Our windows, window sills and screens look great! With nearly 20 windows to clean inside and out and some in hard to reach places, it was worth the money. Plus, true to his word, he offered a discount. I think it's important to remember to make window access available as well as to expect water to splash onto things. So keep things you don't want to get wet out of the way and maybe put down towels or tarps, as there was some tracking of dirty shoes inside the house. I'd have to say there was great attention to detail and anything that I pointed out that wasn't up to snuff was addressed immediately. Would use them again. read more

Brothers Adam & Shad are complete pros. Literally, I don't know how they got the calcium stains off of my windows, as I have tried everything in the past to no avail. Also, the off-shore breezes here in Point Loma are lovely, but they bring along an oceanfull of salt that builds up on glass and is nearly impossible to eradicate. When I went upstairs to check out the work I stopped in my tracks as it literally appeared as though the brothers had removed the window panes and forgotten to replace them. A few weeks back I had written a complaint regarding a few screens that looked to not have been thoroughly cleaned after having some rain a few days before. Within minutes Adam had contacted me apologizing for the incident and expressing his desire to make it right. Unfortunately, I had already cleaned the windows with the dirty screens myself, else Adam was willing to send someone out to redo those windows. My mistake for cleaning the windows before calling In-U-Window and giving them the opportunity to correct it first. Adam was insistent that In-U-Windows stands behinds it's service and offered to refund me the full amount due to this incident. Although this was a very generous offer, I simply did not feel right getting a refund especially since Chad had done a wonderful job on the other windows. Instead, I asked if they could come clean the windows, outside only, at the new home I just purchased. Without hesitation, Adam agreed. This morning 2 gentlemen from In-U-Window showed up at my new home to clean the windows. Not only did they do an amazing job on the outside, they went ahead and cleaned the inside as well! The windows are crystal clear! Now I feel a bit embarrassed for having them go through this trouble when I should have reached out to In-U-Window directly about my issue... I now have a lot of respect for these guys and their business. Really glad I went with In-U-Window based on Yelp reviews! They called me an hour ahead of the appointment to let me know exactly when they would arrive..at which time they did. Adam and his co-worker did an excellent job cleaning the tracks, screens and windows in around 2 hours and at a very fair price. We even discussed possibly power washing the front of the house but this could not be done due to the age and type of my stucco. Just had my windows cleaned again and they look amazing. They told me about pressure washing my cement patio pad and walkway. Both had algae and black spots where the banana tree drips each year. The crew arrived on time and put on shoe covers. They inspected our windows, quoted a price and got to work. They were competent and hard working. One of the guys tried hard but could not remedy the etched-by-pollution glass to make it look clean. He said that takes a "restoration cleaning", which is another type of service they use. Very happy with my service with In-U-Window. Just referred them to a friend who commented on how clean my windows look. They were quick at returning my calls and were 5 minutes early on the day of cleaning. They did 14 windows (some on the 2nd story) in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Great price and fast service. The owner was very honest and reasonable. I had a party coming up and he worked with me to get our house washed. He was also very concerned about birds' nests and environmentally conscious. It did take a bit long, which he warned me, in the beginning, due to the amount of work involved. The only reason he did not get a five star is our balcony wasn't washed due to our neighbor's property been so close; he didn't want to get their building dirty.
