World Burgers is definitely worth checking out. The burgers were fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. You can tell they take pride in the food. I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu.

What an interesting concept! This place specialize in flavors around the world in the form of burgers and fries. I decided to get the Puebla and Argentine burger and a side of Cuban fries and Onion rings. The burgers were cooked well with their special kind of twist. The cuban fries were my highlight. Taste very similar to In and Out animal style fries. Onion rings were a nice surprise! Not overly crispy and nicely battered. Restaurant was nice a clean, service was prompt and helpful.

This was the first time I've tried this restaurant. I received an advertising flyer from them on my door that said there was a 20% promotion happening. The first impression walking in was disappointing. The man at the register was hanging in the pickup window and engaging in a personal conversation with someone in the kitchen. I waited a couple of minutes before he finally noticed me waiting and he seemed surprised that I was even standing there. When he asked what I was ordering, I told him this was my first time there and I showed him the flyer I received. He said he would have to give me the discount but did not offer any menu suggestions or say much else. After I ordered, I was attempting to pay with my debit card. I tried inserting it for the chip, then swiping it, but the machine was not reading my card. The employee tried to take my card from me and I clearly told him I did NOT want to use the tap feature. He proceeded to take my card and try to tap it, and I repeated that I did not want to pay that way. I have been double charged in the past from tap transactions and the cashier cannot cancel the transaction the way they can cancel a swipe or chip insert. The employee seemed annoyed and said he never heard of that. After my chip finally worked, I sat down to wait for my order. The employee then called to me over the counter and said that I didn't give him my "coupon". The flyer was NOT a coupon. It was a printout that said 20% off. No expiration date, no indication of a coupon, no terms stating to produce a coupon after ordering. It didn't even have the promotion in the typical coupon shape with dotted outlines. Nothing like that was printed on the flyer, but the employee said he needed it to count how many people used it, so I gave it to him. I wouldn't need it again anyway. After the awkward customer service and the quality of the food I received, I will not be back. I ordered a Nashville burger and an order of chili cheese fries to go. My chili cheese fries were spilling out of a paper tray into the bag. It was not packed in any kind of box with a lid, as I would expect a to-go item like this to be served. Both the burger and fries were extremely GREASY and had no flavor. They tasted like they were cooked with no seasoning. After one bite, I unfortunately threw the food away. It was a waste of time and money, even with the "coupon". I tried to give it a chance, but I definitely won't be back to World Burgers. I did not feel welcomed and I did not enjoy the food.

Bro. This place has the best burgers. I've been here 4 times now!! Colombian burger is my favorite. The Argentine burger is actually incredible as well. The owner is a great friendly person who always welcomes you. The layout is clean, neat and easy. Thanks again. Oh and the fries are literally better than In-N-Out

Thoroughly impressed with this spot! I don't even crave burgers that often, but World Burgers might have changed that. If you like unique fusion dishes, this is your spot. My Argentine burger was so soft and tender. The chimichurri gave it a tinge of spice and added tons of flavor. The cheese was melty and the arugula added a perfect balance. I also got Cuban fries, they were hands down the best loaded fries I've ever had!!!! Firstly the fries were CRISPYYYY just how I like them. The grilled onions, super savory ham, pickles, cheese- omg, a flavor explosion. Seriously this will be my new go-to spot for loaded fries!!!

Been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped in for the first time. Menu is a little overwhelming because there are so many unique options. I tried the Argentine and my son had the classic California. Everything was fresh and tasty. Patties are a little thin so would probably go with a double next time. Fries were fresh. Very similar to in n out fries. Prices were also very reasonable. Two burgers we split a fry and waters for under $20. Will definitely be back to try more.

First time trying World Burgers and it did not disappoint. We tried the American burger, the Italian, regular fries & the Cali fries. Everything was delicious & fresh. The Cali fries were my favorite. We ordered quickly and our food came out quickly as well. There were only a couple other people in the restaurant. I will be back to try their other burgers.

Guadalajara burger + fries come to $11 before tax. pricing is fair but it would be great if they can offer combo and iced tea

Long overdue visit to World Burgers to get my passport stamped for my 6th burger. As in my past visits to World Burgers, it delivers. Coming here makes me wonder which country has the best burger? So far I'd say the Korean burger because of the fried egg and the vinegary spiciness they makes the burger extra juicy and burst with flavors. Got to make it to my 10th stamp to get the free 11th World Burger. Go try this place out if you're shopping at the quad. Best value for a gourmet burger for the same or better price of a limited variety that in&out can offer.

Hidden Gem Alert - World Burgers! I wish I had pictures to share, but we finished the burgers before I could even take one! This spot is called World Burgers, and it's truly one of a kind -- each burger represents a different country, and every bite feels like you're traveling the world through flavor. My son and I came here a while back and were blown away by the quality -- so we decided to bring my wife and younger son this time. They loved it just as much! You can taste the passion and pride in every burger. The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are bold, and you can tell this small business really cares about quality. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the person who helped us made us feel right at home. Places like this remind you why it's so important to support local restaurants -- they give you an experience that big chains just can't match. If you're in the area and want a burger that's full of flavor and made with love, give World Burgers a try. You'll be glad you did. #SupportSmallBusiness #LocalEats #HiddenGem #WorldBurgers

(See attached picture). This restaurant is in such an obscure location, I can't believe I was going to a Burrito Track across the street for so many years not knowing this place existed. Friendly staff and prompt service. The unfortunate negative is it's location and I'm referring to parking. There must be 8 business crammed into this lot. With a bar to the right and a laudermat on its left finding a parking spot is like winning the lotto. Now layer in one driveway and you have to make a 3 point turn just to navigate to leave. The idea was to enjoy my coffee while getting organized--paying bills, planning calendar events, and having the opportunity to focus without any distractions from my usual surroundings. In search of the perfect spot, I turned to Yelp, a reliable resource for uncovering hidden gems nearby. Upon stepping into the coffee shop, I was immediately greeted with warm hospitality, setting the tone for a delightful experience. The ambiance of the place was truly captivating--it was bright and welcoming, infused with an aesthetic charm that instantly put me at ease. I couldn't help but be intrigued by the design elements throughout the shop, which added an inviting touch to its overall atmosphere. Before I settled in, I asked the staff if I could snap a few photos to capture the essence of this delightful space. They graciously welcomed my request, and I was shown to my table, which, quite uniquely, was designated by a number--a small detail that I found charming. As I browsed the menu, I encountered a small conundrum: I wasn't entirely sure what to order. I wanted to break the mold and try something out of the ordinary. My curiosity was piqued by their exclusive offering of Café de la Olla--a traditional hot drink that piqued my interest right away. I ultimately settled on a hearty plate that included rice, beans, and enticing potato tostones, accompanied by two beautifully cooked sunny-side-up eggs. As I waited for my order, I noticed the café was filled with the sweet sounds of old-school music from the '60s and '70s, which only enhanced the cozy ambiance while I sipped my drink. Now, let's talk about the food! I must say, I rated the café itself a solid 4 out of 5 for its overall charm, while the rice earned a respectable 4 out of 5. The beans were rich in flavor and received a fair 3.9 out of 5. The potato tostones, delicately bathed in a savory red sauce, stood out with an impressive score of 4.3 out of 5--these are a must-try if you visit! And as for the sunny-side-up eggs, they were good, but hey, eggs are eggs, right? Overall, the entire experience was quite enjoyable, from the delightful food to the warm atmosphere. A special shout-out goes to Ana, whose exceptional customer service made my visit even more memorable. The combination of fantastic service, inviting aesthetics, and satisfying food truly made for a perfect morning retreat. I can't recommend this spot enough for anyone looking for a relaxing place to unwind and focus on what matters.

The charred cheese paired with the grilled meat creates a lot of flavor and gives the burger a unique twist. Unfortunately, the overwhelming saltiness completely overshadowed everything else for me. That said, there were several things I did enjoy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the variety of drink options. The Strawberry Watermelon drink was my favorite. I also liked that they offer multiple dipping sauces for both the fries and burgers. My husband absolutely loved the fries and couldn't get enough of the chipotle sauce. I personally preferred the garlic aioli, and the creamy jalapeño sauce was surprisingly delicious as well--though a little too spicy for me to enjoy more than a taste. Despite my issue with the seasoning, I wouldn't write this place off. I think the burger could be really good with less salt, so we'll probably give it another try and ask if they can go lighter on the seasoning next time.

I went on a taco run yesterday to try to find the best taco in Whittier…read more Started off the run with a keto taco mixed with asada and al pastor and then a regular tripa taco. Keto taco - toasted/grilled cheese instead of a regular tortilla - needed to be done a little more on one side as the cheese wasn't quite toasty enough to stay in place to slightly resemble the shape of a taco. Bit hard to eat, covered my hands in grease. Asada tastes almost boiled, and this being my 2nd or 3rd time getting the Asada here, it consistently tastes like it was boiled and not grilled. Unsure of meat quality or preparation, but there are no grill marks and it's a bit chewy. Same with the al pastor. Tripa taco was bizarre. Strips of flat skin instead of the usual roundish, cylindrical shape of tripa (intestine). Usually a saltier, fattier meat than asada, which is my preference but the one here was lacking in flavor and the texture threw me off a bit. Tripa can be chewy - unless requested extra done, which is how I normally order it - but there was no saving this tripa. I think it needs to be sliced differently, the cuts made it inedible. Brother shared some of his chorizo taco and it was the better of the bunch. Red chorizo, TJ style, although it was also lacking a teeny bit in flavor... onions and cilantro to the rescue! Still, mediocre. Salsas were ok, nothing out of the ordinary. Don't think the tortillas were homemade. Service was fine, cashier takes your order, dude at the counter was chill and had a friendly attitude. Seating was limited. Mostly bar style seating but the majority was in front of a window and it had so much heat trapped from the glass that it was kind of uncomfortable. Other seats are too close to the bathroom. Good for a quick bite or just pick-up orders. Wouldn't plan a sit down/dine-in visit. Parking is scarce and has really small spots, wouldn't come if you're driving a pick-up truck or anything like that. Food was reasonably priced, which is good, however; the food was lacking so I would not return.
