This Chick-fil-A is right next to my son's school and they often partner with our school to help with our fundraisers. The operator is very pleasant to work with! They went through extensive renovation for a few months. The biggest change is now it has dual stack drive through which alleviates the traffic from backing up all the way into the shopping center like before. Inside they updated the interior to more modern furniture, a bigger kitchen and a bigger play area. They did take away seating so when it gets crowded it's hard to find seating. Chick-fil-A staff is always friendly and positive and food is always fresh and delicious. read more

This location just went through a recent renovation. They now have a double drive through line and always has a revolving line if customers inside or outside. Food is always fresh even when you bring it home. I order take out often because it's so close to home and my kids school. Ambiance inside is very clean, welcoming, and space feels bigger than before. Thank you for always proving me with the hand wipes chick filet! My kids love your chick filet sauce and waffle fries. As a family on the go! We both look forward to eating your meals. Bonus today was seeing staff dress in Halloween costume. Sometimes breakfast cravings hit and chick-fil-a starts calling on the amygdala. Cue in: egg, cheese, chicken sandwich on biscuit made fresh daily. Make it a meal : adding OJ and hash browns and i can say, it hits the spot . As long as you get in the order before 11am you are good to go. Either eat it inside the newly renovated resturant , or take it "to go" you wont be disappointed. read more

I love chick fil a! The food is great and the renovation at this location is awesome. But frankly as much as I like it, I often avoid coming here due to the consistently unpleasant redhead with the glasses who works the drive thru. So unprofessional and sassy. She has an unwelcoming energy and should not work any job that involves talking to the public. I've driven past this location many times and headed to raising canes down the street, solely because I can't stand how rude she is. She's been there for years sadly. read more

Although I was never a fan of Chick-fil-A, my children enjoy it so we frequent this location. Today I decided to surprise her with her favorite chicken tenders and got lunch for myself also. When I got home and opened my sandwich to add sauce, I was horrified to find what appeared to be a pubic hair inside. Disgusted, I immediately called the store to report the issue. To my shock, the person who answered accused me of joking, insisted it was impossible, and then hung up on me. I called back but they didn't answer. I am appalled not only by the incident itself but also by the dismissive and unprofessional customer service I received. What kind of experience is this for a loyal customer? *after reading some reviews on this location this isn't the first time they block callers after they hang up on them. read more

Staff: The staff was great. Ordered at drive thru with Rocky. Very nice young man who was polite, friendly, and correctly took our order. Tiphany took our payment and was nice. At food delivery we were helped by Tori who was great. Offered us a drink holder, our food, and was very nice. Great job to all 3. The girl at the drive through was very uninterested in our order today, made it clear that my order was not her priority I thought I was being criticism but I wasn't as she missed a whole meal! It put me in a bad mood cause I was trying to ignore her attitude. I know this is not an upscale place but the reason I bring my kids there is cause the workers here always are very attentive. Terrible, first of all the new drive thru line is terrible. You just have to see it for yourself. Secondly they gave me only 8 nuggets in my 12 count, forgot my mac and cheese and only gave me 1 sauce in my bag. I was happy that it opened back up and it was my first time going back to this location. I was let down to say the least. read more

I recently tried the Mac and cheese for the first time from a different Chick Fil A location in Irvine and it was incredible, couldn't believe I hadn't tried it before. Last week I went to my local Chick Fil A and ordered the same thing, a large Mac and cheese. When I ordered this at the Irvine location the mac and cheese fully filled the container it came in, when I ordered it here it was WAY less. Didn't even fill the width of the container here let alone come close to the height of the container. Really disappointed in the massive difference I saw here. read more

I worked with Uber eats trying to pick up an order. I walk to to the front of the line (because I'm picking up a delivery NOT ORDERING FOOD) The lady in front of me yells there's a line BUDDY. I said I'm picking up I don't need to be in line. The lady employee took her side(mind you the food was all ready sitting on the side) made me wait and then proceeded to say I'm not welcome here or they will call the cops. I tried to tell the manager my side of the story but I got shut up and more threatening of the cops. I feel so disrespected never again read more

Haven't eaten here since the CEO was was polishing BLM shoes, I finally caved. Also can't stand sell the whole brown-nose atmosphere but what can you do. Combined with the managers squeaky voice is enough to send you over the edge.. I thank god that I don't have to work in this environment.. I'm still giving 5 stars because they do an excellent job, I could jus do without all the brown-nosing. read more

Everything is usually very good at this location and at all Chick-fil-A locations. But did they change the chicken strips lately. They seemed more rounded than normal (like a cigar) and it looked like compressed chicken not like chicken strips like they used to make it where you can see the grain of the chicken meat. My roommate took one bite and almost gagged. I did not think about it until I was finished and it taste like a form of chicken. Hopefully, they didn't change the nuggets and maybe I just got a strange batch. read more

This Chick Filet is always 5 stars as far as food and service. I'm sure there are mishaps here and there but this place always delivers on point with everything. There's a reason why Chick Filet is so successful and I will always give my money and business to places like these. Their food, service, and courteousness is always there. What is with the Chicken Soup? So far I've had it twice at different locations in Foothill Ranch and now Laguna Niguel. Both locations the soup had a real faint odor and it tasted rotten. Never again! You've been warned about that soup. Plus, the soup was not hot and just barely warm. So if it has a weird rotten taste to it and not hot, do not eat it!! read more

We have gotten chick-fil-a a few times since the San Clemente location opened up. With the inside being temporarily closed, the drive thru is typically pretty busy but they are efficient and get your order as quickly as possible. We have always had a great experience with the staff and the food is great, like all chick-fil-a!! read more

Their chicken club is my go-to, but I swap the sweet chili aioli for the Meyer lemon aioli and it's so good. I don't even try anything else because I know I'll be happy with that. My boyfriend is obsessed with their chili cheese fries and gets them every time. I tried the sweet potato fries once and they just weren't my favorite. They're waffle cut (which is fun), but sweet potatoes are softer than regular fries so they don't really hold their shape and end up kinda floppy. I also really love that you can see the whole kitchen--it feels super open and clean. The kitchen staff always says hi when you walk in, which is such a nice touch. Everyone here is really friendly and welcoming. Just a solid spot with good food and good vibes that I keep coming back to.

And the restroom here is very clean so that's always a plus, especially for people with a fear of public restrooms (me!). Recently tried their Frosty again after many years and really liked it. It's like soft serve ice cream mixed with brownie and Oreo cookies. It satisfied a hot thirsty afternoon. I'm also a fan of their nuggets. Much better than McDonald's. They'll always accommodate my "fresh and crispy" request each time.

But trust me, it'll fill you up. Then you've got about four chicken nuggets that are surprisingly meaty, I mean, they're not playing around. And those "medium" drinks? Yeah, more like "Venti" size. I'm pretty sure it could hydrate a small village. Overall, solid price, tons of food, but let's be real--the food quality is... fast food. My stomach staged a protest right after. But hey, good times!

This location has the ice cream machine working and ready for you to either use your app to order ahead, or order at the drive through with their updated screens. On this occasion the screens seemed to have issues, and i was able to order ahead. Just be prepared that the prices have increased, and you will pay extra for hot fudge.! Hot tip: while using the app, there are often deals or rewards that can score extra freebies or discounts on certain items. On this trip. It happened to be 6 pieces of Chicken McNuggets for Dodgers winning a game. So. I happily accepted. It must be noted, "all the is free is not the best it could be! The staff were friendly, and the drive through move quickly. There is plenty of parking if you decide you would rather walk in and order. I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and it was hot and tasted fresh. I have to say, the fries were really good. Condiments, napkins, and a straw were provided. My Diet Coke was cold with great carbonation. When you are in a hurry, and in the mood for fast food, this is at a convenient location in Laguna Niguel. Don't be afraid to visit the Golden Arches.
