I have marked enough businesses as duplicate but they never take action. Why should I do that anymore? This is one of the newest location. It's bigger and it has two windows in the drive-thru. The first one is to pay for your food or make adjustments after you already ordered. The second window is picking up your food. It is located in this new shopping center where Roseo 72 is located. Stater Bros and quite a few other restaurants too. If you have been to one location, food and service are at the highest quality. Ordering it like how I like it, they will make it that way. There's in no other burger joint that has the same standards than In & Out, they're above all others. The staff is trained to truly service the client at a high level and this location exemplifies just that. The restaurant is clean with beautiful landscaping, spacious parking, and convenient drive thru. The burgers are delicious, fresh, and I love how any burger can be customized to your liking. The fries and shakes are favorable, my favorite are animal style fries. You cannot go wrong eating here, especially if you're out late. They're open till 1:30!! Service was awful at this location. I was just here, ordered a single plain burger. Person taking the order put it down as cheeseburger, cashier didn't read the order back to us we just heard her read the total back to us. After noticing the burger was wrong he went inside to change it and the cashier rudely disposed of the hamburger in front of him and provided the correct order. Isn't in n out normally known for their great service & quality taste? Laughable. The new burger was dry and the buns tasted like they were burnt and felt chewy like it was expired. Glad we finally have an In N Out in our area. The location is easy to find and it's convenient. I have not encountered huge traffic issues due to their line of cars in the drive through. They keep the cars moving. The location is in a busy shopping center next to other fast food drive throughs. If you're not careful you may line up at a different restaurants drive through and get chicken instead of burgers. The food at In N Out is always consistent. Great fresh food. My only complaint is the chopped chili situation, give me my old peppers back please.
