Food here is consistent with all In-N-Outs. The building is new so it's in good shape and still pretty clean. Good location and ample room for the drive though line. For fast food and quality the food is very well priced. Only downfall is the speed is much slower than other In-N-Outs and the employees are not very friendly and a few are downright rude. I'd still recommend over any other fast food in town. If you haven't tried a grilled cheese I urge you to do so, very good. read more

In'N'Out is quite easily the best burger joint in the whole world. My go-to is usually a 4x4, and if you're feeling adventurous you should try mustard frying your stupid burgers. It will change the way you even think about eating meat for the rest of your life! You'll find yourself all of a sudden mustard frying everything that you come in contact with. Steaks, burgers, chickens, salmons, sandwiches, all meat and all cereals. Came here two nights ago, got a number 1 and everything was good until I got my drink. I first tried to get a Barqs rootbeer but wen I tasted it, it was just carbonated water. Same thing happened with a couple other flavors like Dr Pepper and coke. I had notified one of the employees and she was very nice about it. The only other issue was how dirty most the booths were. Have been to this location many times when visiting my fiances family. We have always had a good experience and they have never messed up our order. They are open for indoor dining right now with limited seating and spacing to deal with social distancing. Good location and come here at least a couple times every time we visit. read more

Orders eight and ten after ours are called before I finally get someone's attention. "It's coming, we'll bring it to you." Not terrible, but probably one of the worst in-n-out restaurants that I've been to in terms of service. This place is always VERY crowded around lunch. That is true for most in-n-out restaurants, but this place seems to be much less efficient. With most in-n-out restaurants, the drive-through line moves quick, even if it is long. Not this one. Sometimes you get stuck in line for 20-30 mins. When I went there this last weekend, the drive-through line was as long as ever. After an agonizing wait, we finally got up to the pick-up window, only to have the girl in the window ask us twice what we ordered and look very concerned. Turns out she had just given the person in front of us our order, instead of what they ordered, and gave the food that was supposed to go to the person in front of us, to some random person inside the restaurant. We spent another 10-15 minutes waiting there while they re-cooked our order from scratch. Even cooking our order again, i'm not sure why it took that long. At the end they asked us if we could go and wait in the parking lot and have them bring us our order when it was ready... but our experiences with that in the past is that every time they do that it knocks us down to low priority, so we told them that we would wait there. 30 seconds later they handed us our order. read more

I'd really like to do 2.5 stars. The drive through takes FOREVER every time we come through which is usually once every two weeks. We can't go on a work day lunch break because it takes too long. The food is decent. The fries are really not that good. The drinks and shakes are always good, especially the Arnold Palmer. It would be nice if they offered a vegetarian option so there was something for everyone and we don't have to stop somewhere else if we need to feed a vegetarian. The staff is friendly. Every time we come the napkins are set on top of the burgers in the bag which gets cheese, etc on them and that's really irritating, especially when the kids set their napkins down and get cheese on every surface before even getting a chance to wipe hands. All in all we come here regularly but never when in a hurry. read more

Stopped in for a Double Double. The sandwich was Great as always, the people were great as always, but he fries were just lukewarm. Easily traded them in for more and again, just lukewarm. Begged for fresh from the fryer fries and they gladly replaced them again. I know what you think, why a 5 then! The answer, for me it's how a business responds to request or complaint not that I had a problem to begin with. They fixed the problem quickly and with a smile. Used to be one of my places but while making an order a female staff member commented rudely on my mother's English asking her coworker if the last five words my mother said were even English - my mom had just requested for fries and two drinks, by the way. We then had to wait about 15mins before we could finally get our meal (those going through drive through were prioritized instead). By the time we had gotten our food, after taking a bite, we had noticed it was raw. At this point we were already kind of fed up. We ate whatever it was we could stomach and told the staff afterward. (My mother had shown half of her patty, still raw).
