Dr. Tanya and her staff are incredible. From the moment you walk in you feel a great energy. It's definitely more hip and modern yet has a homey feel. I got an alignment from Dr. Tanya. She is the first doctor to recommend an x-ray to see what needed aligning and I was happy to know they weren't going to just "go in" without seeing what I needed. Very grateful I found this place that came recommended by a friend who is in the same line of work as I am. I came in with extremely crooked spine and a lot of pain. Huge red flag before I even met the doctor- I was handed 2 things at the same time by the receptionist- 1. A digital tablet with a form on it they wanted me to sign 2. A clipboard with a form on it they wanted me to sign I was told "These are both the same form, the doctor just likes to have both a digital and physical copy." One form was 'Consent to Treatment'. The other form was 'Right to Arbitrate'. (aka 'Sign this and you can't sue us if we damage you.') I looked at both and said to the receptionist, "These are not the same forms." She said "Yes they are." I pointed to each and stated the title of each. Again, she said "It's the same form." I'll let you draw your own conclusions as to why this was a big red flag. There were a few others during my actual appt, though trickier to convey. But this one was enough for me. I never went back for my follow-up. read more

Got sold a $6K package by Dr. T...who I never saw again nor was treated by. Constantly billed for "scheduled" appointments I didn't agree to/didn't know where scheduled. Staff talked in circles about their policies but didn't seem like they really cared. And don't get me started on the "manager" Tiare. SOOO fake and condescending to patients. After I heard a disagreement she was having with another person over problems with billing, she turned around and starting speaking Spanish to another employee, completely bashing and saying some terrible things (guessing she didn't think I look like I know spanish) - I could not believe what she was saying. Had previously heard her say some really rude and disrespectful things to her staff on several occasions (no wonder the staff changes constantly). Tiare is unprofessional and has zero concern for others well being. She puts on quite a show to your face tho and acts like she's your best friend. Oh, and BTW all of the social influencers that post about this place get FREE services while they charge the people who really need pain relief $5-$6K for their packages. I am in utter and total dreamland at this wellness center. I have personally been in wellness as a Massage therapist for over 3 decades and have worked with well over two dozen chiropractors through the years. Most of them I truly adore but this place is beyond special and let me tell you why... The first thing that amazes me is the energy when you walk in the door. All of the girls who work there are always friendly and smiling and saying hi Liz! And that energy continues Throughout each and every visit. I am continually stunned by the amount of therapies they offer in this establishment. I threw out my low back and neck eight or nine years ago and have been suffering with back pain ever since. It was very hard to mother a five-year-old when I was 50 because I had no energy to play with her and it crushed me. I had received an Instagram post in my feed about possibly being a candidate for decompression treatments. I have never seen this type of table that they strap you into and slowly pull your spine apart. They go the extra mile with loving compassion by covering me with a soft weighted blanket, an eye pillow, headphones and dreamy meditation music. It is beyond relaxing. I did have to go three times a week for maybe two or three months now. But the side-by-side's on my first two x-rays after having these treatments is remarkable. They are also so warm and friendly with bringing little ones in and they let them do their thing. They provide a little coffee and tea center for you and they also have a Beamer PEMF Mat which I use myself and love, a Kangen machine for ionized water which I also drink so I felt right at home there. They add to the mix with back bracing and have me walk for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes which really also seems to have helped. I have also received percussion treatments which is such a huge relief and they top it off with CBD cream or balm. The first time I sat down with Dr.T (Tanya Reynolds) I felt such warm loving energy and she was so kind and sweet with my daughter as well. She is literally a soul sister. I can't gush about her enough. She explained that I should not be adjusted for a while until my spine was decompressed based on my first set of x-rays. After all this time, I can now I understand why. They have also sent me home with a home care kit to help me stay on top of my spinal care. They are also constantly giving me reminders to stay ON that. Another thing that seems to have really helped me is their machine that scans your body and is able to create precise orthotics for your shoes. I love them! On a sad note, over the holiday the doctor was on vacation and was in a terrible accident and was missing in the office for many weeks. But that didn't stop my care. All of the lovely women who work there including Dr. bass, who came in to help adjust the patients, my girls Narda, Jalyce, Chelsea, Lexi, Julissa and several others, They ran a very right ship while she was away! When the doctor returned I told her how amazing her staff was and she said that she is very blessed. But I believe all of that good energy trickles down from the top!! They go to seminars and are taught so much about wellness, supplements, they have essential oils, they have given us fruit or protein bars if we were famished... Honestly I'm getting a little choked up right now. Recently I had an accident of my own, and these women took the time to send me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers wishing me a speedy recovery. Who does that? I certainly don't! And I think I'm a pretty kind person! They inspire me beyond words - and you should also know I got an amazing massage from Troy, they are now doing laser treatments for my recent concussion and they also have acupuncture! The decompression treatment that I'm receiving from Dr. Tanya Reynolds at In8love Wellness is amazing; I'm still in shock, can't believe it's working. I've been dealing with severe back and leg problems for about 4 years. The sciatica nerve pain has been the cause of my inability to concentrate and put in the necessary work sitting in front of my computer to complete projects, it has been a complete nightmare. I've been struggling with only being able to sit for 3 to 4 hours before having to stop from the pain. I went to the In8love wellness office not knowing what to expect and their decompression treatment brought my pain level from a 10+ down to a 5 in a couple of weeks! Truly amazing, I was able to put in 6 to 8 hours working instantly, which seems too good to be true. It pains me to write this bad review because my cupping and acupuncture session was so magical. However, I purchased a mini package for $250 for 5 sessions and paid in full upfront. That's $50 a session. When I missed an appointment (unexpected funeral ) they said it was a $60 fee. So I assumed since I paid them $50 I owed $20. Nope! They wanted an EXTRA $60 for missing an appointment. Which makes no sense. If I wasted someone's time just keep the $50 you would have made for the session and go enjoy your free hour off. Why would I need to pay $110 for a $50 session? Bad business. 0 logic. Now I have to fight to try and get refunded for the rest of my package because life happens and I don't want to owe an extra $60 fee on top of the full payment I made for all of the sessions in advance. read more

I wanted to talk about something super important here, which is about woman's health and getting our periods. Something that I went about 5/6 months without getting because I'm on birth control. The two months that i saw doctor T, I was consistently getting mine, even twice in one month! Which never happens to me. I was so excited to see my body was working PROPERLY! I got so many benefits from this including increased sex drive, and losing lower back pain from driving for long hours (from the adjustments). Wow what a disappointment. I saw that my old review was popular and wanted to correct my misinterpretation of this place. As COVID-19 hit Dr T and her staff had ZERO regard for safety at her facility. No one wore masks or ever took the pandemic seriously at all. The main manager was especially rude to me on multiple occasions. Once they get you on a payment plan agreement you are treated very differently. I also brought my partner as well as referred a great friend and they were especially disappointed. They were lucky to see through the limited experience long before I was. After now attending a new chiropractor for several months I feel like was played even more. There is a reason why this place if full of clients and influencers under 30. I started coming to In8love January 2020. I have had chronic back issues for many years and was so happy to find a place that could attack the issue from all angles. Chiropractic care: Dr. T is really great, her adjustments are quick and targeted. I always feel like a million bucks after rolling off the table. I have been seeing Dr Tanya Reynolds at In8 Love for over a year now. I came in with a curve in my lower spine as well as forehead posture (loss of natural curve in my neck). I have been working on realigning my spine, and even through my entire pregnancy was going to see her for adjustments. After my pregnancy I have been brining my baby since he was 1 month old - he had a problem turning his head & constipation which she fixed within 3 sessions over the course of a week! I was referred to Dr. T by my boyfriend who has lower back pain and at first was hesitant to try the adjustments. However I suffer from tight neck pain and mid to lower back pain so I tried it out. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND WILL STEAL MONEY FROM YOU! I found this place on TikTok and was in desperate need for chiropractic health after a decade long battle with chronic pain. This doctor convinced me I needed their help. They gave me an option to pay thousands of dollars upfront or a payment plan for monthly service that would be promptly stopped if I were to cancel and leave the plan early. I attended for months thinking this was the only way to recovery until I discovered another doctor separate from this "wellness center" that changed my life in ONE VISIT. I quickly called to cancel my service at In8Love only to be told for a month that they needed to get approval from the doctor before cancelling my plan and refunding my money that was put in for a separate service they convinced me to sign up for that was never rendered. After calling them every other day for a month, they FINALLY paid me my money back and told me they would cancel my charges. I just looked at my bank statement and they have been charging me $400+ every month since this conversation had happened! I am 100% getting my lawyers involved seeing as this is one of MANY cases where they were charging people well past their service dates. read more

I've been going to In8LoveWellness for about a month now. Dr Tanya is amazing very knowledgeable. Her practice makes me feel safe & secure to get chiropractic work done. The staff is all welcoming and helpful. Haley is the Acupuncturist there and I'd highly recommend working with her. She is has a great personality and is very in tune with the energy channels of the body. I recently went to Troy the masseuse as well he is very intuitive with what needs to be loosened. I was Dr. T patient for few month and I wish I came out with a positive experience to share. All my close friends were going to dr T. And she's been highly recommended to me. I, myself recommended her to my friends at some point. I've been suffering with a scoliosis for many years so I undeniably needed chiropractic care. But let me tell you that Dr. T isn't a doctor, she is a sales person/ a business woman. She will make your believe that she has the solution to all your problems..... When I started going to in8 love, the staff, the doctor everyone was very welcoming and nice. I was told that since my back was so bad, I had to come to get adjusted 3 times a week and I was ready to give it a try. On top of the sessions, I had some exercises to do at home 3 times a day for 20min. Then I was quickly told that I needed on top of my plan : 90 min massages twice a week and acupuncture twice a week also. I was already paying $290/ month for the adjustments itself after my insurance coverage and who can realistically come everyday to get massages, adjustments, and acupuncture ?!! The red flag was that she actually told all my friends the same thing : they all had to get massages; they all had to get acupuncture regardless of their back issue and obviously this was at an additional cost! I started to feel very pressured to get all of this extra-care and Dr. T started to make me feel like my back was "REALLY BAD". Turns out, they had a new chiropractor who started working in their office and he just took over Dr. T without her telling anything prior or asking if I wanted to get adjusted by this new doctor. She was still walking around the office and picking her "VIP patient". She was barely saying hi anymore, the staff became very busy and they just didn't come to check on me anymore (we also have to do some exercices at the office). At this point it felt like I was part of a gym membership ! Now, my husband and I started to have issues in our couple and she went to my husband buisness partner (who was a patient also) to gossip and discuss my personal life ! How is this ethical ?!! How a DOCTOR is allowed to do that ?! When I called the office to complain the front desk assistant told me that she will cancel my "membership" and just hanged up the phone on me. No apologies, didn't try to offer anything, she lost one patient and just didn't care about it! I Never heard of Dr. T anymore, never received an apology for what I believe was a huge mistake. She knows how to send cute little Starbucks card when we refer new patient but completely forgot about me when I decided to not come anymore. The least she could have done if she actually cared about her patient was to refer me to another chiropractor since my back is" so so so bad" according to her. Everyone around me stopped going there because her attitude became unprofessional at many levels. Avoid this place as much as you can !? read more
