There was absolutely no apology or recognition of how the service was poor. When ordering the steak tacos medium rare, the steak was well-done. The fajitas plate has shrunk considerably. All food prices have gone up about 10% in the last few months and service has gone down. This was a go-to place for us, but with very poor service and food quality going down, management/ownership needs to regroup and fix this asap to not lose customers.
