Amazing I have never had dip manicures last as long as they have from a salon. I got my nails done Jan 24th and one of them Just came off. Dip manicure was worth the 2 hours (I got a pedi too). I've been here four times, the first time Monan did an amazing job. Highly recommend her! Second time, a different tech literally put my tips on crooked! It was pretty bad, she had to take a few off and redo them. Third time I was in a pinch, and decided to give them another try. Another crooked tip experience from the same woman. Today I went back and specifically asked for Monan. She did an excellent job, so this 1 star is not for her. It's for the fact that they charged me $85 for what has always cost me $60. The breakdown: $60 tip/dip $5 shaping fee....?! $20 ombré fee... which was disclosed to me at the end! I was really upset. No heads up, and I have never had an up charge of 20 dollars for an ombré! Usually it never costs extra at my other nail salons that I frequent, but $20?! And a SHAPING FEE?! I cannot see myself returning. It's is a shame because Monan was worth staying for. But after this, I'm done. Not to mention the attitude from the other tech who rolled her eyes when I asked why it was $25 more than normal, like that's a crazy question to ask from someone who's been here multiple times before. If you go, I highly recommend Monan, she is the best. And definitely have the pricing spelled out before you get absolutely played. read more

I decided to get a gel pedicure for the first time (I usually do regular polish). I walked in without an appointment and they took me within five minutes. Clean! Lots of polish selections in color and type. Organic, powder, gel and normal. I got a powder manicure for the 2nd time ever and it was much quicker than the place I typically go to and came out perfect. Lots of powder color selections. This place is absolutely fabulous. An ENTIRE wall length of gel and dip colors. I think I saw 400 of the SNS dip colors and then probably about 50 more of the other brands. They have special pedicures with oils And herbs. A little bit more expensive then I want but she took over an hour to do the dip and took the time to clean my fingers and make sure they looked awesome. Massage chairs are brand new and the place is very clean and calm. 100% recommend read more

Best Experience ever! Jasmine was the sweetest person ever! She did my gel nails perfectly. The place is very clean. The chairs are spread out nicely so everyone is six feet apart. I came here for a pedicure on a whim as I needed to kill some time in the area and seriously received the best pedicure of my life!! I loved that I could text to make an appointment; they replied really quickly and were able to fit me in within an hour or so. The facility is clean and bright with a few huge TVs (although no sound or music which would've been great). They have a wide variety of polishes/finishes to choose from. I chose the $45 pedicure (they have basic for $33, then $45, $55, etc with increasing features) and it was a great decision. The massages (during scrubbing, masking, and lotioning) were incredible, with plenty of pressure, and probably lasted 20-25 minutes total - I was totally relaxed. The grooming, shaping, cleaning, etc. was meticulous and thorough, and the polish looks perfect. Lastly, I cannot say enough good things about the staff... my pedicurist was so sweet and friendly, checking in often to make sure I was enjoying myself. I felt very welcomed even as a first-time customer. I only wish this place were closer to where I live, because I'd be in there all the time!!! read more

Although clean salon, service is just par. Been there several times so this is not just a one trip review. First of all, massage on a specific visit on each leg lasted 50 seconds, seriously? I then had to ask if I was getting a hand massage or else would never have received one, no exfoliation of either legs or hands, and polish started coming off within two days of manicure. One thing all salons should remember...there is another salon around the corner so unless you exceed or at least meet expectations every time, you will not retain most customers, including this one. read more

I came here for the first time today and I was very impressed. I walked in and they were able to get me seated right away. First thing, their color selection is amazing! A whole wall dedicated to their various selections of gel and dip powders. The technician that did my nails was amazing. Sadly, I didn't get her name. She took her time with filing she made sure EVERY nail was even, cutting cuticles, and the color. She was very detailed with everything and I left the salon feeling so happy! AS A NEW BUSINESS you should take pride in customer service. They have none. If I could give less than 1 star I would. We called and made an appointment for 3 pedicures and 2 dip manicures. We didn't leave for almost 3.5 hours. My heels have never been rough and now my feet feel terrible. My nail chipped immediately on the way home. We called them and they said there wasn't anything they could do. I told them my hands cannot go under the led lamp but they did anyway. It's been a week, my hands burn and look terrible and my nail is completely messed up. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I went in this morning to ask for a refund and they immediately said no, were rude and had no customer service. They said they could redo them but it took so long last time, hurt and honestly they looked shitty right after they were done. I said no I would prefer the refund because my hands still hurt and she turned me away very rude. This is the LAST place I would ever send anyone to. Shame on them for not caring about customers. Absolutely disgusting. And if they want to reach out to me they absolutely can. I'm appalled and will be posting on Facebook and other platforms to make sure nobody around woburn area goes. I had heard of this business through a Facebook community group and decided to give it a try after not being satisfied with any other nail places in town. I was immediately impressed when I walked through the doors. Extremely clean, more than friendly and attentive staff, more color options than I have ever seen before, and such great service. I loved how my nails turned out and even better they allow you to tip on the card! Great prices, they open a new package of utensils in front of you (not in a sterilizing box), and even keep a wifi password card on each of the stations! Just such a wonderful experience!
