I wanted to explore the city without my huge suitcase and shopping bags and this place was a Godsend. Convenient location, professional staff, large enough lockers to fit 2 checked luggage bags for less than €14 per day, and great hours closing at 930pm. They have changing rooms and a scale you can pay to use to weigh your bag, but they do not have public restrooms. There are several attendants present that assist you in choosing the correct size locker, who also speak good English. You put in your own personal 4 digit code, lock it, then pay. Once you come back you get your luggage and can go on your way. I didn't have a reservation and was able to walk in and complete the process in less than 10 minutes. Super quick and easy. Highly recommend!

Nos hizo sentir cómodos para hacer preguntas y siempre se tomó el tiempo de responderlas. Nos señaló cosas que nunca habríamos notado por nuestra cuenta, lo que hizo que la visita fuera mucho más interesante. We sat around, and when I saw other people checking in for something or another, I went up to see if we could check in. We could. Maye a slight break down in communication? The Great - Girona was amazing The Good - The weather was perfect The Bad - Our tour guide did not have great English, did not project his voice so we could hear him and had a headset with a mic that he wouldn't put over his head. So we heard more of his breathing than anything else. The Ugly - The driver. Holy moly. This guy must have had a bathroom emergency in getting back. He had so many close calls, got honked at several times and had to use his hand break often to stop quickly and he was flying in and out of cars. I highly recommend visiting Girona and the Dali Museum. I maybe recommend using a different tour company.

They will take your information and $99 and that is the last you will hear from them...until your credit card is fraudulently used and your identity is STOLEN! If you do a Google search on how to renew or get a passport--this website is the FIRST to show up and it looks legitimate. Shame on Google and other search engines for allowing that. There should be a 'trigger' of some sort that Google and other search engines activate to prevent scam sites from popping up first. Smart people get scammed all the time simply because they trust what they find on searches and don't stop to think about it before they forge ahead and give away all of their information. There is only one thing you need to do to get a passport: Go onto the US State Department website (eforms.state.gov) and download the form. It is a very simple process and you don't need anyone else to help you through it. The legitimate US Government website is easy to navigate. If you need the passport quickly, they offer expedited services for an additional fee. I write this on behalf of my husband who caught on to the scam after he had given his credit card information but BEFORE he entered his social security number. That request tipped him off. He then IMMEDIATELY called his credit card company and they canceled his credit card, filed a 'dispute' of the charge (they will reverse it, guaranteed!) and he is filing a fraud report with the bank as well. So no harm no foul for him because he caught it before he gave information that would cause identity theft.

I emailed and emailed and finally was told I would receive a refund on both purchases, for my husband and myself equaling a total of $200. I have since emailed 3 or 4 times and do not get a response. I tried to go to the website and it says it is down for maintenance. I will attach the emails in the photos below.
