This is a little overdue but better late than never. I was about to list my house for sale and I had seriously neglected the windows. I contacted In-U-Window online and received a very quick response. We emailed a few times and followed up by phone to schedule. I only had 5 windows in a two story townhouse and others had turned me away as too small of a job but these guys - no problem. They charged me a minimum fee that was very reasonable, showed up on time (called to let me know they were nearby) and quickly took care of a lot of grime. Very friendly and also pointed out some defect in the window itself where the glue between the panes was discolored - something that they can't do anything about. In less than an hour I had sparkling clean windows that helped my house show very nicely (which sold in 2 days by the way!). Wes is SO professional, extremely courteous and one of the hardest working fellas you'll ever meet. He goes way beyond your expectations. And he knows how to work on a tile roof without breaking the tiles!! Wes and his team are on time, fast and efficient and you can't beat his price. He not only cleaned the windows, they pretty much cleaned the whole exterior of the house, literally sprayed off all of the cob webs & snails and washed down the roof as they moved around. The windows are streak-free and look fabulous. I believe they are trustworthy and didn't have a problem with them working freely in and out of our home. And they didn't mind the dogs. WOW. Wes is great. First of all he was very punctual, even early. Really a nice guy and does beautiful work. My windows were sparkling. He even got off some really bad hard water stains that had been there for years. Very reasonable and I would highly recommend him. I scheduled two days in advance and he was able to accommodate me. My kids were even giving him compliments. One said "why is he washing the windows TWICE? THey looked great the first time!!" I live in a 2nd story apartment and my windows were filthy. I chose Adam and Shad's business because their minimum price was 1/2 that of their competitors and I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for an appt. (they got me in in a week!). They showed up on time (big plus) and when I showed Adam the 4 windows I wanted done he said ok and I did know he had a $65 minimum charge right? I said yes, and how much more was it going to cost me? He said that he could do MORE for the $65 so he said he'd do the inside too and my 6 mirrored closet sliders. Wow, cool! And he did a 5th window that I had left out because I was trying to stay within the minimum charge. So I got every glass surface in my apt done for $65. Adam took the time to show me where our dual glazed windows had failed, which I appreciated since they are under warranty. Adam's assistant even climbed out a window and on to our roof taking extra care not to dirty our wall. What honesty! Really! First they quoted me a great price, then told me about 30 minutes after their arrival that only a small section of the 260 ft of gutters I have on my roof were dirty.
