I don't know who was on drive taking orders at 1 pm on Saturday but that kid didn't know how to do a simple job. I have worked in fast food and also drive through so it doesn't take that long to take an order. He also was rushing us when we said we were going to order more things and was repeating the wrong stuff back to us. Usually this location is fine but whoever is taking orders needs to get a new job or management needs to do something. We went inside and the manager tried to argue with us about this terrible customer service. If you don't know how to run a store then get a new job. read more

Do not go through the drive through window. It's very slow and people are always taking long to answer so you could order. The food is good, but I would go to a different location. Why is it, that every time I order my breakfast sandwhich, they assume I don't want cheese? I thought it was the manager at first, and stopped going to this location for about 6-8months. Came back this morning and a completely different guy repeated my order and added "no cheese" at the end. What the actual *%#@? This is my favorite Jack in the Box. Employees are friendly and polite. Got order right every time. Place is clean, easy to get to and a lot of parking. The food is fresh and so tasty. Although this review is based on my experience that happened a few months back i am just now catching up on my reviews on multiple places i have been to and have always took notes with my phone to ensure everything i'm saying is remembered and exact to ha the experience that was encountered during the time so my reviews would still be relevant .... 9/13/19 11:13pm we had went to drive thru and the lady asked if we were ready to order, as we started to order she interrupted us on order and she then asked if we can wait about 5 mins because the cook went on a 5 min break than we said can't we just order and wait and she than said "well she wasn't for sure if the cook was taking his 10 minute break or 30 minute break so she then asked if we can come back a little bit later" omg really? this has to be some kind of joke .... as we circled around the store we noticed that there was the drive thru lady was there as well as a manager which I don't understand why the manager isn't helping with the cooking if there was only one person in the kitchen and if he decided to take a break during a busy drive thru... go figure?!? so i had tried reaching out to the store manager to let them know of the incident and bad customer service we had endured, well that went just as bad as the customer service... I ended up getting the name of the store manager left a message with the assistant manger and no call back ever so i was very persistent on getting ahold of this store manager and finally after a little over a month i got ahold of the store manager i don't remember if it was Naially or Margarita but whichever she was letting me know how sorry she was and how that they have dealt with the issue it was because of a situation of the kitchen cool walking out and how they always had issues with that night shift team and that she would send me a couple of free meal certificates for all the trouble she then went ahead and went as far as giving me her cell phone number to text her my mailing address and sure enough we had never received anything at all i actually had contacted her directly to her cell number and i did speak with her and she said she was sorry that she had been so busy to get to it and to text her again and she will be sure to mail out those certificates and yet again she never followed through.... We had have this location another shot after a while even though we never received what was promised to us by the store manager personally do to their lack of unprofessional customer service and considering it's the only closet Jack In the Box we have they have always gave us issues with messing up our orders wrong drinks etc... I went to this location of yours : 28651 Marguerite Pkwy Mission Viejo, CA 92692 United States On 11/24/17 around 12:15-12:30pm I ordered #3 grilled sourdough combo and a double jack combo along with an order of jalapeños popper(7)... I paid with a $100 bill.... apparently with the change that was given to me I was given a $20 counterfeit. I didn't know until I went out with my wife and daughter and tried to pay for some food. I am beyond pissed for the embarrassment I went through. And when I tried to call Your location they just hung up on me(9:10pm) when I asked to see if I could get corporate # and or to speak with a manager. I would like someone to call me or to be provided with a phone # where I can get this issue solved. I went through the drive thru and went I went to pay and they made me wait for 10 min then told me to pull over in the parking lot to get my food there. But the person behind me got their food right after they payed like normal.
