This place is not the fanciest nail salon but the massage chairs work and the workers are so nice. I got the European pedicure which was $38 and then I got gel for my polish so it was around $56. The massage was amazing and they offer you a drink. It was one of the workers birthdays and we sang Happy Birthday and they offered me cake. I highly recommend because of their hospitality read more

Been coming here for a couple months now for acrylic fills, and Tee always does an amazing job. I've never had a broken nail since I've been coming here, and I am pretty rough on my hands haha. My nails started coming off in a matter of three days. I called and spoke to Quinn about the issues and made my way over to their shop to have the nails fixed. Keep in mind my acrylics have always last 3-4 weeks, no problem. I've never had an issue like this before, ever. They lazily glued them back on and I thought that was the end of it. That night one of the nails painfully came off and I noticed when I showered my hair would get stuck under the nails because they were all lifting. I immediately called and spoke to Taylor who told me to come in and have it fixed. By that point all of them were lifting. I came in today and I'm assuming the manager came up and told me how she talked to Taylor and how my nails were the problem while also telling me their technique could have been the problem and she said she would "do them and make them strong." What the hell does that mean? It means it really was the nail person who fucked up. She tried to tell me I waited too long to say anything. I called two days after the first few nails fell off and I called a day after they "fixed" my nails. I don't enjoy having to deal with issues, wasting my gas to go there. I'd rather do anything else. I don't want free work. I want the issue fixed. She offered me a $10 discount off of $48 to fix what they did and I walked out. I will never recommend this place, nor will I be back. They lost out on a solid customer. Long term customers are what keep nail salons open. I'm going to be sure to tell all of the girls I work with to go elsewhere. I will be sure to post this on google and anywhere else to make sure folks know what they're getting into if they come here. read more

I just had my third visit with Tee and she outdid herself again! I love her style and she always knows what's trending! She also provides great recommendations and I receive great compliments on my nails every time. I highly recommend this location, they are super friendly and the salon is very clean. I have also brought my daughter and they are very gentle and sweet with her. I also had a great experience with Kat on my pedi. She did a wonderful job and worked very quickly. read more

1 year later update: Seeing as my previous review got removed. DO NOT COME HERE! AVOID THIS SALON! I came here nearly 1 year ago, and the result of me coming here was a toe infection. A nasty and painful one. My toe was hot, swollen and red/purple and hurt to even put weight on it. All this was because they removed an ingrown toe nail and caused me to bleed. Only to find out that salons should NOT be removing them, leave the ingrown toe nails to the medical professionals. read more

Don't bother coming here if you want a basic manicure. I wish I read the reviews more carefully about that service. The nail tech who did my nails seemed to have a grudge against regular polish and anyone who asked for a regular manicure. She did a terrible job in the process. read more

I used to come here at least once a month to get my mani/pedis done. I will say that these ladies try their best but the last time I came with my mom we felt rushed and overlooked. A routine line I've heard after coming in and asking the wait was being told, "No wait, choose a color". The maximum I've waited when there was no wait was 30 mins, leaving with the feeling that I wasted my time. This time I came in with an appointment for two and waited about 20 mins -- this wait on top of a time crunch made me feel anxious. My mom received a gel french tip and spa pedicure. I wanted a gel mani and spa pedicure but with loosing 20 mins of appointment time waiting, I just received the manicure service. Something interesting I've experienced this time around was that they prepped my nails, painted and cured them and then after they they shaped my nails. That was weird since i've never experienced that before and I felt like they were shaping my nails too angled and it was getting a little close to the sides for me. My nails felt sore after this. After this experience, I have no intention of coming back. It was nice because this place is close to home but there is no connivence in making an appointment or being told there's no wait when there is one. My advice would be coming in when they aren't busy (but then again we came in on a Thursday afternoon). read more

Place is abismal! Dont waste your time. I called ahead for a set removal and they said 10 min. I came in 10 min later and waited for 25 minutes. They were so rude. It took an hour to remove the dang set bc she just left with me with acetone for 25+ minutes. Then charged me $31 .. read more

I already went to this place before and my nail polish for my toes chipped off after a week! My pedi usually lasts a month. Then I remembered they put acetone with the nail polish to stretch it! I decided to give them another try last night because it's the closest to my home, 0.2 miles! And this time, I had the worst experience in a nail salon. I already mentioned I don't want gel because I knew I have to get my nails done again in 2 weeks for a wedding. She gave me the sample nail colors to choose from and when I picked one, she told me it's only for gel! So why would you even give these to me in the first place? While doing my nails, she told me several times: this won't last, you should get gel. Gahhhd. Like I know, this is not my first manicure. She asked me where I'm going and that was Monday and I leave for a trip on Wednesday and she said it's TOO EARLY to get my nails done. After doing a very lousy job (did not even push my cuticles enough, did not spread nail polish evenly and clean around my nails after). It's not like they were busy, there was only one other customer and I and there were 7 employees. What pissed me off is when she told me "Be very careful, ok?" many times like I'm a kid. As for my pedicure, it was okay, she did not even shape my toenails to match evenly and as you can see. I also asked her to make it short and did not even cut it. My small toenails are sharp to touch and the nail polish is uneven and already has a mark. read more

If I could give this salon a 0, I would. But that's not possible, so I give you a 1. I came in on Thursday, 12/30 and asked for a gel fill. The next day, the gel paint started chipping, please see pictures. Must have been because the paint is old or bad quality because I didn't do anything that night but hang out in my room and sleep. I went out of the country for NYE so I came back to the salon as early as I could, Sunday 1/02 (today) and asked them to fix it. They wanted to charge $23 They told me it would be free if I could find the same color but it didn't want it patched up, I wanted it done correctly. I also couldn't find the exact same color. So essentially I was going to be charged $63 total (I paid $40 for this fill before) for a mediocre set of nails. Haha no. I was polite, and the salon was not busy at all. My nails were inspected by half of the techs there and nobody wanted to help. I also kept getting questioned like I was trying to scam them. I really didn't want to spend my day like this I wasn't getting anywhere near a resolution with them so all I could do was say "forget it" and leave. Super disappointed. Won't be coming back. Thanks for wasting my $40 read more

I always come here and love how quickly I'm helped. Yesterday I went for a full set and I met Tee. Tee is absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and took her time with my set. She did a GREAT job matching my inspiration picture and I'm absolutely requesting her every time I go. I asked about lash extensions and it turns out she does those too!! Again, she did an amazing job. The room she did my lashes in was super cold so she went and got me some towels to cover up with. I feel so beautiful and ready to go on vacation. First time here . Sat down right away and waited a few minutes before being helped . Technician went straight to work, "usually "if you have gel they let you know it's extra to remove . I was like ok ...I guess not today ! upon done sanding down part of the gel she asked if I was getting gel and I said no , then she says it's extra to remove gel for which she did a piss poor job of removing . That's exactly why she put clear nail polish over what was left . Was this to avoid the new polish to look lumpy , scratchy and not smooth ? Well girl that didn't help . And who shapes each foot differently one round and one semi-square ?? Isn't that what you go to beauty school to learn the Ins and outs of basic application and shaping of nails ! I mean I guess , maybe not ! It's so disappointing when employees treat you differently when you chose a basic pedicure! I usually don't but I'm going to a funeral and I needed black polish . I'll probably be back in a week for my regular French tip with gel . But I'll be finding a new place to try ! read more

Came in today to get my old manicure done, I had my middle finger nail broken a while back and they used an acrylic tip to match the length. I told the lady to match the length of my nails with my broken nail as it had grown, but she broke all of my nails as she pulled off the old polish. Asked her why she pulled it off instead of softening it with acetone, she said because of the tip. I said only one finger has a tip. Went home with okay looking nails that were cut really short, but my fingers hurt from all the pulling and broken nails. My old manicure color, which was green, appears under my nails because she didn't take it off. I didn't get to ask her name, but the sticker on her drill said Taylor. Idk why I keep going to this place, maybe for convenience, but this will be the last time I will come here. read more

The experience just kept getting worse. Every step of the way I got the opposite of what I asked for. I was doing my very best to be descriptive and point and explain what I wanted at every step. 1. While using the dremel the tech was very rough and burnt my skin, I physically had to pull my hand away at one point because it really hurt 2. The nail tech did not ask me what shape or color I wanted, I had to stop her multiple times to tell her what I wanted. 3. I asked for a square nail with soft corners and she gave me one hand with square nails and my other hand with round (while I was trying to explain to her what I actually wanted she continued to take length off and my nails ended up very short which I also did not want) 4. I have been coming for years and this is my first bad experience. I came for a manicure with gel and a regular pedicure. The lady who did it was insisting for me to have dip powder instead of gel and to add acrylic tips to my nails I said no thank in a very politely way. Then she suggested me to have parafine on my hands and I tell her no thank you again. Then when she started my pedicure she insisted that I should use gel and I tell her again no thank you, I explained her I always go for the same with my nails. The attention th detail for the extractions was great! My skin actually felt clean. Evelyn suggested a different facial from the one I originally booked and said it would be a better option for my skin. She's the expert so I agreed. We also added on the red light therapy. My skin had no problems with the facial, in fact, my skin felt so hydrated and it was so glowy afterwards! Evelyn's face massage technique was very relaxing, especially around the eye area. Unfortunately the facial had to end, but I already knew I would return. One thing I really appreciated was after the facial, there was no membership pitching or product pushing. It's annoying and really uncomfortable to be bombarded with a pitch after a relaxing service. They do have a membership which I am considering doing, but the only thing holding me back is lack of availability on Saturdays for massages. I also don't live close by which is why I need Saturday availability. But then again, the membership price is totally reasonable compared to other "envy" places. I'm sure I could make it work. Gross and bummed to write this but I couldn't not write up a review. I've never been here before and my son was next door for a haircut so I figured I'd get a mani to kill the time. Let me preface this by saying that I get regular mani's and Pedi's and am no stranger to clean salons with techs who actually take their time to give you good service. I don't care if a mani is only 15 mins...that's fine, just don't make me bleed and ask you to trim a bit more. The manis are $12. The salon itself is dirty. There's dust all over the cabinets, cobwebs hanging from the corners by the front door, the front door glass is dirty and the towels they used...moldy stinky and plain nasty. I was mortified with the odors from the pink towels (I think they were light pink but maybe they were once white and were washed with something that was red? I don't know). The worst was that it wasn't busy in there and they'd just been open for a few hours. Some of the staff were slouched over the desks with their phones or standing up on their phones. Really? Grab some Clorox wipes, pledge, and clean the salon up. It could use some TLC. I won't be coming back here which is a shame considering it's in a busy stop mall. Lastly, I've never walked out of a salon after a mani with cuticle oil put on my nails after they've been dried. Now I've got oily fingers and oil all over my steering wheel :/ SMH. read more

I absolutely LOVE this nail spa. My mother and I go here religiously and love it. The employees are so welcoming/caring and go out of their way to make everything right. Moon does my nails and is amazing at what she does. She is such a hard working wonderful woman! So so talented! Moon free hands all her nail art & let me tell you she should be a professional painter. So talented. Quin gives amazing pedicures! If your feet hurt or you have heal pain ask for quin! Girl can heal you!!! If I could give the salon a 10 I would! The employees remember your name and even what color you did prior by the number! Best nail place ever!!! People are kind and courteous they do a great job. A young man by the name of Lam is especially good. He listens to what you want and does an excellent job. This place is clean neat and sterilized. You may be able to find pedicure somewhere else at a cheaper rate but I feel safe here. I do not worry about catching an infection in my foot because it's so clean. All the utensils are sterilized. Everyone speaks great English so I can communicate my needs well. I love it here!! I must admit every time she does it .. she "nails it" (no pun intended). This last creation was beautiful I love how she takes my ideas and makes them a reality. I am sooo picky with my nails, all the other places I have gone hurry me out of there, but still charge me as if they took their sweet time. iNails is affordable for all the cute designs and rhinestones I got on them AND they take their time to make sure it was perfect. Lynsey did a super cute matte black with rhinestones on them, she gave me tips on what I would look just right. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. The staff that didn't have clients were just scattered around doing their own thing. It seems like a nice place. Calm. I would go back if I needed to in a pinch and my regular person isn't available.
