Best experience ever and better than I could have ever imagined. Took my daughters, both under 10, to get their ears pierced. Arrived to the most vibey shop I've ever been to. Tattoos, piercings, and plants- totally my element. The process was super easy and seamless. Did consent forms via my phone and QR code. Uploaded all the necessary documents which was super easy. They had two piercers in today so they both pierced a lobe at the same time making it quick and efficient for the kids. Alex and Kiki were very informative and gentle with my girls. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also bought hella plants. A++

My vertical labret turned out so good and Mikey was amazing. I will definitely be going back. Prices are very reasonable.

I went BACK for more piercings this time the conch and double lobe. I bled a little more than expected but KiKi was great. She gave me some extra bandage to use for clean up in case I kept bleeding. I really love this place!!!!

Very professional , love the fact that I didn't need an appt. It was on a walk in basis. The service was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The shop itself was very clean and the girl was nice. My actual piercing itself was ok. I had my nose pierced before so we put the dot on the old piercing. After the piercing was done, the dot was still there. I was hoping it wasn't going to be a big deal but now that I've changed the ring my piercing looks huge. It healed nicely which I was thankful for but you can see the dark spot. I might go back to a stud to hide it.

I've went to Kiki for two of my piercings, the tragus and my rook. She's super sweet and informative. She explains every type of the process and gave me paperwork with instructions to help me with the healing process. The store was extremely clean too, zero complaints!! I went in a month or two ago to ask her about my piercing. She told me it's still doing good and gave me a recipe for aspirin paste to help with any bumps. The most recent piercing I got was the tragus in January. I plan on getting 4 more soon to get me to 21. I highly recommend Kiki I'll be coming back for my next two!

I took my 13 year old daughter to get a cartilage piercing here. We were walk-ins. Kiki helped us and was absolutely fantastic! She was super friendly and explained everything she was doing. She was so great, my daughter didn't even flinch! Kiki also went over all the aftercare instructions and answered all of our questions. The place is very clean and neat inside. My lifesavers! I've now gone in twice to get different piercings fixed/re-pierced and both times were the piercers super helpful and right away were willing and able to assist me! Given that both piercings were not originally done in this shop as I do not reside in Tracy, they were super cool about it and really saved me time, money, and gave me peace of mind! This place is great. I live in Livermore and my options for piercers is limited.. So today I visited InBloom and had an amazing experience. The people there are so nice and did an incredible job. It was clean, fast, and affordable. I will be back for sure!! It's totally worth the short drive. If you're in Livermore or even anywhere in the Tri-Valley, this is the best place around. read more

Mike was great! I came in looking to get a re-piercing of my loved (initially had them done at Claire's and they were uneven ) and get two new piercings as well. Mike did an amazing job of re-piercing one of my ears and being fully transparent that the other ear didn't need re-piercing. The two new piercings look amazing as well, I feel great and confident and I love the look! Will come back here again!! read more

Went in to get my industrial and tragus pierced by Mikey and it went perfectly! The shop is such a vibe and everyone was chill and nice! My husband and I have came here twice since the pandemic. Once to get his ear pierced and another time to get a new set of earrings. Both times the associates were friendly and wearing masks. They had hand sanitizer available and helped us pick out my husbands earrings to match. Highly recommend. read more

Brought my teenager in to have her nose pierced. The staff was extremely friendly. The piercer was gentle and let her know she'd feel a pinch. I believe his name was Mikey. I totally recommend him. Oh and they're way cheaper than Zebra in Walnut Creek, plus no wait! read more

She's always hella gentle when she does my piercings and change outs... she's hella nice too! Ask for Kiki when you need a piercing. She knows her stuff! read more

My husband went to BLuemoon to get his neck tattooed, Kyle was happy to do it. Great customer service, really nice and he did the tattoo how my husband wanted it, chose the colors he wanted and even asked throughout the tattoo if he was cool with shading here or a color there. 5/5 stars for Kyle! Best tattoo artist - I've gotten all my tattoos done by him! Easy to work with and listens to what you want in the design but I love that he can add his own creative to anything I show him. Always nice and friendly and his workspace is very clean and I always feel comfortable every time I've gotten tattooed by him. Definitely would recommend him as a tattoo artist, he has a wide range of skills and is a very talented artist. Thank you Kyle for all my wonderful tattoos, I love them all! read more

BIG THANK YOU to this shop! They were offering $20 tattoos for Friday the 13th and got me and all 6 of my coworkers in before they closed up shop, even stayed alittle after to accommodate for all of us, while managing all COVID procedures! Super appreciative for a shop like this. It's a 45 minute drive from where we live and best believe we would all make the trip again! this was my first time ever getting a piercing and I was super nervous but the staff were extremely nice & had masks on covering there faces, and assisted me as soon as I walked in. As far as the piercing, it was a 1/10 pain for me. super quick and fast and I am not sure who pierced me but she was extremely careful & steady. 10/10 for bluemoon, ill definitely be back. read more

Stopped in with a couple pictures of what I wanted and 10 min later was in the chair under the care of Felix! Super happy with the outcome and can't wait to add some finishing touches! The studio was very clean, the staff very professional. I was there was for about 2.5 hours and during that time every customer that came in was greeted and provided individual assistance! Had my 1st poor experience yesterday when going in to get my Monroe piercing re-pierced. I spoke to Alina prior to my arrival to explain that I had pierced this myself about 1.5 yrs ago however being it was a piece of bone jewelry, it didn't go through all the way so I kept losing the jewelry. She acted over the phone like it wouldn't take more then 2 minutes to simply open the hole up and add the new jewelry. I arrived and picked out my jewelry. She told me to go sit in the chair while getting my piercing items ready. While sitting there, I showed her the physical piercing I'd done myself, and she said, "This isn't gonna be difficult, just got to open the hole a bit". I asked how long it should take? 2 minutes approximately. Will it hurt as bad as my nipple piercings? NO.... She gets the needle places A&D ointment on it and rather then clamping off my lip and marking it, she grabs my lip, opens my mouth up and shoves the needle through my lip! Realizing she made a huge mistake once the needle was in my lip, she says she needs to ask for assistance because she thinks the needle is to big! Great. Have a large damn needle sticking outta my mouth while blood is now dripping down my chin, into my mouth and all over my work shirt. Some nice guy (think it was Mikey perhaps) walks over to assist her. He openly admits the wrong size needle was used on my lip, and says we can either punch the jewelry through or try a different needle. I said, "Punch the jewelry through ". That was dumb. The jewelry was to big and he had to take the needle and jewelry out to start over. 2 times the rhinestone fell out while trying to clamp it. What should've been a 2 minute procedure turned into a 28 minute procedure. Nice people, but DAMN! 3.5 hrs to stop the bleeding. read more

Answered all our questions and let us look through different jewelry options. She also was very patient with us when choosing a spot to pierce. I went in earlier today to get some feedback from Mikey about one of my dermals from my surface tragus piercings that he did the day before. It was facing downward rather than flat on the surface of the skin. I was worried that something was wrong. I was able to speak with Mikey right away and he offered to maneuver it and make it look awesome again. He warned that it would be slightly painful because the piercing is fresh. There was a bit of pressure, but nothing unexpected. He made sure the the dermal sat correctly on my skin. Really happy with the result after meeting with him. Along with the great service here from the staff, I really appreciate how Mikey takes the time to explain things and makes sure his clients are happy with what they get. read more

Loved the staff but the piercing itself they need to upgrade to real metal or white gold bc i didn't know that getting my nipples pierced would actually have me get infected with fake piercing and make my skin turn that blue color when things are fake. I didn't like that part but I love everything else and the atmosphere. Just needs upgraded piercings . read more

The shop is alright, they offer a good selection of shisha and pipes. The people I always talk to are really helpful and friendly. Things are a bit overpriced, but I did manage to pick up an entire hookah set for $100, not bad at all. It came with a two hose hookah that was a 15" or so. It came with some tobacco, coals, tongs, a lighter, a box for it all, essentially everything you need to smoke. I go to this place because I know where it is, and the people are nice enough. But I think we need a better smoke shop in Tracy. read more

Originally Business was established in 2004 as Bluemoon Tattoo Piercing and SmokeShop. In 2017 new ownership came in and shifted the focus towards Tattoo and Piercing. In 2022 we moved the Tattoo and Piercing to a new location and and rebranded as InBloom. We appreciate the local support we have gained over the years and plan to serve the community and neighboring cities as long as we can, while we continue to improve and excel at what we do best. This is why you should ALWAYS go to licensed and APP professionals. So we talked over the rest of my list of wants, and came down to the last one I had a good anatomy for. So I ended up getting my septum done!! I was not super prepared (pro-tip, trim the nose hairs before you do this one or your pics of it freshly done will be scary) and I hadn't really thought about jewelry options for it. Karissa took her time with me and helped me pick out a pretty little captured bead that I was pretty sure I could live with while it healed. (I have the jewelry attention span of a ...oh looook a shiny new piece of jewelry....) As always, she was professional and explained the steps to me, and warned me what to expect during the first few weeks of healing. I am very happy with it, it's healing nicely, and I cannot wait to go, in September, and have the captured bead ring switched out for something else, once it's all the way healed. The problem is, what happens when it breaks and I don't have it? I got 4 ear piercings in November and as of today, 3 of those 4 have fallen out and gotten lost. The first was in February, the second in May and the third one today. And these aren't cheap earrings. I spent nearly $1,500 for these and to have them disappear after normal wear is incredibly disheartening. Would I go back, I don't know. Maybe. But I have to believe there is a place with just as nice people and less expensive jewelry that doesn't just fall out of the ear during the healing process.

My ONLY complaint... is the shop is cash only... which isn't a huge deal... BUT their on site ATM only dispenses (I think) $300 at a time... and tattoos aren't often less than that price... so you have to do multiple transactions and pay multiple transaction fees to take cash out from their ATM. So, plan ahead and get cash out elsewhere if you can.

Unfortunately, my daughter's nose stud fell out twice, and I developed a piercing bump. While neither situation was ideal, I understand these things can happen. When the bump appeared, the piercer recommended a NoPull disc to help it heal and asked me to return in two weeks to have it removed. I followed the aftercare instructions, but unfortunately, the NoPull disc didn't work for me. In fact, it seemed to make the bump worse, which surprised both me and the piercer. We had expected to see some improvement after two weeks, but there wasn't any. Two weeks after having the NoPull disc removed, my daughter and I returned because her piercing had fallen out again. While we were there, I also asked if someone could take another look at my piercing and see whether changing the jewelry might help. That's when Tee stepped in, and she was absolutely amazing. She carefully assessed the piercing and recommended switching to a longer bar so it wouldn't sit directly against the bump. As soon as she changed it, I could immediately feel the difference. The piercing was much more comfortable, and it finally felt like it had the room it needed to heal. I truly appreciated Tee's exceptional customer service and expertise. Despite the few bumps along the way, everyone has been professional, kind, and genuinely committed to helping us. I can't recommend this place enough. Their professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to customer care have made every visit a positive experience.

I had high hopes for this Friday the 13th event at this tattoo shop, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. I've been to many of these events at different shops in the past, and this one was by far the worst. I arrived at 9:30 AM, just like many others, expecting to get a tattoo at a reasonable time. However, I didn't get seen by a tattoo artist until 5PM, which I understand can happen during such large events with a limited amount of artists. However, I and others in line couldn't help but notice that some of the workers were letting their friends cut in line and go ahead of us. One of the workers (young guy with blonde hair) saw their friend behind me in line and brought the two girls to the back/side entrance, putting them ahead of me and everyone else in line. It was incredibly frustrating to see them prioritize their buddies over the paying customers who had been patiently waiting for hours. This kind of favoritism is unprofessional and downright disrespectful to those who had shown up early and were eager to participate in the event. I won't be returning to this shop for another Friday the 13th event, and I strongly advise others to think twice before giving them their business. This experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I can't recommend it to anyone looking for a fair and enjoyable tattoo event. However, when it was eventually my turn, the tattoo artist was kind, respectful, and very welcoming. While I wouldn't return for an event, unless they were to address their staff, I would recommend their tattoo artists and their work for independent sessions. read more

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place -- other than the undeniable fact that my favorite dude Bret is no longer there over some misunderstanding. This guy hooked it up with some killer products, and I have visited back there repeatedly just for the good service and reliability. I literally avoided all other smoke shops in town just to give Blue Moon my money for the following items: a scale, 2 water pipe bubblers, 3 water pipe bongs, replacement bong stems, a bunch of salvia divonorum, and of course, my most favorite item which the "Vaped" company has failed to warranty me for some ridiculous excuse that they are too busy introducing their new version of the same merch line -- my amazing vaporizer pen which only broke because of a delicate wire, the battery design of which this company has recently modified for improved portability. Still waiting on that damn warranty, but I can't say that it's Blue Moon's fault, because Bret has been a very honest salesman and truly played the part -- even though I have gotten some hostile lip from the other dudes over the phone. This place is really good -- a huge selection of inventory and constantly introducing the hottest products, although it won't be the same there without the number-1 guy. So lets get started...First This lady had the audacity to jot pierce my belly button right as she pierced to too high and ended up pierving my actual stomachWhich than I found out 5 hours later and started crying because i had paid 60 damn dollars for this blind lady to pierce my stomach which she disnt even do well as a blind person could do better. And keep in mind she didnt even pierce it straight as she hit a blood vessel which causes it to bleed for 40 min straight which led me to have extreme headaches and I almost passed out so i couldn't breathe and my hearing got lost and all i could feel was pain and all i could see was darkness, ao then my family rushed over to help me but i was still pretty weak so i had to lay in bed for a long period if tile and as soon as i was ablw to stand up on my feet i texted her calmly and asked if all this was normal and if i could get a refund which her blind ass said no?? so then she started going quiet which drove me tk emotional damage which i can sue for. Went to Bluemoon for a vapor pen set up and they had the best selection as always. Prices are super greeeeeeat.. I love shopping here because their staff is very knowledgeable about all the products. They really take their time to explain how each product works so there is no confusion later on. I been to the other smoke shop, and have bought Vape pens before but they always stop working after a few days and when I take it back, they tell me that sorry there is nothing we can do, well I just spend $75 on this Vape pen 2 days ago and you can't do Anything for me, so I was recommend to bluemoon by a friend about 3 months ago and noticed that their stuff is brand name, good quality and actually cheaper than the knock-offs that I have been buying from these other shops. The shop looking amazing and the atmosphere was popin with music and lots of staff there to help people out, and a huge crowd of people getting tattoos, piercings, buying Waterpipes and other things. I loved it I am extremly happy with their pens and high quality Vape selection, they work perfect and love the price it paid for it. I came here the other day to purchase a Hookah. Side note: I would never consider getting a tattoo or piercing here for obvious reasons. Smoke shops are never the best places to get tattoos. Plus I have had friends who have gotten tattooed here and...WOW.....very simple, no artistic value added, shaky line work...it looks like the tattoo artist was on some kind of upper, seriously. Although I would never tell her that. So about the Hookah...I purchased a tall "brand new" hookah from Blue Moon the other day, took it home to smoke out of it for the first time and found resin! I could not believe my eyes. I was so disgusted and realized that they must have sold me a used item. I rushed back to the store to talk to the manager about my concerns. (I had a party later that night and had promised my friends Hookah). The manager reluctantly came to speak with me after I waited ten minutes for him to come out. I told him my concerns and all he had to say is that they do not sell used merchandise. He would not let me return the Hookah or even exchange it or get store credit. I went in to buy a Vapor Pen set for my friends birthday, And I was very impressed by the large selection Blue moon Carried. I shopped around to the other shops before I came to blue moon and found that they had all name brands and high end vapor pens. Not knock-Off brands and cheap china made pens. I choose a set Called The Pearl (Complete set with 1100 series battery, titimium Optimizer, Oil Dome and Charger) that I paid only $39.99 and it even came with a bottle of e-juice. My friend was super happy with the pen and it worked like a champ.(She Used it right away after I gave it to her...lol) I just wanted to give credit where credit is deserved. Bluemoon has great stuff with a lot of knowledge with the vapor pens and everything else they carry. The shop is very clean and the prices are the best in town...One of the reason why I keep coming back. I recommend that you go and check it out for yourself and will agree with what I said. Yesterday, I rushed to "Pins and Needles" to fix my ear piercing that broke out of my ear. I reach the shop by 2:15 to not be greeted by the guy working at the time. Without greeting/acknowledging me, he told me to come back in an hour when he's done with the tattoo job he was working on - Ok... understandable, I guess. I come back in an hour for him to glance at my ear and tell me that the piercing closed up - and that I'd have to wait a month for it to close up completely to get it re-pierced. BUT THE EARRING FELL OUT JUST AN HOUR AGO! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?? The backing of the earring was still stuck to my ear. Feeling discouraged, I leave and call up a friend to vent. Going off of her advice, I google surrounding shops and found "Blue Moon". I go there and met the nicest staff ever!! A girl named Laila took great care of me and in less than 5 minutes she saved my piercing! I left from there completely satisfied and faith in humanity intact by 4:30. This shop is seriously the best shop in Tracy, I got a tattoo serveral months ago at another shop but it came out awful, Then last week my friend told me about blue moon and I went there, The place was super clean, The staff was super Polite, The Artist actually knew what they were talkin about and this shop has some cool Artist, They looked at my awful tattoo and give me ideas on how they can fix it. I told them to do whatever it takes to make it look good and man this artist worked his magic and turned this awful and ugly tattoo into something very nice, I am truely impressed with these guys. I went to Blue Moon to seek help in passing a pre-employment test. I can't say enough about the superior customer service I received. Actually, superior doesn't even really touch it. Imagine if your mom needed to pass a pre-employment drug test and you had the knowledge and means to help her. THAT'S how they treated me. So much care and compassion - and I mean above and beyond. Angel and Brett are wonderful. They both spent so much time counseling, supporting, and comforting me. Their dedication to making this job happen for me can't be rivaled. I went in to get my nose pierced by Aleena back in May of 2019. She did such a great job at making sure my anxiety was under control and that I was completely comfortable before starting. All while preparing the proper sterilization. She was extremely cleanly. It was a really quick and easy process because she talked me through it and made me laugh pretty much the entire time. Lol After she finished she gave me great advice on aftercare and sent me on my way. My piercing healed perfectly thanks to her advice. I'm going back soon for her to pierce my ears. Me and my fiancé went in for the Friday the 13th tattoo flash sale and it was packed. So many cool people getting piercings and tattoos. The artists were really nice and their work is awesome. Also the rest of the staff were nice. We left to go do something right away and when we came back our numbers were already called so they skipped over us but once we asked the staff, they immediately helped us by setting us up with an artist right away so we didn't have to wait any longer. I lived in Tracy for 4 years now and I am big on supporting the local business and this shop is definitely on my top 10 list. Actually it's on my top 2 list. It's got great selection of water pipes and hookah pipes, amazing selection of Vapor pens and E-Juices. The tattoo artist and piercers are all certified and registered with the County. Kiki pierced my belly button and i am SO happy with it!! I have had my belly button done probably 6 times, each time it would either end up rejecting or heal crooked. But this time, Kiki made sure it was perfect!! She took her time explaining everything she did, and when i got a little shakey she helped calm me down and even got me some water. My coworker and I stopped by after work about an hour before they closed to get our navel piercings. The owner and our piercer Mikey were funny and provided patient customer service both before the piercing, as we selected our rings, and also after as we paid.
