I really enjoy Chick-fil-A including their classic chicken and their salad especially their Cobb and Market Salad they make their salads fresh daily and using high quality ingredients. from farm. I also enjoy their breakfast very much,I get a chicken biscuit combo including a freshly made coffee in the moring. Chick-fil-A always introduce new in the menu one thing that my wife and like the most the mac n cheese so good and creamy that's good Ole max n cheese that's a southern comfort food. Another I enjoy is the sweet tea so good and refreshing drink perfect for the summer. The stakes are awesome especially their limited time shakes like their peach shake so good in the summer time and relaxing with my sweet tea by my side. My family the most is their dipping sauce so good we use it on everything you can imagine. The Parking lot is Big, the Establishment Clean..up to this day it still looks brand new like if it's missing the Grand Opening Banner but compare to the other Downey Chick Fil A on Firestone and the other one on imperial..this one always looks empty no matter what time of day I drive by. I was honestly surprised to see some of the negative reviews here because our experience at this Chick-fil-A has been nothing but great--consistently. We come almost weekly as a little family tradition, and it's one of the few places our picky toddler genuinely enjoys (and looks forward to)! Raul, the general manager, is always so sweet and welcoming. The entire staff is quick, friendly, and really on top of things. Orders are accurate, service is efficient, and the food is always fresh. It's clear they care about the customer experience. The restaurant is also super clean every single time we visit, which as parents, we really appreciate. Plus, they go above and beyond by hosting adorable events throughout the year--arts and crafts, seasonal activities--it's such a fun bonus and shows they care about being part of the community. We're grateful to have this Chick-fil-A nearby. It's become a special part of our week and a treat we all look forward to. read more

This was actually a really great Chick-fil-a to stop at on our long journey back to San Diego. They must have built this one recently, because google maps still shows it as an empty plot of land. But once we arrived, it was really nice and modern. They even have a kid's playground. We ordered all of our usual favorites, but I appreciated that the fries were super fresh. Obviously all chick-fil-a restaurants are the same but what you really come for is the service, hearing team members say "my pleasure" and always having a positive attitude. I mean come on there are literally memes about this concept! However, If you were expecting to get the same energy at this one, then you are sadly mistaken. I understand food orders can't always be right, after all we're humans who make mistakes. But RAUL's attitude towards consumers was not at all what I expected when coming here. I didn't realize they changed their famous words of "my pleasure" to "SORRY THATS NOT MY PROBLEM". I can only assume they hired RAUL to create an educational video on how NOT to speak to a customer. i stopped by to get something to eat. i was gonna order inside but the kids wanted it to go. so o decided to order in the drive thru, i ordered 4 spicy chicken deluxe. i told the cashier, if i could get all sauces, ketchup, Chick-fil-A sauce, ranch, etc, and asked for extras. she told me everything was in the bag, and i told the guy at the window if i could get extras, he said, sure. some other employee handed our food, my wife checked the bags. i didn't get any extras. my wife asked the cashier who handed out our food if we can get extras, and she blessed us with enough. she made our night, but i dont get the other employees get greedy with the sauce when you ask for extras. is not like the company is gonna reward you with a bonus, or probably they do, must be why all managers dont wanna hand out enough condiments. read more

This is a daily thing ranging from 3-10 in waiting time. They ignore you when you try to get their attention and see you off with a "have a lovely day." This is one of the worst CFA restaurants. The staff is not friendly the place doesn't feel welcoming and the food isn't that great. I'm a huge fan of CFA and never have encountered an issue with any location but this one. The fries feel stale and the coke machine is never working. The Firestone Downey location is worth to drive the extra mile because it's welcoming and makes you feel welcomed. The staff in this CFA never ask if you need anything else or offer you refills it's very lame. Plus the employee started moping the restaurant while we were still eating and told us we had leave because the restaurant closed 5 min ago. The store was pretty much empty. I mobile ordered and the lady looked at my food being put up ready to hand to me but a customer walks in with his entire family and starts to order. Instead of just grabbing my bag that's behind her and handing it to me she takes this families entire order which takes like 5 minutes. She could've said "one second" turned around grabbed my bag and gave it to me. Then they put very little pimento cheese on the sandwhich and forgot to give me the nuts that comes with the kale crunch salad.
