I'm lucky that this is my local Chick-Fil-A because the food is consistently good and just as importantly, the service is always spot on. I normally use the drive-thru (which is always busy) but recently I dined inside. I had no idea how cute and homey they made the inside. Even though it's not a huge space, they even have a play area for the kids. Their regular chicken sandwich or nuggets are my go-to but I came in to try their new limited time Chicken & Waffles Sandwich ($10.35). The chicken was good, the bacon was okay but the waffles missed the mark. They weren't crispy enough and on the dry side. Also the maple flavoring in the waffle made it too sweet, especially after adding syrup. For the price, I would say skip on this one. But overall, I still love this location. The employees are always friendly and don't act like they hate life because they're working in fast food. Stop by if you're looking for a quick meal, just not on Sundays when they're closed. read more

This Chick-fil-A is right next to my son's school and they often partner with our school to help with our fundraisers. The operator is very pleasant to work with! They went through extensive renovation for a few months. The biggest change is now it has dual stack drive through which alleviates the traffic from backing up all the way into the shopping center like before. Inside they updated the interior to more modern furniture, a bigger kitchen and a bigger play area. They did take away seating so when it gets crowded it's hard to find seating. This location just went through a recent renovation. They now have a double drive through line and always has a revolving line if customers inside or outside. Food is always fresh even when you bring it home. I order take out often because it's so close to home and my kids school. Ambiance inside is very clean, welcoming, and space feels bigger than before. Thank you for always proving me with the hand wipes chick filet! My kids love your chick filet sauce and waffle fries. As a family on the go! We both look forward to eating your meals. Bonus today was seeing staff dress in Halloween costume. I'm giving four stars because I generally like chick fil a. Their food is good, and the staff is pleasant. However today I hated my experience. I was in the drive thru line a good amount of cars back, and an employee came up and asked what she could get for me. I'm like, well a menu would be nice. She got me a menu and then kept telling me to drive up as I ordered. I get it, you want to move the line. Then when I got to the line the person in the window told me they would bring my food out front and that I should drive around. Ok no worries I can do that. When they brought my food they didn't have my drink so the guy had to run back. Then he gave me my drink but with no straw. At this point he already ran back inside, so I left not knowing how I was going to sip my drink in the car without a straw. I also asked for buffalo and honey bbq sauce. Never had a bad experience with CF until this one. Ordered on the app for a quick pick up. App said orderstarted at 9:05pm. Order to be completed in 5-10 minutes. No greeting or hello from Logan or the other crew upon entry. I watched as other people who came in AFTER me got their order in a speedy manner. There was an actual moment when I was the only one in store waiting on my order as Logon locked eyes with me, I was still ignored. Zero acknowledgment. My app said "did I receive my order?" NOPE. My order sat on the back counter within view for an additional 5 minutes.....IGNOrED. Unfortunately, Not speedy nor friendly. 3 premade salads that came out of the frig and an order of 12 piece nuggets and fries took 15 minutes to bag. I Should have just asked for a refund but that probably would have taken an additional 20 minutes. read more

Horrible Customer service. Went today July 14th, dress up as a cow for a free entree. The girl who took my order was a mean snitch who was quick to tell the Manager I had a black and white patterned dress which wasn't a cow pattern. She looked like a real cow,oops. Both Managers refused to give me the sandwich even though I have spent hundreds at this location on my kids food. The location at Ladera Ranch, they are super nice and friendly, real cow costume isn't required. Do you know why you got this cow shit review? But frankly as much as I like it, I often avoid coming here due to the consistently unpleasant redhead with the glasses who works the drive thru. So unprofessional and sassy. She has an unwelcoming energy and should not work any job that involves talking to the public. Although I was never a fan of Chick-fil-A, my children enjoy it so we frequent this location. Today I decided to surprise her with her favorite chicken tenders and got lunch for myself also. When I got home and opened my sandwich to add sauce, I was horrified to find what appeared to be a pubic hair inside. Disgusted, I immediately called the store to report the issue. To my shock, the person who answered accused me of joking, insisted it was impossible, and then hung up on me. I called back but they didn't answer. Last week I went to my local Chick Fil A and ordered the same thing, a large Mac and cheese. Everything is usually very good at this location and at all Chick-fil-A locations. But did they change the chicken strips lately. They seemed more rounded than normal (like a cigar) and it looked like compressed chicken not like chicken strips like they used to make it where you can see the grain of the chicken meat. My roommate took one bite and almost gagged. I did not think about it until I was finished and it taste like a form of chicken.
