I got my eyebrows done by Cathy in December -- OMG. I LOVE THEM! I was a bit hesitant to get them, initially, because what if I hated them? Or if the color wasn't right? Looking back, I was so silly. I should have gone to Cathy a lot sooner. Cathy took her time and explained everything in a very no-pressure, no-rush manner, which I totally appreciated. I've never had any sort of tattoo, and I wanted to understand the process. She took her time doing my hair stroke eyebrows, even mixing in more than one color so they would appear natural. Cathy is reasonably priced and very knowledgable. I originally had brows and eyeliner done. I wanted the eyeliner to be noticeable but not garish. I've no experience in this field and not familiar with application. I returned for my two/three week touch up and requested eyeliner to be heavier. Returned for one year touch up and again, requested eyeliner heavier. I'm still not 100% pleased with results as it barely looks like I have eyeliner on and needing to apply additional eyeliner on a daily basis. Brows turned out good. I have experienced a very vindictive and unprofessional side of her and I am the customer. She's messed up twice now. This time I see why people were telling me not to go back. she has an entire eyebrow on my face missing hair and starting in the middle of my face. the hair is gone and the dye dried Gray. I told her I needed to get the ink removed and I needed my $$$ back to pay to fix this. "I don't give refunds" I suggest you take a good look at her photos and you will definitely know what she's about. I wasn't a walk in. I tipped $50 plus. Just be careful. while I was there another customer was calling to complain. Don't know her personally but PERSONALLY her eyebrow art is broken. The no refund policy for mistakes made on her part.... I am three days into my new hairstroke brows and I love them! I naturally have very light eyebrows that do not extend as far in toward my nose as I would like. Eyeliner was uneven and was not the shape I wanted. She is good for older women but not for the younger crowd.

I hade her do two corrections for me. She WAS NOT the original person who did my permanent makeup. The girl who did, did an awful job. I thought I would never enjoy looking in the mirror again! Cathy rectified the problems beautifully! One was a black spot at the outside corner of my eye. She camoflauged it.
