd is the entry way and small parking lot. The overall atmosphere is a get it and go , a few tables are outside, inside is very tiny. But the food and the service is excellent. When in the mood to grab something late night, this is one of my go to locations. Its off the Avery off ramp next to Popeyes Chicken and a hotel. If you've never tried animal style, give it a shot -- you won't regret it. Pros: --There's a huge parking lot, so there's no issue to find parking ever --Prices are actually reasonable --Fast and reliable service --There are places to tie up your horses (no joke...) Terrible restaurant I waited in line 20min with only one car in front of me I actually saw my gas gauge move unbelievable idiot of a manager he wouldn't come talk to me so I had to physically walk up to the drive thru window to say anything and he just stood there with a dumb lok on his face. This is an old-school "tiny building" In-N-Out, with all the food being prepared by six people working furiously in a 10x20-foot space. Despite its small size, the workers put out food at an incredible pace and it can be pretty amazing to watch. Like just about every In-N-Out, it's usually always busy and crowded, this location seeming moreso because it hails from a simpler time when there weren't so many people. The location is kind of in an awkward spot on a frontage road, and it has the "split" drive-thru design, with one lane on each side of the small building, with one grill stretching between the two drive thru windows. Though as mentioned above, though output speed is limited, the system is pretty efficient and keeps people moving along. Of course another benefit of it frequently being busy is the food is going to be fresh and hot every time. My personal favorite is the double double protein style with both kinds of onions and extra spread. If you are feeling frisky and want to add an extra 1,000 calories-plus to the meal, I would recommend an animal style french fry to go with it. read more

Easy access off freeway ! Seems to be an older location as building was smaller and out dated . There's only one entrance but there were two attendants taking orders for the two take out lines . Our girl was friendly and fast . I thought it interesting that the pay side for our take out line was on passenger side so you might have to reach over when paying . The line moved quick ! It's one window to pay and pick up food . Our fries tasted freshly fried and delicious . All six of our burgers were great and made properly . We would return to this location :) read more
