It's definitely nicer looking than the regular Goodwill stores and the layout is organized which I liked. The staff was also friendly and welcoming when I walked in, and I thought it was nice that they offer water and the bathrooms are clean too. So the experience walking around wasn't bad at all. But the pricing is what completely threw me off. Almost everything felt way overpriced for a thrift store. I saw a lot of bags that were clearly knockoffs or inspired designer styles marked at $50-$60 or even more sometimes. Paying that much for a fake designer bag just doesn't make sense to me. If it was authentic that would be different, but for something that isn't real it feels kind of crazy. Even the clothes felt really high for secondhand items. Yes, some pieces looked a little nicer than what you'd normally see at a regular Goodwill, but it still didn't feel reasonable for used clothing. I'm honestly not sure who is putting the price tags on these items but they might want to do a little research because the pricing doesn't match the value. It's kind of frustrating because thrift stores used to be a place where you could find good deals or unique pieces without spending a ton. That's part of the fun of thrifting, finding something special that not everyone else has. Now it seems like some secondhand stores are trying to charge department store prices, which kind of defeats the whole purpose. I do like the idea of this store and the atmosphere is nice, but the pricing really needs to be reconsidered. If the prices were more reasonable I would probably shop here more often, but right now it just feels way too high for what it is.

I went in to let them know and figured it was a honest mistake and I would give them the bag back for store credit. As it's a fed crime to sale/resale. They refused to refund the bag and said it was a donation so we don't authenticate it. Totally understand, but if someone said hey this is a fake bag (it's illegal to sale or resale) and you sold it without your knowledge -- shouldn't you say our bad we will give you store credit and mark this as a fake donation. I left it there and just disputed the charge on my card but just a cautionary tale not to buy from Deja Blue In Summerlin. It's one thing to sell a fake without knowing but it's another to do so and then not make it correct and say well Savers does it too.

They even offered us champagne, which definitely made the whole dress shopping vibe feel extra special (and fun!). The ladies helping out were all so kind and genuinely helpful with dress selections. No pressure, no sales-y pushiness--just good vibes and great suggestions. We even got to meet the owner, who was absolutely lovely and clearly passionate about what she does. We were very pleasantly surprised to find Bounce Fashions! The gentleman who owns the shop with his wife was very helpful without being pushy or trying to sell us everything in the store. We love all of their merchandise and the prices are much better than the shops on the strip. I'm so glad we found them and I can't wait to shop here again! I can tell it is going to be one of my favorite places to shop!

Anyway, as you travel closer to the side with all the boutiques you stumble upon this very cozy clothing boutique called Bounce Fashions. They a lot of designer brand name items, but what caught my eye was pair of true religions. It had all these colored rhinestones on it. I have never seen trues like that before and the manager told me that it was one of a kind because they did custom work on it. It was one of a kind but it was slightly out of my budget. I would've given this place a 5, but i couldn't find rock and republic, citizens or joes jeans (my favs). Similar to boutiques you would find in california, but what really set them apart was their custom rhinestone work. I don't know of too many places that put on rhinestones for you in-store. Overall, it definitely would be worth it to check it out if you want something that no one else has, but you have to have the bank roll for it.

To make matters worse there is always 2 or 3 people always milling about behind the cashiers. I understand they are probably doing go backs and such but, when the line is 30 deep you open a register and help these cashiers out. It makes us people stand in line feel like we are being ignored.
