This is a nice clean massaging place. It's quiet when you enter, smells clean and like eucalyptus which I love it helps relax me. I got the hour full body massage with hot stones, soft massage ‍ it was amazing. My masseuse was gentle and she was quiet which I really appreciate because I've been to other places where the masseuses are having a conversation and it's not relaxing. The prices are good affordable. Overall I had a great experience it was my first time and I didn't read the yelp reviews prior to going so I'm very pleased. I do recommend going. Tip: take cash it's better plus tipping feels better if it's cash. Tip: They have a stamp card so if you are a regular customer you will benefit from the reward. You definitely get what you pay for. The place was clean and the massages decently priced however even after telling the staff multiple times the pressure was too hard they didn't adjust. My shoulders are so sore because of the pressure of the massage and after putting oil on your back they wipe it off with a rough towel like they're scrubbing the floor or something which hurt too. They did use hot stones which was a plus. They should play some relaxing music or something because it is too quiet in there and you can hear all the breathing, coughing, sneezing, and talking. Massage was great! Did feel a little rushed towards the end of the massage. My friends and I went in for the 90min combination massage. They start you off with 30min feet in water and massage your feet and after walk you over to another room where you take off your clothes and they massage your whole body. It was a little weird that they started us in one place just as we are starting to relax they wake you and have you move rooms. That through us off. After our body massage we felt so rushed to leave. I was attending a nearby festival with my husband last weekend and our feet were killing us so we decided to search for a massage place near our hotel. I called and was able to book fairly easily for a same day appointment. The prices were good but the massage itself didn't do much. We booked the combo massage (meaning 30 minutes reflexology and 30 minutes body massage). I normally have to tell the massage therapist to go lighter when I go to reflexology places but this place did it so lightly that I'm not sure if it actually worked or did any good. I was recommend this place by a friend who loves it, so I sent my mom here for her birthday and she confirmed it was amazing! I finally got to try it out for myself and I can 100% agree that you will get your moneys worth here! I was massaged by Tina and her technique is incredible! I was about to get a same day appointment, which I was very grateful for since I was in so much pain. The place was very clean. The rooms are separated by curtains. There were pegs to hang your belongings on. The person taking care of me did a really good job at getting out all my knots and leaving me nice and tender. OMGosh, I missed a few months and came in to an entire new staff. Amy my supposed masseuse is not a masseuse at all. I paid for my usual, the $45 combo, she massaged my feet as if I was receiving a pedicure massage focusing on my legs with so much oil. Absolutely no acupressure on my feet like before and don't get me started on the pressure so light as if my granddaughter was tickling my feet. The back massage was no better even after I asked for more pressure....twice. Overall a poor experience. When asked at the end if I enjoyed my massage I said, No! I have to say I've been going to this place for about year and a half. I've been satisfied with the level of service. But let me tell you, I don't know if it's new hires or if it's just the Gen z, but I've never felt so pressured to tip, especially when it's undeserved. I had a younger masseur, I think she came in from lunch but yeah she had a couple burps to offer. Throughout the massage I had to deal with the light poofs as well. The massage itself was mediocre but the foot massage portion was epic in all fairness. When I leave I decide to give $20. It was an hour and a half massage. I normally tip better but I'm thinking 27% for mediocre and a gassy massage is decent enough. This young lady looked at this $20 bill lke what the hell am I supposed to do with this and kept staring at it? She seems so mesmerized by this the way she keeps flipping it back and forth. But when I woke up the next day my back hurts so bad that I can't even touch it, I assumed that the masseuse went hard on that area due to stress knotting buildups but I don't think that was the case :/ anyways 3/5 stars due to cleanliness and pricing of the place and only have that small pain in my upper back that just got worse. read more

I came in for a prenatal massage yesterday and wasn't very satisfied. You are only separated by curtain and that's fine because it's still very private except that you can hear other customers who are unaware of their tone level. You can hear phone ringing, door opening and closing, etc. my body physically hurts from pregnancy and all I got was an oil rub down. The hot stones feel nice but there was 0 muscle work. I felt relaxed but didn't get what my body needed. The "head massage" consisted of her literally scratching my scalp with her nails for 5 mins. My lower back and hips weren't touched at all. Came here last minute on a Friday night with my fiancé. Called around 7:30 and they were able to take us for a 90 minute massage at 8:15. We let them know it was for two and they pulled back the curtains that separate the rooms so we were together. I always ask for medium-hard and they mostly always deliver. Upon, leaving she asked right away to leave a tip either card or cash. After the massage was complete i was good to tip. It's the way she approached me and went back and forth. After going back and forth, mind you she is making faces and talking another in a different language. She was very pushy and rude. She didn't even ask how the massage was. She said cash or card tip. I'm all about giving a tip for service. The way the manager handles her self in this situation. A tip is optional and not mandatory. So please keep that in mind. I decided to take my Grandma here. We parked in the back and checked in with the receptionist. We didn't have an appointment however we were serviced right away. We got the 60 minutes massage for $45. You have to pay cash before your service and I've never had to pay before so I didn't like that. My grandma doesn't speak English so I was translating for her regarding problem areas and such. About a few minutes later the receptionist walks into the room we are being serviced in and asks what we wanted to focus on because there were guest waiting. Essentially hurrying us up even though the timer had already been started. That was her way of "politely" telling us to be quiet. However, they have a sign in the front stating to let your masseuse know of any pains amongst other things so I don't understand what the hostile comment and tone were for. At the the end of the massage I wanted to leave a tip so I asked for the receptionist to break my bill and she suggested I leave the whole bill and leave the two masseuses each half of the bill. I told her I would appreciate if she broke the bill. She suggested I look at the tipping suggestions demonstrated by happy/ sad faces with numerical values. The dollar amount I was leaving was not to their liking per the face indicated. I told her we both liked our massage but that we were not going to leave more than what my grandma could afford. At that point I genuinely didn't want to leave a tip because she was being very hostile and rude and laughed when I said that. This was the 2nd time I've ever gotten a massage. Was pretty traumatized from my first visit at another location because I left feeling more sore and in pain than I had originally came in for but people said it's because I had a lot of "knots" and stress that it was probably relieving it for me but it was so uncomfortable to do anything after my massage. Called in and made an appointment for same day. Parking is fairly easy which is accessible through the back. Mask is required regardless of your vaccine status. Upon entry, you can feel the ambiance as very calm and soothing. They have some light music and didn't feel noisy. You pay for your service upon arrival and they have different options on what kind of massage you like. I opted for 60 minutes of full body and feet with added eucalyptus oil. I waited roughly 5 minutes before they escorted me to the back. I thought I was going to have a private room being that I opted for full body but it was a large dark room with tons of beds and canopy to separate each party for privacy. There were open massage beds and covered individual beds. My masseuse was Melissa. She came by and brought me a bucket to soak my feet. She had me strip my leggings so it doesn't get wet and to perform an overall leg massage. Water is warm and I felt like my foot massage maybe lasted 15 minutes. Strangely she had me take off my shirt after my foot massage which I don't know why she didn't just tell me that from the beginning. She did lay a cloth over my face which did make it hard to breathe with a mask on so I had to lower my mask below my nose. I'm assuming its to calm your nerves and not make your experience awkward. My body massage was good. There were some areas I felt like she didn't focus on like the last location such as my neck or head. Her pressures were perfect and consistent as I have noticed sometimes they change up the pressure depending on the location of the massage but it was enough that I didn't have to tense up. I only had her lighten her pressure once when she got to my shoulder since they're a little more sensitive. Overall, it was super relaxing. Melissa was super friendly and thorough. You tip your masseuse after the massage and I didn't felt like the receptionist asked me to tip more or less. Most likely won't opt for the oil add on because I felt like it didn't make a difference. I didn't smell a eucalyptus smell at all even post massage. She did wipe my body down from the oils but I still would've thought there would be a hint of the smell during. I look forward to coming back here once a month or when I'm really stressed out. They also give you a discount for paying cash! read more

I really should have left at that point, but didn't want to be hasty. I paid $70 for a combo 90 minute massage. I was taken to the station to start with a foot soak. I am familiar with the process of these types of massages and have received them in the past. I do not believe the person who provided the massage is actually trained as a massage therapist.
