Since there's no designated waiting area, I wouldn't recommend arriving earlier than your appointment time. I love that you can schedule appointments via text. They also respond quickly, which is super convenient. The rooms are small but very clean, and the massage itself is both amazing and therapeutic. I came in last night with a golf-ball sized knot and the worst shoulder/neck pain I've experienced. I woke up this morning painless and completely relaxed! I repeatedly come here because my profession creates so much tension and stress in my shoulders. After each session, I come out like a new person! Each massage therapist here is a master of healing. They practice traditional deep-tissue Thai massage, so understand that you might feel some pain. No pain no gain! If you tell your therapist your target areas, they will make it their absolute mission to resolve them. I was unable to swivel my head left-to-right without immense pain and resistance. Gaam assessed this before my session and then effectively loosed and opened up my range of motion. I now have complete mobility in my shoulders and neck! When she was focused on me with two hands, it was great - great pressure working out all my knots. But when she started "petting" my arm with one hand and the other hand was texting, the lack of focus was noticeable in the lack of technique and pressure. It didn't feel as nice. read more

Grab bars are on the ceilings so they can walk on you and use their feet on your pressure points (some of the time). If the use oil for part of a massage it is a combo Swedish/thai.
