I'm not hard to please when it comes to quality of my nails. I promise but I used to come to this one all the time. Maybe part of this is my fault because i didn't speak up but this lady mutated my hands then when I gave her a tip she expected more. Mean while I get out to my car and realize I'm bleeding. Not to mention they all angle up. I've had hundreds of nail sets in my life never have they angled up. The pedi was really good minus burning my feet in the water then the water being frigid. I did say something but it when from saints bath water to polar freeze and no one cares. It was super busy but I'm still paying the same price. I took pictures the nails look nice but damn my fingers hurt more than a normal fresh set that I haven't had in a few months.

Tina did a wonderful job! She was fast and careful. I love my nails, will be coming again!

Yvonne did an amazing job on my nails! I came in with an idea, and she helped take it to the next level. She helped me choose the perfect shades and added touches to the design that made it even better than I imagined. I love how they turned out, and now I'm ready for Juneteenth! Highly recommend Yvonne if you're looking for someone creative who truly cares about the final result.

I am not really happy with the service I received. The boy that did my manicure charged me for $58, rushed through the application of powder and nail polish, the whole experience was disappointing, making it unlikely for me to return again.

Parking is a bit limited depending on the time you come most of the spots in the front say "20 minute minute" Which isn't realistic if you're getting your nails done Nice holiday music was playing & the customer service was good I was greeted almost immediately when I entered the salon They have a variety of different mani and pedicures you can enjoy The most affordable seems to be $28 I wanted french tips with a dash of red for the holidays and my nail tech suggested we do candy cane vibes I'm happy with the way it turned out I wish I would've asked for more than one nail design but I'm overall happy They charge an extra $7+ designs including French manicures but I love that they have their prices on their website I did notice their "dip nails" are basically acrylic They're not as thin and dipped as the usual They literally mix the power with the gel like substance and place it on your nails like a typical full set and call it dipped but regardless I was content with the service and happy with my cute nails

Kathy always does a great job... I literally show her a picture, and she can do it exactly... she's super gentle and professional... been getting my nails done here for 10+ years...highly recommend, everyone here is so nice.

I normally go with my daughter to get our nails done but today she went on her own. a nail tech damaged and hurt my daughters thumb by forcefully trying to remove acrylic nail, my daughter was bleeding and nail tech only took half on the acrylic off. She apologized and gave a $10 discount for hurting her. How can this "nail technician " do this ! I called the salon, and the tech told me it was an accident and what's done is done this nail technician doesn't know how to do nails or she did it on purpose

Overly priced. As soon as we walked in we clearly stated "3 gel manicured and 2 pedicures". They did a regular polish on my daughter, we had to remind them it's suppose to be gel not regular polish; they ended up charging us for "color change". A total of $26. This is the first salon I've been to where they charge you for the polish aside from the package price.... So you pay one total for the pedicure itself and then a separate price for the polish.... The total for my own nails came out to $115. Update 9/4/24: 11 days later and 4 broken natural nails, I highly don't recommend this place at all.

I live 40 minutes north and drove here specifically based on a great visit I had in the past. Was really glad with the attention to detail and happiness at this location. I hate going to nail shops in general, especially when I am afraid the nail techs are going to be mad or grumpy or cut me with their tools. This did not happen here! Jessica took great care with my nails and was very sweet with her service. I'm thankful for her. She seems to like what she does and it's very important to me to spend my money at shops that give this kind of quality service!! Tip them well! Thank you for the help in my self care :)

The staff was very friendly.. but this place needs to be seriously investigated... the woman who was helping me was using old items and tools that were not sterile.. saw her grab things from the "dirty/soiled" box.. and mid service she got pulled away to help another client... she used the exact same tools on her that she did me.. I definitely will not be going back.. really hope I don't get an infection.. she also cut me pretty deep.. read more

After leaving my long time nail salon of 15+ years due to getting an infection from dirty equipment, I decided to look on Yelp for a new salon. I read great reviews about iNails, their customer service, pricing and most importantly their clean equipment! They use an autoclave to sanitize their equipment. I am a frequent client of Moon. She is incredibly talented and patient. I am very picky on how my nails are done but Moon never disappoints! Adjusting to COVID-19, iNails seems to regularly clean the chairs and tables. Taking temps when you come in for appointments, etc. I've definitely found my new place! Make sure you ask for Moon! read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would! They did a horrible job in my nails! I paid 52 dollars for this trash work! Never never never coming back here!!! I showed them a picture of how I wanted them and look how they did them! When I confronted the lady all she said was she put a color on the bottom like what the hell is that. I'm very very upset!!! I asked for gel and only one time they applied gel! They barely out any yellows seriously this place is a joke and I won't be coming back here anymore. read more

A lady with short hair did my nails, I was told on the phone $49 for short one color gel nails. She did a horrible job, none of the nails are the same length, shape, or thickness. After a week, they started peeling. After checkout, she had the audacity to tell me the gift card didn't give her a tip. Like lady, I don't like my nails why would I tip you?! It's been 2.5 weeks and my nails look like they've been grown out for a month. Terrible, wish I didn't come here. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for over 5 years! They all do really great but want to give a special shout out to Violet! She just started there but I'm excited to say I finally found my nail tech! She carefully looked at my nail inspiration photo and delivered the same result! She's a perfectionist and really took her time! She didn't rush at all like some of the nail techs I've been to. She is super nice and sweet as well. Thank you Violet! read more

I normally go to the iNail on Orange St. in Chula Vista, but I was nearby the Bonita location so I decided to give it a try. I went for a walk in around 1030am on a Wednesday - was welcomed with a hi, smile & asked what I need done today by Lindsey. Lindsey took me right away. I went in for manicure gel & pedicure gel. Lindsey did my manicure & Emily did my pedicure. I normally go with solid colors & more on the light side. I told Lindsey I like would like a white-milky color & she showed me a few. I pick a color & when she put it on I didn't really like how it looked so she was SO KIND enough to find more colors for me. She tested the different colors on my nails & found the perfect one. #50 - Bride-to-be color. Both Lindsey & Emily we're gentle & definitely cleaned up my cuticles! I had Emily fix my big toe nail because the cut was crooked & she was so sweet & cut it for me. Some salons are so rude when you tell them to fix something but both Lindsey & Emily were so sweet & was so accommodating! I even wanted Lindsey do another coat because the color was so light & she did it without any fuss. Thank you Lindsey & Emily for making my morning relaxing & always asking if I needed any drinks/water. I will definitely come here again! read more

After some disappointing nail jobs elsewhere, I was so pleased to find a salon that left me feeling proud of my nails. Kim took me in right away, helped me choose the right color, and did a really beautiful, quality job. I've since been back for a pedicure and another gel mani. Each was done so well, and I am looking forward to my next one. I should have ran when I saw the chewed gum in the chair and the staple on my foot after dipping my foot in the water. Gel French manicure + gel pedicure (the #2 package which includes 10 min massage) = $95 before tip. I attached a photo of the French manicure. It started chipping the first day. The biggest disappointment of this service was that I chose the #2 package for the additional massage and the nail tech (lady with pink streaks in her hair) started the 10 min timer and proceeded to be on the phone with one hand while patting my legs and feet with her one spare hand. At the 9 min mark, she put the phone down and actually started massaging. The oil and lotion hadn't absorbed so she wiped off as much as she could and then sprayed my legs and feet with rubbing alcohol to dry up my skin. I came into this salon to feel pampered and relaxed and left feeling sad, disappointed and wanting my money back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unless you want to pay almost $100 for a dirty, ugly experience. read more

The techs were really nice and sweet but the nail quality was subpar. We got a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was great and the massage was nice. The manicurist didn't even out my nail lengths and the concentration of color isn't even on the nail bed. The thickness of the nail is also uneven. Wouldn't go back but the quality probably also depends on the specific tech. They were all very sweet though and they were a lot of customers. read more

Moon is the best!! She was highly mentioned in other reviews. And she did not disappoint. I let her know I needed bridal nails as I am in town from LA for my upcoming wedding and she exceeded my expectations. She is careful and meticulous and pampered me during my pedicure too. She suggested the marble design on nude nails and I love it! I have never done almond shape before she did a great job shaping them. will be going back and requesting Moon whenever I am in San Diego. read more

Based on the reviews I had seen I knew I had to book with Moon. I was seated right away, she was just finishing up another set of nails (they looked perfect). To my surprise she used the brown shade I was looking for on the previous client, this saved me some time. I went in for my normal gel manicure. Let me tell you she did such a great job on my manicure! I showed her my inspo picture ONCE and she nailed the design. Her work is perfection and the attention to detail superb. Made an appointment and still stuck waiting almost an hour! My sister and I scheduled to have acrylics and pedicures each. Nail tech made no effort to get to know me and was never even asked my name. We don't need to have a full on conversation but come on. After an hour and a half I got a semi decent pedicure. Didn't want to be rude or make a scene but it seems like that's the only thing they pay attention to. Save your time and money. This place is way too over priced for their half ass service. I wouldn't have gotten anything done but someone had already helped my sister. I stayed patient for her. Then, to find out they were so rushed they kicked my sister out of her seat. Wtf. This is the best nail place around! I always try to request Moon because she is super sweet, funny, fast and her work is perfect... Moon will also help me pick good colors and designs when I can't decide on something! But all the girls in there are really good too and I would happily have any one of them... Request Iris if you want a legit mani, pedi, and eyebrow wax! (Prior to her I have been with my former nail lady for 17 years. I moved to San Diego but never found a match). Iris takes care of me the minute I walk in by asking me how I am, catching up with where we left off, and doing an amazing job all in the process. She's seriously amazing. Even as she's helping me, she makes sure other customers around me are taken care of and gets other employees to help those customers. She's truly a gem. I've yet to meet anyone in the nail salon industry with amazing customer service skills like hers. I've followed her from a previous nail shop because she is that awesome! So ladies, if you want quality nails and top notch eyebrows she's your girl. Hands down the best nail salon service I have ever had. I literally drive a long distance just for services because I refuse to let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She's on point, I don't ever have to repeat what I need she just has it down. Gross and bummed to write this but I couldn't not write up a review. I've never been here before and my son was next door for a haircut so I figured I'd get a mani to kill the time. Let me preface this by saying that I get regular mani's and Pedi's and am no stranger to clean salons with techs who actually take their time to give you good service. I don't care if a mani is only 15 mins...that's fine, just don't make me bleed and ask you to trim a bit more. The manis are $12. The salon itself is dirty. There's dust all over the cabinets, cobwebs hanging from the corners by the front door, the front door glass is dirty and the towels they used...moldy stinky and plain nasty. I was mortified with the odors from the pink towels (I think they were light pink but maybe they were once white and were washed with something that was red? I don't know). The worst was that it wasn't busy in there and they'd just been open for a few hours. Some of the staff were slouched over the desks with their phones or standing up on their phones. Really? Grab some Clorox wipes, pledge, and clean the salon up. It could use some TLC. I won't be coming back here which is a shame considering it's in a busy stop mall. Lastly, I've never walked out of a salon after a mani with cuticle oil put on my nails after they've been dried. Now I've got oily fingers and oil all over my steering wheel :/ SMH. read more

Moon does my nails and is amazing at what she does. She is such a hard working wonderful woman! So so talented! Best nail place ever!!! People are kind and courteous they do a great job. A young man by the name of Lam is especially good. He listens to what you want and does an excellent job. This place is clean neat and sterilized. You may be able to find pedicure somewhere else at a cheaper rate but I feel safe here. I do not worry about catching an infection in my foot because it's so clean. All the utensils are sterilized. Everyone speaks great English so I can communicate my needs well. I love it here!! I am sooo picky with my nails, all the other places I have gone hurry me out of there, but still charge me as if they took their sweet time. iNails is affordable for all the cute designs and rhinestones I got on them AND they take their time to make sure it was perfect. He didn't even file my nails, but I couldn't bear saying more. Ugh! He also made a comment to the technician next to him in his own language, which made me uncomfortable. The scheduling guy said I should've mentioned it, but I didn't want to put Dan on the spot at the time. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and would not return to him. Another customer suggested that I make an appointment with one of the more experienced technicians, to ensure I receive a good service.

I was really impressed with the atmosphere of the salon, it was clean, relaxing, and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They were also able to accommodate me as a walk-in, which I really appreciated! Christine was incredibly patient and made sure my nails were taken care of throughout the entire process.
