Really wanted to like this place and support a woman owned business however we had a very unpleasant experience. We saw on their IG story they were having a sale today $10 ear piercings and 50% off jewelry if you bring cash (see photo). My friend and I went to take our 8 year olds to get their ears pierced. When we walked in they asked what we came for, and when we told them, they very rudely said "well just so you know, the sale today doesn't apply to them because they're under 10 so they'll be $150 each" We said "oh it didn't say that on the IG post" She just said very rudely "well ya, we don't normally pierce kids" like we were supposed to know that???? THEN just walked away from us lol. How are we supposed to know they don't normally pierce kids when they have signs posted all over their shop and IG with info of what identification is required for minors? Why would they have signs like that posted if they don't "normally" pierce kids? To be really honest we probably would have still gone through with it and paid the $150 if it wasn't for her bad attitude. It would have been totally different if she said something like "oh sorry for the misunderstanding" or maybe "oh yeah we should have posted that the sale didn't apply to kids" etc. and then try to work with us but no she just walked away. At that point we didn't feel welcome or comfortable considering the interaction so we left. Super disappointing because the we loved the idea of the place and thought it would be a cool experience for our kids but oh well. Well it fell off yesterday and I went in to another piercing place to have it put back on when she fully tightened it it was crooked. Disclaimer, this is a long review for context. I wanted to leave a 5 star review but today changed that. I was pierced 2 weeks ago by Lucy. My daughter and cousin were also pierced by her. Overall, our experience was good that day. Yesterday was time to downsize and Kay help my daughter and I. She downsized my daughter's piercings just fine. When she got to my nose, she had a hard time getting the jewelry through so she had to get a taper. She stated that my nose was pierced at a weird angle. She popped the jewelry through and it almost felt like I was being pierced again. She was really nice to us and even downsized a couple of our piercings no charge. She said our piercings were healing well. I checked in the mirror quickly and went on about my day. Later that night I noticed a pink spot next to my nose jewelry so I leaned close to the mirror and noticed that my new piercing hole was exposed. She had popped my old nose hole open in error. I called and left a message last night around 6:30pm and received no call back. So, this afternoon I went back so they could fix it. Kay walked from the back to help me. I explained what happened and she kept saying she didn't know what I was talking about. The jewelry was placed in the same hole that it was removed from. I kept saying that it was not. She said well, if you want me to change it, go into one of the rooms. She was very dismissive and showed no concern. My nose was hurting since yesterday due to her forcing the taper and jewelry through. It was slightly swollen. I sat in the chair and waited for her to come in. I got up to check again to make sure that I wasn't mixed up with what I was saying to her. She came in and still kept saying she did the downsize correctly and that the jewelry was in the correct spot. When she removed the jewelry, she placed the taper in the correct spot and it was tight, so more pain. It had now been 24 hours since jewelry was removed. She was struggling to get it in just like the day before. Once she got it in, my eye watered and she tossed her gloves the as she walked out said enjoy the rest of your day. She didn't even hand me a tissue for my eye like the day before. Very rude and not even apologetic for her mistake. I came out of the room and she was nowhere to be seen. She's the professional and should have notice right away that she wasn't downsizing the correct spot. I hadn't worn jewelry in it for almost 10 years and Lucy said they could not pierce through it. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back there. I had planned on starting an ear stack too. It's a shame how people just don't care about their customers. I really wanted to like this place due to its all woman staff and cute interior. I paid for two piercings, but for one they ended up using a taper since the piercer realized one of the holes was still open. I know other shops charge less for this service, but this place didn't. Unfortunately, my experience here was not good. The piercer struggled to put the jewelry through and caused a lot of discomfort. I've been to my fair share of piercing shops, and this place was the worst. There are a plethora of other piercing shops that care about the comfort of their clientele, and won't cause unnecessary added pain. I even found out after the fact that they host giveaways on their instagram, and in order to enter people have to post a review. I feel so late finding out that Sin opened up a shop in Stockton. I don't even know how long it's been open for. If I knew I would've came sooner or even for the grand opening. I love to support small businesses, especially knowing it's an Oakland native business owner who I've supported since her earlier days. So it's good knowing she has a shop out here for future reference. I came in sometime a week in a half ago. After scrolling through my Yelp looking for a piercing place because I missed having my nose pierced. To my surprise I found this location and it said Stockton, ca and I couldn't believe it.. I got lucky and I guess it was a promo day when I came in? I wouldn't know because I don't have social media, but I know Sin always has the best deals on piercings period. It was $10 any piercing + free standard jewelry (however the "standard jewelry" is like a ball literally a basic piercing, so you will end up buying a pretty piece of jewelry.) I was informed the cheapest piece was $30. I said damn for a piece of jewelry I know I coulda found on Amazon for cheaper.. titanium or not. But I still bought it. Support is support. However, for it to be a promo day, it was extremely dead. Given, I did come in around 3PM on a weekday. So maybe people were at work. At least that's what I told myself. When I arrived to this cut ass little pink gated, pink building. There were quite a few cars outside. However, I only seen 2 staff (ladies) and 2 girls that were already in a room getting pierced. All other room doors were open and no one inside. Maybe I just came at a good hour or maybe Stockton just ain't as lit as The Town. Cause when she had a promo at her shop in Oakland, that line was out the door! I'm talking about at least an hour wait! Then again, her fan base out there is probably larger than out here, no hate. The shop itself was cute, wasn't all that in my opinion. There's a few things I seen that could've been updated.. The mirrors in Al the room had like this cheap material, foam like? I don't even know but was ugly and peeling off in different areas, the walls and floor in the room I was in was decorated using spray paint I assume, but even past the spray paint, It made it look dirty to me. However, the piercer who pierced me was clean, her work area was clean, she sanitized every thing in front of me, walked me through the process yada yada yada. I personally just feel that as much money as the owner makes. I think better effort/money could've been put into the store to make it look nicer/cleaner. The seating area in the middle is cute though, with the little tea tables and the cherry blossoms hanging, then her neon light sign. That was a vibe. I did a walk around to see the jewelry selection in the display cases, I didn't see a very wide selection of options, especially for the nose as that was the piercing I received. Overall glad she has a shop here in the valley for my personal convenience, staff was nice, I recommend if you're in the area and looking to get pierced. read more

Just a poke is nicely decorated it was nice to see how the place looked, I originally saw them on TikTok and decided to come by, to be completely honest the place is really disorganized and it took me way longer than I thought to get pierced. I ended wasting almost half my day. I saw they were going to have a sale which was the reason I came by but charged me a 15 dollar card fee and an additional for jewlery and as well for the backing, it was as very confusing and ended up paying way more than I thought which was disappointing. When I first entered the lady at the register was being a bit rude to clients and unprofessional in my opinion but the lady Yaya who pierced me was very sweet and quick with the process. We been to this place a couple times until we met this other girl that was just rude to people that don't speak English ; also when looking around to see for piercings ; there's no sign that says DO NOT GO OVER A CERTAIN AREA ; they expect you to know that and not go in that area ; the area looks open to look around and look at the piercings placed for the public to see . Now if they don't want people to go over on the other side they should have a sign that says you can't go over to that side of the counter . I drove to this place an hour from the bay area to get 2 nipples piercings and a dermal. And I come in and there's girls everywhere. But yet one at the register. No customer service skills of any sort. Then I finally got helped and told to go to a room and then figured out theres only one girl in a establishment full of females and also some guy but naw none of them do anything just the one girl. Sitting there waiting for awhile then next thing I know the owner is arguing with some customer and I've been a store manager for a very long time and this imo shows the experience and priorities of the owner. The girl at the front told me my total and charged me for my piercings I was sent to the piercing room. About 10 minutes later she comes into the room and tells me to come back to the front because she forgot to charge me for something. Visited this location May 1,2025 for the $15 piercing special they had going on got two ear piercing that were supposed to be $15 each at first the lady working said my total would be $45 which I was kinda confused on how that total came about and then I decided to upgrade one of the earrings which she said would be $15 extra for the ring and somehow ended up paying $60 which should have been $45 with the upgraded earring. i absolutely loved my experience here! the women running this shop are extremely sweet and informative you don't feel pressured or rushed at all when making jewelry or piercing choices i walked in and told them i wanted my side laborer pierced then i was able to choose my jewelry they had sooooo many choices i've never been to a shop with these many options the jewelry prices range from around $30-$90 when i went they were 50% off i paid a total of $45 for piercing and jewelry everything was extremely sanitary and my piercer guided me throughout the whole process and making sure i was ready for the next step they have multiple decorated rooms which really changed the ambiance and energy it honestly eases the nerves the set up is extremely professional it reminded me of a doctors office i was also instructed on aftercare which was super helpful they also made sure to put in a longer bar in case of swelling my piercer was super gentle and made the process go by so fast it was one of my least painful piercings i definitely recommend this place!! read more

Nope !! I visited this location to get my son's ear pierced and it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the girl at the front desk was rude and unwelcoming. Despite the advertised sale on piercings I watched her tending to a young lady as she manipulated the prices giving the discount for the piercing itself but insisting that the only available gauge options were the most expensive and only sold in pairs, despite her only needing one. To make matters worse, she added a $10 fee for using a credit card which was never mentioned until checkout. Her attitude was impatient and condescending, particularly toward the young customer, a young lady who seemed confused and was met with short funky responses. What was supposed to be a sale ended up being far more expensive due to the hidden charges, and the staff's overall demeanor was dry, unfriendly, and unpleasant. We left and took our business elsewhere. Very disappointing experience, definitely wouldn't recommend this place. read more

We decided to go there because of how pretty the rooms are. However, I got 2 piercings with them and the jewelry they charge us are terrible quality. When I went to a different place to look at my piercing they automatically knew where I had gotten my piercing due to the horrible quality of the jewelry. Also, the jewelry is not cheap! In addition the piercing was not done correctly, it looked good when I got them done but when I wanted to change jewelry I realized it was pointing wrong!!! So frustrating because I paid a lot to get them done and I have to redo them somewhere else to make sure they are done correctly. Don't get filled by the pretty rooms they really don't know how to pierce and they don't have good jewelry. The lady on the phone told me I only needed my birth certificate and my mother present to get my belly pierced cause I'm 16 so we had left and went back to the shop with my school ID as well. Then when we got there she was like we can't pierce you because your belly button looks too small .. mind you my sister is way skinner than me and has hers done so we left to another place and they said that my belly button was perfect they just were being lazy and rude. Not the best, I've had a variety of multiple piercings done and all went perfectly well with simple cleaning and taking care of them. I went here based of the high amount of google reviews and was let down. Yes, the piercings are super affordable but not worth it. Guess you get what you pay for. I ended up having to take my piercing out since it never healed. When I first got the piercing my ear was super bruised and in pain. Piercer even suggested I get a titanium jewelry to help heal faster which did absolutely nothing. After my piercing there was no aftercare instructions etc. I would not recommend this place.
